Bike Lockers

 

The City offers eight individual bike lockers at the Downtown Transit Center with options for large bike storage. You can park your bike in one of the secure, enclosed lockers using an app on your phone — first come, first served. Parking costs just 5 cents per hour with a maximum rental period of 7 days.

How large of a bike will fit in the cargo bike locker stalls?

Four of the locker stalls will fit a bicycle up to 87” in length. The locker doors are 45” tall and 30.75” wide.

Can I reserve a locker in advance or check online for availability?

A reservation feature is not currently available, but you can view the map on the Movatic App to see continually refreshed openings.

What items can I leave in a bike locker?

In addition to your bike, you can store gear like a helmet, bags, bike tools, bike clothing and shoes.

What happens if I exceed the maximum rental time on the locker?

If you exceed the maximum rental time of 7 days, the rental automatically ends and the door is locked (with everything inside). In order to retrieve your bike and any items in the locker, you will need to contact us.

Can I rent a locker without a smartphone?

Unfortunately, there is no way to rent a locker without a smartphone.
