Menacing / Disorderly Conduct / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the area of SW Washington Ave and SW Western Blvd for a report of a subject, previously trespassed, back on the business property. The caller also reported the subject was throwing rocks at passing vehicles and threatening people. As officers arrived in the area, the subject, a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, ran from officers and was located on a city bus. The male was arrested and booked into the jail. Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported an unknown person attempted to break into her vehicle while it was parked outside a business in the 2100-block of NW 9th St. The caller came out to their vehicle and found one of the door handles was damaged, and it appeared someone was trying to pry the door open. The incident was captured on video. Warrant Arrest- A 29-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 56-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted at her residence in the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the Jackson Frazier Wetlands for a report of a female who was drinking alcohol in her vehicle. A 61-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted and was visibly intoxicated. She admitted to drinking alcohol since her vehicle was parked. The female was instructed not to driver her vehicle, due to her intoxication. Officers waited in the area and a short time later, the female was observed driving away. The female was stopped for a traffic violation. After performing SFSTs, the female was taken into custody for DUII and Reckless Driving. She was transported to the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male causing a disturbance at the business. A 38-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and was issued a trespass notice from the business. Warrant Arrest- A 39-year-old female and a 48-year-old male, both no fixed address, were cited on active warrants after being contacted in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd. Disorderly Conduct / Interfering with a Peace Officer- A 38-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with a Peace Officer after officers responded to a complaint at a convenience store in the 2600-block of NW 9th St. He was booked at the jail. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers were in the 1700-block of NW 9th St in response to an illegal camp when they contacted a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, with an active warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Criminal Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of people setting up camp on private property. The officers arrived in the area and contacted four people at the camp. All four people were issued trespass notices for the property. A 38-year-old male, no fixed address, was found to have warrants for his arrest. He was issued a citation per the court’s request. All parties left the property. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A caller reported someone “drinking and driving” in the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd. An officer responded to the area and contacted the suspect vehicle. The officer identified the driver as a 61-year-old female, Corvallis resident. The driver consented to SFSTs and was ultimately arrested for DUII. Shoplift- A loss prevention employee for a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd reported they had a female shoplifter in custody. A 56-year-old female, Florence resident, was identified as the suspect and found to have warrants for her arrest. The female was taken into custody for her warrants as well as Theft II and was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was issued a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted at SW 3rd St and SW Western Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft / Warrant Arrest- Caller reported a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, walked out on an $80 meal purchase the previous week at their business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. The male had returned and tried to purchase food again and it was determined he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Shoplift I and the warrant. Theft- Victim reported the theft of furniture items left outside their residence in the 3400-block of SE Midvale Dr. |

Franchise Requirement- A 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was cited for dumpster diving in the 2100-block of NW Janssen St. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to the intersection of NW Walnut Blvd and NW Princess Dr for a report of a two-vehicle crash with no injuries. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 63-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 2300-block of NW 9th St who was the subject of multiple warrants. She was arrested and transported to the jail, where she was lodged. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near NW Century Dr and NW Kings Blvd. The driver, a 32-year-old female, Corvallis resident, showed signs of impairment and performed SFSTs. She was ultimately arrested for DUII. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 300-block of SW 2nd St. The driver, a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, showed signs of impairment and performed SFSTs. The male was ultimately arrested for DUII. |

Trespass / Theft / Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 67-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St, after he stole property from a business where he had been previously trespassed. The male was cited for Trespass, Theft, and several active warrants for his arrest. Theft- Officers took a report from a caller who left a wallet in a shopping cart at a local business and learned the wallet was not turned into store staff. Driving While Suspended / Follow-Up Arrest- Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 800-block of NE Walnut Blvd. The driver was the subject of active probable cause from an investigation the previous week. The driver, a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, was also found to be driving on a criminally suspended license. She was arrested. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to a report of a crash at NW Walnut Blvd and NW Satinwood St. One driver, a 75-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was issued a citation for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. Domestic Disturbance- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500-block of NW Polk Ave involving a male and female. Both parties were contacted in the area, and one individual was detained for investigation. Stemming from investigation, it was learned neither party had outward signs of injuries, and the argument was verbal only. Both parties were released without charges. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male who threw a bottle in the business. A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted. Investigation did not yield probable cause for enforcement action, and the male was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 2000-block of NW 9th St. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was issued citations for the warrants. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)- An officer contacted a 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, near the intersection of NW Kings Blvd and NW Fillmore Ave. The male had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest, out of multiple jurisdictions. During a search of his person, he was found be in possession of user amounts of methamphetamine and fentanyl. The male was issued citations for the drugs and warrants. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a trespass complaint. A 64-year-old female, Eugene resident, was on the property, refusing to leave. She was trespassed from the property and left without incident. |

Trespass / Littering- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested for Littering and Trespassing after refusing to exit a park bathroom in the 1700-block of NW Dixon Ave. The male had been previously trespassed from all City parks until 2029. The male was cited in lieu of custody. Trespass- A 64-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited for trespass after refusing to leave private property in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. Nudity- An officer was dispatched to the 300-block of SW Western Blvd for a report of a 42-year-old female, no fixed address, who exposed herself in public. The female was cited through the municipal court for nudity. Bicycle Theft- An officer was flagged down in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a bicycle stolen from the transit center. The bike was not recovered, and there is no suspect information. Trespass- An officer was dispatched to the 1200-block of NW 10th St for a report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was inside a business after being previously trespassed. The male was cited for Trespass II. Disorderly Conduct II- An officer was dispatched to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a 64-year-old male, no fixed address, who was getting irate with customers, employees, and made a fist and charged at an employee. The male had been contacted multiple times previously for similar behavior. The male was contacted, taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II, and lodged at the jail. Trespass I / Theft III- An officer was dispatched to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who entered the business after being previously trespassed. Officers contacted the male inside the store and learned he had stolen some merchandise and concealed it in his property. The male was taken into custody for Trespass I and Theft III and lodged at the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer initiated a traffic stop for illegal tint at NW 3rd St and NW Van Buren Ave. The driver was identified as a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had a warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. Open Container- An officer was dispatched to the bus stop at SW 4th St and SW Washington Ave for a report of a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, who missed the bus and was cold. The officer contacted the male who was visibly intoxicated and had an open container of alcohol. The male was cited in lieu of custody for Open Container and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 47-year-old female, no fixed address, at SW 53rd St and SW Hillview Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer contacted a 54-year-old male, Lebanon resident, in the 200-block of SW Jefferson Ave. The male had an active warrant for his arrest. During the search of the male, he was found to be in possession of a user amount of methamphetamine. He was issued citations in lieu of custody. Trespass- An officer was proactively patrolling the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave when they contacted a 33-year-old female, no fixed address, on private property. There was a Trespass Letter of Consent on file for the property. The female was issued a citation for trespass. |

Disorderly Conduct / Theft- Officers responded to the 700-block of SW Washington Ave for a report of a 33-year-old female, no fixed address, banging on residential doors, threatening to break out windows, and hitting cars. Officers located the female, and she was ultimately arrested or Disorderly Conduct and Theft, after it was determined she stole property as well. The female was transported to the Linn County jail on a detainer at the request of her Parole & Probation officer. Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Menacing / Attempted Assault II / Disorderly Conduct / Trespass- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW B Ave for a report of a male who was in the park, swinging a stick. The suspect, a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, had been previously trespassed from all city parks and was arrested. Through conducting a separate investigation, it was determined the male had attempted to assault another park goer who had been sitting in a vehicle with a different stick. Shoplift- A loss prevention officer reported a male stole merchandise from a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The suspect was located outside of the store and identified as a 35-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was issued a citation for Shoplift II. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon / Carrying a Concealed Weapon / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 400-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a traffic violation. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and performed SFSTs. The driver, a 46-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for DUII. The driver had weapons concealed on his person that were prohibited by his status as a felon. Officers also located drug paraphernalia on his person. He was transported to the jail with several charges. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 900-block of NW Chipmunk Pl. The male had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest, and was issued a citation. |

Menacing / Harassment / Disorderly Conduct II- A caller in the 500-block of SE Chapman Pl called to report a subject swinging a long, white pipe at people. Officers arrived on scene and located the subject with a pipe nearby. Officers detained the subject and identified him as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address. Investigation revealed the male threatened people with the pipe, swung it towards people, and pushed and spat at another victim. The male was arrested. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was stopped for a bicycle violation in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A 56-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on several active warrants after being contacted near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Garfield Ave. |

Criminal Mischief- Caller reported one of the windows on their vehicle was broken sometime during the last 24 hours while it was parked outside their residence in the 2700-block of NW Princess St. Nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle and no suspect was identified. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a female that was tampering with vehicles in the parking lot and then began spraying vehicles with a hose. A 33-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Disorderly Conduct II. Shoplift- An unknown male stole merchandise from a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. The male left prior to officer arrival and was not identified, but the merchandise was located and returned to the business. Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 2600-block of NW Highland Dr for a report of a male who had previously been trespassed from the residence being back on the property and yelling. Officers contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, and confirmed he had been previously trespassed from the location. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a criminal citation. Trespass- A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespassing after he returned to an address in the 2600-block of NW Highland Dr from where he had been arrested approximately 6 hours earlier. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. Municipal Ordinance Violation- A 32-year-old male, no fixed address, was cited on a municipal ordinance offense after officers responded to a dumpster diving call in the 700-block of NW 3rd St where the suspect was discarding trash and creating a mess. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody on several active warrants after officers responded to a suspicious person call in the 400-block of SW 1st St. She was booked at the jail. |

Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a subject on the property who they wanted to be trespassed. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 34-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was removed from the property and issued a trespass notice. Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver (Property Damage)- A witness called from the 200-block of SW Washington Ave to report a vehicle which had struck and damaged a stop sign and then fled the area. The caller provided a license plate for the suspect vehicle. An officer located the suspect vehicle and identified the driver as a 33-year-old female, Corvallis resident. The driver was issued citations for Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver, along with other traffic violations. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 28-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 600-block of NE Conifer Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. Methamphetamine was located in his possession while being searched. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a criminal citation for PCS-Methamphetamine and the warrant. Criminal Mischief III- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave for a report of a male who was attempting to fight people in the area. A 35-year-old male and an 18-year-old male, both Corvallis residents, were identified as the involved individuals. The incident began with both males arguing back and forth while the 18-year-old was in his vehicle at a stoplight and the 35-year-old was standing on the sidewalk. The 35-year-old male was intoxicated and poured beer on the other male’s vehicle, which caused the argument to escalate. The 35-year-old male was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief III and transported to the jail. Burglary / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a reported burglary in progress of a vacant house in the 900-block of NE 2nd St. The owners were remotely watching a live feed of the suspect entering the residence and pilfering through various drawers. Officers surrounded the house until a BSCO K-9 arrived at the scene. The suspect didn’t heed the K-9 announcements and initially tried to hide under a bed before hiding in another room. The K-9, however, promptly located and captured the suspect in the residence. The suspect, a 61-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for burglary and it was learned he also had an active warrant. He was treated at the hospital for jail clearance and then booked at the jail. |

Argument / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 800-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of an argument between a male and female. It was determined the altercation had only been verbal, however the 28-year-old male, no fixed address, had numerous warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Theft- A bicycle valued at nearly $950 was stolen from the 500-block of SW 4th St the day before. The suspect, a 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was caught on video stealing the bicycle, and observed by several witnesses. The female was located by officers the following day and arrested for theft. She was transported to jail. Theft / Disorderly Conduct / Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW Western Blvd for a report of a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, who was screaming at people and throwing items around. The male then stole property and attempted to enter various vehicles. The male was located and arrested for Theft II, Disorderly Conduct II, and UEMVx3. He was ultimately transported to jail. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 4th St for a report of a female in the parking lot throwing her belongings into the rocks and street while yelling profanities. The 54-year-old female, Salem resident, was detained for investigation but ultimately released as probable cause was not generated for criminal enforcement action. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 1900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of business windows damaged by a BB gun sometime during the previous night. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a residence in the 3300-block of NE Oxford Cir for a report of a juvenile complaint. No probable cause for enforcement action was gained from the initial call for service, but a 35-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was arrested on active warrants. She was ultimately released with criminal citations. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Hit and Run- Officers were initially dispatched to a hit and run vehicle crash near the intersection of NW 17th St and NW Circle Blvd. Officers were then dispatched to an attempt to locate for a possibly intoxicated driver in the 3900-block of NW Whitham Hill Dr. Officers located the vehicle and confirmed it was the same from the reported hit and run. The driver was identified as a 38-year-old male, Corvallis resident. Subsequent to investigation on scene he was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Hit and Run. Found Dog- Officers transported a found dog from the 2000-block of NW 9th St to Heartland Humane Society. Graffiti- Officers contacted a business in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of new graffiti which occurred sometime in the last 24 hours. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a shoplift which had just occurred. The suspect, a 36-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted nearby. The store did not wish to pursue theft charges and only wanted him trespassed. Reckless Burning- While on patrol, an officer located a dumpster on fire in the alley near the 100-block of NW Madison Ave. The fire department responded and extinguished the fire. The fire damaged the dumpster and the side of the building. There was a camera that may have captured the incident. Theft- An officer took a report of a theft which occurred in a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. The victim reported their backpack was stolen while they were in the business. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Motor Vehicle Collision / Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr for a crash involving a total of six vehicles. A 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was identified as the driver of one of the vehicles, and displayed signs of impairment. He was ultimately arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a reported traffic hazard in which a male was walking in traffic near the 900-block of NW Buchanan Ave. The suspect, a 38-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted and determined to have an active warrant for his arrest. The male was cited in lieu of custody on the warrant. Shoplift- A 67-year-old female, Corvallis resident, stole over $135 worth of merchandise from a store in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. The female was stopped by loss prevention staff and contacted by an officer who cited her for Shoplift I. Theft / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a group of three females concealing items on their person and in their bags. The females left the store without paying and were contacted by waiting officers. A 67-year-old female, Lebanon resident, 32-year-old female, Lebanon resident, and 41-year-old female, Albany resident, were all arrested for Theft. The 41-year-old and 67-year-old also had active warrants. All three females were ultimately released on criminal citations. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of active warrants in the 200-block of NW Tyler Ave. He was arrested and transported to the Linn County Jail, where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 37-year-old male, Bend resident, who was the subject of an active warrant near the intersection of NW 10th St and NW Buchanan Ave. The male was arrested, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released with a citation. Initiating a False Report / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male threatening the caller with a knife and blocking the entrance. Officers responded to the location and found no one who appeared to know anything about the incident. A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, who was on scene was linked to the phone number used through previous calls for service. Subsequent to investigation, the female was arrested for Initiating a False Report and Disorderly Conduct II. The female was transported to the jail where she was lodged. Assault IV (Domestic)- Officers responded to a domestic disturbance complaint in the 3900-block of NW Walnut Ct. A 21-year-old male, Albany resident, and a 22-year-old male, Monroe resident, both of whom were cousins, were involved in a physical altercation with each other and both sustained injuries. Both provided somewhat conflicting statements about what exactly occurred, but there was a third party who witnessed the physical fight between the two and was able to provide a statement. Both males were taken into custody for Assault IV and booked into the jail. Trespass- Officers responded to a trespass complaint at a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was reportedly in the parking lot urinating and causing a disturbance. The male had previously been trespassed from the business. He was arrested for trespassing, taken to the Law Enforcement Center, and issued a citation. Theft- An officer took a report of a cold theft which occurred about year prior in the 700-block of NW 13th St. The victim reported that about a year earlier, their iPad went missing while moving out of the residence. The iPad was recently activated, allowing the victim to track it. |

Trespass- An officer responded to Avery Park for a report for a report of a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, who had locked himself in a bathroom and was refusing to leave when contacted by city staff. The male, who had previously been issued a trespass notice from all City parks, was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass and transported to the Law Enforcement Center, where he was released with a citation. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was back on the property after being previously trespassed. The male was cited in lieu of custody for trespassing. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 42-year-old male, no fixed address, at a city building in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave after staff recognized him as a suspect in a previous theft. Upon contacting the male, it was determined he also had a valid warrant for his arrest. The male was cited in lieu of custody on the warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 25-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted at the Law Enforcement Center and cited for an active warrant. Criminal Mischief- Officers contacted a caller in the 500-block of SE Chapman Pl for a report of vandalism to a tent by unknown subjects. Identity Theft- Officers contacted a caller in the 3800-block of NW Sylvan Dr who reported credit cards had been opened in her name by someone unknown to her. Theft- Officers were contacted by a person near the intersection of NW Jackson Ave and NW 5th St who reported their phone was just stolen. The reporting party later informed officers she had located her phone and no longer needed assistance. Driving While Suspended- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy 34 and Peoria Rd. The driver, a 28-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was arrested for driving on a criminally suspended license. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 39-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of an active warrant in the 100-block of SW B Ave. She was arrested and transported to the jail, where she was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW 3r St and NW Van Buren Ave. The driver, a 33-year-old female, Dallas resident, was arrested on an active warrant. She was released on a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 49-year-old male, Portland resident, in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. The male was arrested on an active warrant and transported to the Linn County Jail where he was lodged. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1400-block of NW Tyler Ave for multiple traffic violations. The driver, a 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, showed signs of impairment and consented to SFSTs. He was subsequently arrested for DUII. Harassment- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW Western Blvd for a welfare check on a 36-year-old female, Corvallis resident. Officers learned the female had been in an argument with her boyfriend, a 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was also present. During the argument, the female reportedly slapped the male. There were no injuries, and both agreed to separate for the night. Both were also intoxicated and warned about not driving their vehicle, which was parked in the parking lot of the business. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Contempt of Court / Obstructing- Shortly after leaving the harassment call in the 300-block of SW Western Blvd, an officer observed the 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, driving the vehicle. He was intoxicated, and had been warned by officers during the previous incident about not driving. The male was arrested for DUII. He was arrested and refused a breath test, so a warrant was obtained for a blood sample. While at the hospital, the male was non-compliant and physically resisted the execution of the search warrant. He had to be placed in a WRAP restraint in order to safely seize the blood. Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 2600-block of NW Highland Dr for a trespass complaint. A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was at the residence causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. The male was trespassed from the location and told to leave. Shortly after officers left, the male returned to the residence and was banging on the door. He was ultimately arrested for trespass. |

Follow-Up Arrest / Theft- An officer contacted and arrested a 35-year-old male, Blue River resident, during an unrelated investigation. Another officer had probable cause to arrest the male for two theft investigations. The officer contacted the male and issued him two citations regarding the other theft cases. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 700-block of SW Washington Ave for a report of a subject attempting to enter parked vehicles. Officers searched the area for the suspect. During the search, officers contacted a 35-year-old male, Blue River resident, wo had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass- Officers responded to the 2500-block of SW Coho St for a report of a physical fight. Officers arrived at the residence and contacted both involved parties and a witness. All parties and the witness gave varying statements as to what occurred and who the aggressor was, and no one had injuries from the struggle. A 34-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was trespassed from the residence and left the area. Warrant Arrest / Trespass- Officers responded to the 200-block of SE Chapman Pl for a report of a person refusing to leave the property. A 53-year-old female, no fixed address, was issued a criminal citation on active warrants and a Trespass Notice. Robbery III / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for what was originally dispatched as an argument. Investigation determined a 51-year-old female, Scio resident, stole a bag and then used physical force to retain the bag when the owner attempted to get it back. She was also the subject of an active warrant and was transported to the jail, where she was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 21-year-old male, no fixed address, at the Law Enforcement Center who turned himself in on active warrants. He was issued criminal citations and released. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a 51-year-old female, Scio resident, who was refusing to leave. She was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. Open Container- Officers issued a criminal citation to a 49-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 100-block of NW 4th St. Warrant Arrest- Officers arrested a 52-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd who was the subject of an active warrant. Bike Theft- Officers responded to the 700-block of SE Rivergreen Ave for a report of a bicycle which was stolen and tracked to a nearby apartment complex. The bicycle was recovered with slashed tires. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 40-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of an active warrant in the 3400-block of NE Lancaster St. She was issued a criminal citation. Stolen Vehicle- Officers responded to a residence in the 2200-block of NW Elmwood Dr for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later located abandoned in North Albany. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A 30-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for a DUII after a concerned citizen called in reporting he was passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle in a store parking lot in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St. |

Criminal Trespass II- Parks & Rec employees called to report a previously trespassed subject in the Skate Park, yelling at them. Officers arrived in the area and contacted the subject, a 47-year-old male, no fixed address. Officers confirmed the male was previously trespassed from City parks and arrested him for Criminal Trespass II. He was removed from the area, issued a citation, and released. Theft II- Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft which had just occurred. The caller reported two females stole over $600 worth of merchandise, loaded the merchandise into a vehicle, and left the area. The suspect vehicle was located and stopped by officers. The suspects were identified as a 41-year-old female and a 49-year-old female, both Sweet Home residents. Both females were issued criminal citations for Theft II, and the stolen property was returned to the business. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Several) / Trespass- A 45-year-old male and a 39-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted outside a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. There were multiple “No Trespassing” signs affixed to the area in which the male and female were contacted. Both individuals had warrants for their arrest and were taken into custody. Additionally, controlled substances were located on both of them. The female was charged with Criminal Trespass II, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, the warrants, and issued a citation in lieu of custody. The male was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II, PCS-Fentanyl, PCS-Cocaine, PCS-Schedule II Controlled Substance, his warrants, and transported to the jail. Criminal Mischief- Caller reported an unknown person damaged the mailbox at their residence in the 1900-block of NW 23rd St. The suspect was not identified. Theft / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of SW 53rd St for a report of a shoplift in custody by loss prevention staff. The suspect was identified as a 37-year-old male, no fixed address, who had stolen nearly $100 worth of merchandise. The male was also found to be in possession of fentanyl. He was issued a criminal citation for Theft III and PCS-Fentanyl. Trespass- A 48-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was yelling and causing a disturbance at a business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St. The caller did not want the male arrested, but he was trespassed from the location. Warrant Arrest- A 55-year-old male, Springfield resident, was cited on an active warrant after being contacted in the 100-block of NW Van Buren Ave during a disturbance complaint. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- A 27-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was taken into custody for DUII after being stopped for a traffic violation near NW 4th St and NW Monroe Ave. Criminal Mischief- Victim reported their car was keyed in the parking lot of a bar in the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd. Security footage was available, and the victim was able to identify the suspect as someone known to them. |

Violation of a Stalking Order / Follow-Up Arrest- While on patrol in the 500-block of SW 4th St, an officer recognized a 40-year-old male, no fixed address, whom the officer had probable cause to arrest from a previous investigation. The officer stopped the male, arrested him, and booked him into jail on his original charges of Violation of a Stalking Order. Criminal Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A volunteer called from the 500-block of SW 4th St to request a subject be trespassed from the property. Officers arrived at the address and contacted the subject, a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male was trespassed from the property, and during the interaction, officers learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Violation of a Restraining Order- A victim called to report a violation of a restraining order by a 58-year-old female, Portland resident. The victim stated they received multiple emails from the female in violation of the served restraining order. The responding officer has probable cause to arrest the female. Theft- Caller reported an unknown male stole merchandise from their business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The total value of the merchandise was approximately $250, and the suspect was not identified. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officer stopped a 33-year-old male, Springfield resident, in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd after observing traffic violations. The officer observed open containers of alcohol in the vehicle. Subsequent to investigation, the driver was arrested for DUII. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, Albany resident, was cited on an active warrant after he was contacted at a residence in the 3400-block of NE Lancaster St on a disturbance complaint. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the area of NW 9th St and NW Circle Blvd for a report of suspicious activity. Officers arrived in the area and contacted the two described subjects. During the contact, the officer learned the 33-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had a warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Criminal Trespass II- A caller reported a previously trespassed subject back on the property in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. An officer responded to the location and found a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, on the business’s property. The male was issued a citation, given a set time to remove his belongings, and released. Criminal Trespass II- The same officer from the above call returned to the property in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave to ensure the 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was no longer trespassing. The same male had not gathered his belongings, nor left the property within the specified time, and was issued a second citation for trespassing. Driving While Suspended- Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of NW Jackson Ave and NW 9th St. The driver, a 44-year-old male, Salem resident, was arrested for Driving While Suspended-Misdemeanor, and issued traffic citations. Warrant Arrest / Driving While Suspended- Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 800-block of NW 9th St. The driver, a 72-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was arrested for DWS-Misdemeanor and an active warrant. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male who stole property from a customer while they were inside. Trespass- Officers contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of NW 1st St in a City park. It was determined the male had been previously trespassed from all city parks and was prohibited from being there. The male was cited for Trespass II and the trespass notice was extended. Motor Vehicle Collision- Officers responded to the intersection of NW Walnut Blvd and NW Rolling Green Dr for a two-vehicle crash. One driver, a 65-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued a traffic citation for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Careless Driving. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 300-block of NW 25th St for a report of a large party. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Minor in Possession- Officers observed a male obviously urinating in the bushes in the 1200-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The 18-year-old male, California resident, was issued citations for Minor in Possession and Deposit Human Waste. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the intersection of NW 2nd St and NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male who had a knife and was asking people if they wanted to see it while making other nonsensical statements. He was not located during the response. Theft- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of subjects setting up camp behind the store and making a fire. As officers arrived on scene, the individuals ran from the area. Officers located stolen merchandise from a local business and learned of an unreported theft. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 11th St for a report of multiple people fighting. Officers arrived on scene and detained an intoxicated 19-year-old male, Albany resident. The male advised he had been assaulted by two males and did not know why the fight had started. Other non-involved individuals who were contacted advised the male had been causing trouble at a residence and used a racial slur. The male was released but refused to get off of the patrol car push bumper and began obstructing traffic. He was then arrested for Disorderly Conduct II, transported to the hospital for an alcohol clearance, and then transported to the jail. Driving While Suspended- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd. The driver, a 53-year-old male, McMinnville resident, was arrested for driving on a criminally suspended license. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 400-block of NW Harrison Blvd. The driver, a 26-year-old female, Corvallis resident, showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol. She was ultimately arrested for DUII. Argument- Officers responded to an apartment in the 5500-block of SW Country Club Dr for what was initially described as meaning with a machete. After investigation, probable cause was not developed for a crime. All involved parties provided conflicting statements, and the victim would not cooperate with the investigation. Officers were unable to determine what actually occurred. A report was taken for documentation. Warrant Arrest- While at the argument described above, officers contacted a 57-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation. |

Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the area of Hwy 99 and NW Circle Blvd in an attempt to locate a recklessly driven vehicle which had reportedly passed other motorists using the sidewalk. Upon conducting an investigation, it was determined the driver, a 71-year-old female, Corvallis resident, attempted to pass a vehicle on the right by using the gravel shoulder. This maneuver caused the driver to lose control of her vehicle and spin multiple times in the lane of travel. The driver was cited in lieu of custody for Reckless Driving. Warrant Arrest- A 46-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 300-block of SW Western Blvd. It was determined she had a warrant for her arrest, and she was cited in lieu of custody. Criminal Mischief- Officers contacted a resident in the 1300-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of damage to a motorcycle which occurred overnight. Disorderly Conduct II / Criminal Mischief / Follow-Up Arrest- Officers responded to the 5300-block of SW Country Club Dr for a report of a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had thrown water in the caller’s face and tried to punch another individual. The male was located outside, pulling up plants and carrying a small piece of wooden furniture. He was arrested without incident and lodged at the jail. He was also charged with two additional counts of Disorderly Conduct and one additional count of Criminal Mischief stemming from a previous investigation. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 57-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 200-block of SE Chapman Pl who was the subject of active warrants. He was issued criminal citations and released. Domestic Disturbance- Officers responded to a residence in the 400-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir for a report of a disturbance. Both parties gave conflicting statements and no probable cause for enforcement action was gained. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1100-block of NW 9th St for a report of a stolen cell phone. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of NW Van Buren Ave and NW 2nd St. The driver, a 70-year-old male, Corvallis resident, showed signs and symptoms of impairment, and an open container of alcohol was observed in the vehicle. He refused field sobriety tests and was arrested on scene. The male was issued criminal citations for DUII and Reckless Driving, as well as violation level citations for Improper Left Turn and Failure to Install Ignition Interlock Device. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of an active warrant in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 500-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The driver, a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, showed signs of impairment and consented to SFSTs. The male was arrested for DUII. Reckless Burning- Officers responded to an RV that was on fire in the 900-block of NW Kings Blvd. The RV caught fire after the occupant used a propane torch and lava rocks to heat the RV. The 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was located near the intersection of SW 2nd St and SW Madison Ave, where he was detained. Investigation did not yield probable cause for enforcement action, and he was released. He was issued a Trespass Notice from the business who reported his behavior. Warrant Arrest / Driving While Suspended- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at SW 3rd St and SW Adams Ave. The driver, a 57-year-old male, Albany resident, had a warrant for his arrest and was driving while suspended. He was issued a citation for both. Special Response Notice- An officer responded to a loud noise complaint in the 1400-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The officer issued an SRN for Amplified Music. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Endangering- An officer stopped a vehicle for driving the wrong way on a one-way street near the 300-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The driver, a 45-year-old male, Portland resident, consented to SFSTs and was ultimately arrested for DUII. He was released to a sober coworker. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- An officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly in the area of Hwy 99 and NW Elks Dr. Another officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the area. The driver, a 55-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was ultimately arrested for DUII and reckless driving. The male was booked into the jail. Telephonic Harassment / Theft by Extortion- An officer took a report from a male who reported an unknown suspect had contacted him and threatened to send inappropriate photos of him to his family and friends unless he sent them money. The male sent $100 and then tried to block the number. The unidentified suspect continued to message the victim from numerous additional spam numbers, demanding more money. |

Littering / Criminal Trespass- An employee called to report individuals camping in a building alcove in the 500-block of SW Madison Ave and requested they be trespassed. Two officers arrived at the location and contacted three subjects. Two of the subjects were cooperative, gathered their belongings, and left the area. The third subject, a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, refused to cooperate and repeatedly threatened and charged at one of the officers. The female was taken into custody and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was issued a citation. Loud Noise- A police officer observed a 44-year-old female, no fixed address, screaming and yelling for no communicative purpose in the 100-block of NW 5th St. The officer stopped the female, issued her a citation for Loud Noise, and released her. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) / Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when they contacted a 29-year-old male, no fixed address, in Pioneer Park. During the contact, the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and during the search the officer found fentanyl in the male’s possession. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Depositing Garbage within 100 Yards of a Waterway / Warrant Arrest- Officers were patrolling Pioneer Park when they contacted a 39-year-old male and a 36-year-old female, both no fixed address, who had trash within 100 yards of a waterway. During the contact, officers also learned both subjects had warrants for their arrest. Both were arrested, and the female was booked into jail while the male was issued citations and released. Warrant Arrest- A 34-year-old male, Salem resident, turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center for a warrant. He was issued a citation and released. Violation of Order- Officers contacted a caller in the 1400-block of SE Crystal Lake Dr who reported a person they had a no contact order against made online posts about them. Based on the specific circumstances of the evidentiary information, probable cause was not gained for enforcement action. Theft- Officers res-ponded to a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a cooperative shoplifter who was detained by loss prevention staff. The 50-year-old female, Albany resident, was issued a criminal citation and released. Disorderly Conduct II / Criminal Trespass II- Officers responded to the 400-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male swinging a golf club and threatening a person in a work van before leaving the area. Officers located and detained the male suspect in the parking lot of a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. Investigation determined probable cause existed to arrest the 45-year-old male, no fixed address, for Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Trespass II, as he was trespassed from the business where officers located him. Officers were unable to contact the person in the work van and only spoke to witness callers. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was released on criminal citations. Trespass- Officers responded to a facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a 36-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who had returned after being previously “banned” and was yelling and swearing. The female was issued a Trespass Notice and left. Threats- Officers contacted a resident in the 700-block of SW 7th St who reported receiving electronic messages they perceived as threatening over the weekend. A case number was taken for documentation, but no probable cause for enforcement action was gained. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- A 50-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 900-block of SW Washington Ave after he was reported to be looking into vehicles. The male was contacted by officers in the area and found to have a warrant for his arrest. Officers took him into custody for the warrant and found methamphetamine in his possession. The male was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants in the 300-block of SW Madison Ave. He was booked into the jail. Trespass- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted at a business in the 500-block of SW Madison Ave. The female had been trespassed from the location previously. When contacted by officers, the female refused to leave. She was arrested and booked into the jail. Minor in Possession (Marijuana)- An officer contacted a vehicle in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The occupants, all of whom were under 21 years old, admitted to smoking marijuana, and relinquished the marijuana products they had. They were issued citations for MIP-Marijuana. Suspicious Circumstances- Officers responded to an apartment in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave for a report of a trespass or possible burglary. The property management reported screens had been removed from a vacant unit, and a light was on inside. The prior tenants were not supposed to be there, and no one was supposed to be inside. Officers entered the apartment and found no one inside. Case taken for documentation. |

Disorderly Conduct II- An employee called from the Corvallis Municipal Court to report a subject locked in the bathroom, screaming and yelling for the past ten minutes. Officers arrived at the Court and contacted a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, inside the bathroom. He was arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest- A subject came to the Law Enforcement Center and had a warrant for their arrest. An officer contacted the subject and identified him as a 20-year-old male, Albany resident. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported their vehicle was broken into while parked outside of their place of employment in the 900-block of NW 9th St. Multiple tools were stolen from the vehicle. Warrant Arrest- A 54-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 800-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Caller reported there was a male outside their business in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd who was refusing to leave. The suspect was identified as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, who had been previously trespassed from the business. The male was issued a criminal citation for Trespass II. Shoplift- Caller reported an unknown male stole merchandise from their business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The suspect left the area on foot and was not located. Trespass- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespass after he returned to a property in the 900-block of NW Hobart Ave from which he had been previously trespassed. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released on a citation. Disorderly Conduct / Resisting Arrest- A 42-year-old female, no fixed address, was taken into custody near the intersection of NW 1st St and NW Van Buren Ave after she was reportedly swinging a golf club at cars as they passed by. She was placed in a WRAP restraint device and transported to the hospital for clearance, then booked at the jail. Arson- A portable toilet at a park in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave was found engulfed in flames and was a total loss. Personal belongings inside the toilet were also consumed by the fire. Cause is currently unknown. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a disturbance in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave. A 41-year-old female, no fixed address, was causing a disturbance in a City building. She was contacted and found to have an active warrant. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. She was also trespassed from the library. |

A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, had returned to the business after being previously trespassed. A 30-year-old male, no fixed address, returned to a business from which he had been previously trespassed and was causing a scene. The male was cited for Criminal Trespass. Attempted Assault- Officers responded to the area of NW Monroe Ave and NW Kings Blvd after a witness reported observing a male assaulting another male while he exited the bus. A 55-year-old male, no fixed address, was located and taken into custody. Trespass- An officer was dispatched to the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a welfare check. The officer contacted the female, and she was fine, but hotel staff advised they wanted the male caller trespassed due to him standing outside the female’s room for the last few days. The male and female are currently going through a breakup. The male was trespassed from the location. Warrant Arrest- A 49-year-old female, no fixed address, was cited on several active warrants after being contacted in an alley in the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave. Warrant Arrest- A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was cited on several active warrants after being contacted on a noise complaint in the 500-block of SW Madison Ave. Warrant Arrest- A 64-year-old male, Lebanon resident, was cited on two active warrants after being contacted on a trespass complaint at a medical facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr. |

Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 100-block of SW 2nd St on an unrelated call for service. While in contact with the female, officers learned she had a warrant for her arrest. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Officers contacted a resident in the 400-block of NW 26th St who reported their rear window of their vehicle was broken out overnight and property was stolen from within. Domestic Disturbance- Officers responded to the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male and female who were screaming at each other, and the male was reported to be throwing items at the female. The female was located, and the male was not. The female party denied any physical altercation and anything being thrown at her. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male setting up camp outside the front door. Two 47-year-old males, both no fixed address, were located setting up camp. The left when asked and were issued Trespass Notices at the request of the business. Theft- Officers took a report of a theft of a license plate which occurred the night before in the 300-block of SW Madison Ave. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of a 53-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was outside of the business yelling. The male was issued a Trespass Notice from the business. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a group of intoxicated people who entered the business, grabbed a broom and began knocking over merchandise before stealing a wreath and leaving. Theft- An officer took a report of a theft at a business in the 200-block of SW 2nd St. An unknown suspect stole a table from outside the business. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to SW Philomath Blvd and SW Western Blvd for a non-injury crash. The driver of the at-fault vehicle was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way when merging. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a loud noise complaint in the 3600-block of NW Tyler Pl. An SRN was issued for Unlawful Amplified Sound. Minor in Possession (Marijuana)- An officer contacted an occupied vehicle in the park in the 100-block of SE Fischer Ln. There were four occupants of the vehicle, all of whom were under 21. They admitted to smoking marijuana and had a small bag of psilocybin mushrooms. They voluntarily relinquished the items, and the stop was treated as an educational encounter due to their cooperation and compliance. The items were entered for destruction. Special Response Notice- An officer responded to a loud party in the 600-block of NW 23rd St. An SRN was issued for Unlawful Amplified Sound. Theft- Officers responded to a bar in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for what was initially reported to be a stolen vehicle. The vehicle that was reportedly stolen was still present at the scene, however, the caller reported her purse had been stolen. No suspects at this time. Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to a report of a vehicle crash at NW Van Buren Ave and NW Kings Blvd. The driver, a 28-year-old female, Corvallis resident, performed SFSTs and was ultimately arrested for DUII. |

Trespass- Officers responded to the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a report of a female who was refusing to leave a business after causing a disturbance. The suspect, a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II and cited in lieu of custody. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 200-block of NW 6th St for a report of a fight in progress involving two males. A 47-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II. The male was transported to the jail. Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card- Officers contacted a residence in the 6200-block of SW Trellis Dr for a report of a credit card which was used in multiple fraudulent transactions. Warrant Arrest- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 1600-block of NW 9th St. The driver, a 76-year-old female, Albany resident, was the subject of an active warrant. She was issued a criminal citation and released. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- Officers responded to an attempt to locate on a vehicle which was reported as speeding and almost hitting pedestrians in the crosswalk near the intersection of SW 3rd St and SW Avery Dr. The vehicle was later located in a parking lot in the area, and the driver was identified as a 31-year-old male, no fixed address. During the contact it was learned he was non-compliant with his sex offender registry. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 42-year-old female, Albany resident, in the 2300-block of NW 9th St who was the subject of an active warrant. She was issued a criminal citation and released. Minor in Possession of Alcohol- An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1000-block of NW Harrison Blvd. Four males were intoxicated in the back seat, all of whom were under 21 years of age. They were issued citations for MIP-Alcohol. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Officers responded to the 2700-block of NW Tyler Ave for a report of a UEMV in progress. The caller reported seeing three males enter a parked vehicle and attempt to enter a second parked vehicle. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspects. Trespass- Two 47-year-old males, both no fixed address, were trespassed from a business in the 400-block of NW Monroe Ave. Theft / Resisting Arrest / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer stopped a cyclist near SW 5th St and SW Jefferson Ave for a violation. The officer recognized the bike the male was riding on as being stolen earlier in the week. The serial number on the bike matched the stolen record as well. The male physically resisted being taken into custody. After a short struggle, the male was taken into custody and taken to the jail. While searching the male before the jail booking, officers also located used methamphetamine paraphernalia. |

Warrant Arrest- A 34-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 700-block of SW Madison Ave and subsequently arrested on a felony warrant. Theft- Officers responded to a store in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a 42-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was concealing merchandise in her clothing while walking around. The female was known to staff as a previous theft suspect. The female was contacted and subsequently cited in lieu of custody for Theft II. Menacing / Disorderly Conduct II- Officers responded to a residence in the 5300-block of SW Country Club Dr for a report of a male swinging a baseball bat at the caller. Investigation determined a 32-year-old man, Corvallis resident, had swung a baseball bat at the caller during a display of disorderly behavior. The male was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, near the intersection of SW 4th St and SW Washington Ave, stemming from a complaint of her walking with an open container and cursing. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was arrested, transported to the hospital for jail clearance, and then transported to the jail where she was lodged. Assault IV / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Depositing Trash in a Waterway / Warrant Arrest- Officers on routine vehicle patrol observed a fight in the 100-block of SW B Ave. A 35-year-old male, no fixed address, ran from officers and jumped into the Marys River. Benton County Marine Deputies and a Corvallis Police K-9 Team deployed on a boat and took the male into custody. The male was the subject of multiple active warrants. Investigation determined he was in the process of assaulting a person when officers arrived on scene, and he was also charged with Assault IV. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged, and a 34-year-old female, no fixed address, who was also involved in the incident was issued a criminal citation for active warrants. Contempt of Court- Officers responded to a residence in the 3500-block of NE Lancaster St for a welfare check. A 47-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted during the incident who was the subject of an active warrant. At the request of the issuing jurisdiction, she was provided with reporting instructions as opposed to an arrest, and the warrant was cleared as served. Disorderly Conduct II / Criminal Mischief II- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of three males who were accosting other customers and trying to instigate fights. The three males were located at another business in the area. Subsequent to the investigation, a 20-year-old male, Brownsville resident, and a 19-year-old male, Lebanon resident, were issued criminal citations for Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Mischief II. Minor in Possession (Alcohol) / Misrepresentation of Age by Minor- An officer contacted a 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the parking lot of a business in the 300-block of NW 4th St after observing him drinking alcohol in public. The male admitted to being underage and additionally admitted to purchasing the alcohol using a fake ID. The fake ID was seized, and the male was issued a citation for MIP and Misrepresentation of Age by a Minor. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, at a business in the 100-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir. The male had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued citations. |

Theft- A volunteer called from the 500-block of SW 4th St to report a subject stole a cell phone from the location. The caller identified the suspect as a 51-year-old female, no fixed address, who walked from the location. Officers located the female in the area, detained her, and located the stolen phone on her person. The phone was returned to the owners, and the female was issued a citation for the theft and released. Trespass- A security guard called from the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave to report a subject trespassing. Officers arrived at the library, contacted a 20-year-old male, and trespassed him from the property. Disorderly Conduct II- A customer called from the 2100-block of NW 9th St to report a subject behaving strangely and stating he was “strapped” and carrying a firearm. Officers arrived in the area, but the suspect, a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was no longer present. The officer developed probable cause for Disorderly Conduct and began to search for the suspect. He was later located, arrested, issued a citation for the offense, and released. Criminal Trespass I / Interfering with a Police Officer / Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol when they observed a subject running away from the area, down the railroad tracks in the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The officer developed probable cause for Criminal Trespass I and yelled for the subject to stop. The male, later identified as a 34-year-old male, no fixed address, continued to run from the officer, jumping fences into private property. The male was eventually contacted and arrested. When he was identified, the officer learned he had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Theft- Caller reported a package was stolen off the porch of their residence in the 500-block of NW 8th St. The suspect was not identified. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 37-year-old male, no fixed address, near SW Western Blvd and SW Philomath Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation. Criminal Mischief- An officer took a report of a window that was smashed with a rock at a business in the 1100-block of SW Crystal Lake Dr. There was no suspect information. |

Criminal Trespass- An employee called from the 1500-block of NW 9th St to report a subject screaming at staff and customers outside the business. The caller asked for the subject to be trespassed from the business. An officer arrived and contacted the subject a 52-year-old female, Coos Bay resident. She was provided with a trespass notice and left the area. Harassment- Caller wanted to make a report of ongoing harassment between themselves and a 39-year-old male, no fixed address. The responded officer learned the suspect male was on probation, and a condition of that probation was no contact with the caller. The investigation will be forwarded to Linn County Parole and Probation for their consideration. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to an apartment complex in the 1300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of an argument between a male and female. A 47-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and a 37-year-old female, Albany resident, were identified as the individuals involved. The female reported the male punched the window and kicked the door of her vehicle after she flipped off the male for honking at her. The male stated the female was parked in an area she was not allowed to park in at the complex, and struck a fence while backing up. The male honked at the female, and she exited her vehicle while yelling at him. The female spit toward the male and had a bat in her hand. Video evidence corroborated the male’s statement, and the female was issued a criminal citation for Violent Conduct. Warrant Arrest- A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at SW 2nd St and SW Western Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Reckless Burning- Officer discovered a small, unattended warming fire near a business in the 100-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir. The officer extinguished the fire. Warrant Arrest- While on an unrelated call for service in the 100-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir, an officer contacted a 38-year-old male, no fixed address, who was wanted for a shoplifting incident. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Criminal Trespass- A property manager called from the 1800-block of NW Circle Blvd to request a subject in an RV to be trespassed from the property. The officer arrived at the location, contacted a 46-year-old male, no fixed address, and trespassed him from the property. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A parks employee called for assistance dealing with a confrontational suspect at the Skate Park. Officers responded to the area and contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, who calmed down and agreed to leave the area. During the contact, the officers learned the male was a sex offender and was out of compliance with his registration. He was issued a citation and left the area. Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- A 52-year-old male, Philomath resident, arrived at the Law Enforcement Center to renew his sex offender registration and staff discovered he was out of compliance. An officer contacted the male, issued him a citation, and he completed his registration then left the building. Criminal Trespass- A caller reported a neighbor was refusing to leave his property in the 800-block of NW Oak Ave. Officers responded to the location and contacted a 34-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and trespassed him from the caller’s property. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a residence in the 200-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for a report of a theft. The caller reported her ex-boyfriend stole her backpack and left the area on foot. The male was located and identified as a 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident. The male did not have a backpack with him, but did have a warrant for his arrest. The caller located her backpack, so there was not probable cause to arrest the male for theft, but he was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 67-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 400-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Trespass- Caller reported a male was on the property of his business in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd after he had previously been trespassed. The suspect was identified as a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and it was confirmed he had been trespassed from the property. The male was taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and issued a criminal citation for Criminal Trespass II. Theft- Caller reported their bicycle was stolen outside of a business in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. No suspect was identified. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to the area of NE Hwy 99W and NE Conifer Blvd for a report of a male driver passed out in his vehicle at the intersection. Officers located the vehicle, and the male was still passed out in the driver’s seat. Officers woke up the male and observed he appeared intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for DUII and Reckless Driving after performing SFSTs. The male was lodged at the jail. Misrepresentation of Age- A local bar employee in the 100-block of SW 2nd St reported a potential patron attempted to use a fake ID to enter the bar, and the ID was seized. The patron also called dispatch to report the bar took his ID, but when the bar employee told the patron they knew the ID was fake and they had also called the police, the patron decided to leave before police arrived. Reported Unlawful Use of a Vehicle- Victim reported a person known to her had just left in her truck without her permission from the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. The vehicle and suspect were located in the neighborhood, and investigation determined he has used the vehicle in the past, and the victim only wanted the vehicle returned and no charges. He returned the vehicle. |

Burglary- Caller reported a cold burglary which occurred at her residence in the 5400-block of SW Country Club Dr. Multiple tools were stolen from the residence, but no suspect was identified. Trespass- Caller reported a male was at Cloverland Park and appeared to be moving his personal belongings into the bathroom. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and had been previously trespassed from all City parks. The male was issued a criminal citation for Trespass II. Trespass- Caller reported a male was inside their business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St and refused to leave after being asked to do so. The suspect was identified as a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and he was trespassed from the business. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- A 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped at SW 3rd St and SW Adams Ave for a traffic violation. The male’s license was suspended at the misdemeanor level. He was issued a criminal citation for DWS-Misdemeanor. |

Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 1000-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a bicycle which was stolen sometime in the early evening. Found Property- A found wallet was turned in at the Law Enforcement Center. Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol / Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor)- Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an intoxicated male who was refused the sale of alcohol by a store clerk due to his level of intoxication. The 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, left the store driving in a vehicle and was contacted nearby at his residence. The male was intoxicated and taken into custody for DUII. The male also had a suspended license. The male was taken to the hospital and later lodged at the jail. Disorderly Conduct II- While on another call for service in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave, two males approached an officer. The reporting parties advised a 30-year-old male, no fixed address, came up to them a short time earlier and told them he could kill them, and then reached into a nearby sewer grate and retrieved a hammer. The reporting parties felt threatened and the male with the hammer walked away from the area. Officers located the male nearby with the hammer and took him into custody for Disorderly Conduct II. The male was lodged at the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, driving approximately 40 mph in posted 25 mph zone near SW 2nd St and SW Madison Ave. The officer noticed signs of impairment and investigated. The male performed SFSTs, which indicated he was impaired. The male was lodged at the jail. Theft- An officer was dispatched to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of an unknown person who stole a backpack and satchel which had been left unattended. |

Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a female who had been previously trespassed and was back in the store, screaming at people. The suspect, a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was arrested for Criminal Trespass I. The female was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released with a citation. Hit and Run- Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a vehicle that hit and damaged a bicycle rack in the area before leaving. Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1000-block of SW 13th St for a report of individuals attempting to enter a vehicle which did not appear to belong to them. The owner of the vehicle was out of town and had sent the keys to another individual in town. One of the individuals who was contacted was a 43-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was the subject of an active warrant. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and released on a criminal citation. Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the 2500-block of SW Pickford St for a report of a neighbor who confronted another neighbor about reckless driving. During the confrontation, one involved party alleged the other party entered their residence unlawfully. No probable cause for enforcement action was developed due to conflicting statements and a lack of other evidentiary leads. Trespass- Officers responded to a residence in the 5200-block of SW Blueberry Dr for a report of an unwanted male who had attempted to enter the residence when the caller answered the door. The 20-year-old male, Albany resident, was contacted on scene and issued a Trespass Notice from the residence. Trespass- Officers responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a trespass complaint. It was reported a male was refusing to leave after being asked to do so. Upon arrival, officers contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and took him into custody for Criminal Trespass and transported him to the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400-block of NW Monroe Ave. The driver was identified as a 25-year-old male, Portland resident, who sowed signs of impairment. The male consented to SFSTs and was subsequently arrested for DUII. The male was transported to the jail for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering. |

Burglary / Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1500-block of SW 53rd St for a report of a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, acting disorderly, threatening staff at a business and attempting to force entry after being denied service. Officers contacted the male and subsequently arrested him for Disorderly Conduct II, Attempted Criminal Mischief II, and Attempted Burglary II. The male was taken into custody and transported to jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 500-block of SW Madison Ave. It was determined the male had numerous warrants for his arrest. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody on the warrants. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1600-block of NW 9th St for a report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave the property. A 56-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested, transported to the hospital for clearance, and then transported to the jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 33-year-old male, Philomath resident, in the 200-block of NW 5th St who was the subject of an active warrant. He was lodged at the jail. Reckless Driving- Officers responded to the 400-block of NW Jackson Ave for a report of a vehicle which had left the scene of a crash which had just occurred. Officers located the suspect vehicle near the intersection of SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd. The driver was identified as a 22-year-old male, no fixed address. Investigation determined there was no damage to either vehicle from the crash itself, but there was probable cause to arrest the driver for Reckless Driving. The male was ultimately released on a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 45-year-old male, Eagle Point resident, in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd on an active warrant after he called in a welfare check on himself. He was highly intoxicated and was transported to the hospital at his request for an alcohol evaluation. The male was issued a criminal citation for the active warrant. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 40-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of NW 3rd St. During the contact, it was learned the male had multiple warrants for his arrest from various jurisdictions across Oregon. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail.
