November 21st |
Warrant Arrest / Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for the report of a 59-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was trespassing on the property. The male also had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later cited for trespass and the warrants. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 34-year-old male with no fixed address near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Hayes Ave who was the subject of active warrants. He was issued criminal citations and released. Follow-up – Officers contacted a 27-year-old female with no fixed address near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Hayes Ave. Probable cause existed for her arrest stemming from a previous investigation for Theft II. She was ultimately issued a criminal citation and released. Vehicle Crash – Officers located a single vehicle crash involving a moving van near the intersection of NW 4th St and NW Buchanan Ave. The vehicle was partially off the roadway and Highway 99 was closed for over an hour as a tow company worked to extricate the vehicle. The driver, a 54-year-old Portland resident, was determined not to be impaired and was issued a traffic citation for Fail to Drive within Lane. Driving Under the Influence / Reckless Driving / Fail Perform Duties / Criminal Mischief – While investigating the previous crash, Officers heard a loud boom and were alerted by semi-truck drivers waiting to proceed along the closed highway that a vehicle had just crashed. A vehicle with heavy front-end damage was seen leaving the area. A crash scene was located on highway 99 approaching the zenith of the overpass from the north. The front bumper and license plate of the suspect vehicle were located next to skid marks and a heavily damaged guardrail. The suspect vehicle was later located in the 100 Block of NE Conifer Blvd, and a 22-year-old male California resident was arrested for DUII. He was ultimately transported to the hospital where a telephonic search warrant for a blood sample was applied for. The male was charged with DUII, Reckless Driving, Failure to Perform duties of Driver – Property Damage, and Criminal Mischief II. Disorderly Conduct II & Attempted Criminal Mischief II – Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male yelling and ramming a shopping cart into a bsh shelter glass repeatedly. The officer contacted a 48-year-old male with a Corvallis address in the area. The male was arrested and transported to the jail where he was then issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct II & Attempted Criminal Mischief II and released. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 1000-block of SW 3rd St for a female on the property and refusing to leave. Officers contacted the 58-year-old female with no fixed address in the area and detained her. She was issued a citation for Criminal Trespass II and released. Disorderly Conduct II – An officer was contacted by Records staff at the Law Enforcement Center concerning an intoxicated subject in the lobby yelling obscenities. The officer contacted the subject, a 48-year-old male with no fixed address, outside the lobby. The male was escorted off the property and he then entered the roadway (100 block of NW 5th St) kicked a traffic cone into the roadway and fell, lying in the road, obstructing traffic. The male was escorted to the sidewalk, and he immediately returned, kicking a second traffic cone into the roadway, again obstructing traffic. The male was arrested and issued a citation. He then left the area without further problems. Criminal Trespass II – A caller in the 400-block of SW 4th St reported an unknown person hitting the glass and trying to open their locked front door. Officers arrived on the scene and contacted a 62-year-old male with no fixed address. The male was issued a trespass notice for the business and escorted off the property. Warrant Arrest – Washington County Sheriff’s Department requested a Warrant attempt to locate in the 1000-block of NW Monroe Ave. An officer responded to the address and contacted the 20-year-old male with a Corvallis address at the location. The male was issued a citation and released. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW 5th St for a report of a person sleeping on the porch and refusing to leave. Officers arrived at the residence and contacted a 57-year-old female with no fixed address on the property. During the contact, Officers learned she had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was removed from the property, issued a citation, and released. |
November 20th |
Warrant- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW 9th St to a male yelling and screaming at people. An unhoused 44-year-old male was contacted and cited on outstanding warrants. Trespassing- Officers responded to the 2200-block of NW 9th St for a complaint of a 40-year-old unhoused male frequently trespassing on the property. They were issued a trespass notice. Trespassing- Officers responded to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a complaint of a 62-year-old male with no fixed address yelling and hitting a vehicle in the area. The male was found hiding in the bushes and the vehicle involved had left the area. The involved business requested the male be trespassed from the property and he was issued a trespass notice. Offensive Littering- Officers responded to the area of SW 6th St / SW Madison Ave for a 59-year-old female with no fixed address was seen defecating in the area. The female was cited for the offense. Warrant- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW Madison Ave for a 59-year-old unhoused female who was not wearing clothing below the waist and pounding on city building doors. She was located and found to have a warrant for her arrest which she was taken into custody on and cited for. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the 1000-block of SE Denman Ave for a report of a male trespassing on the property trying to contact a resident. Officer arrived on scene and located the 42-year-old male with a Eugene address in the area. During the investigation officers learned the male had a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail on his eight warrants. |
November 19th |
Franchise Requirement / Trespass- An Officers responded to a report of a male with no fixed address going through trash and recycling bins at a residence in the 2700-block of NW Jackson Ave. The male was warned for dumpster diving and issued a trespass notice prohibiting him from returning to the residence. Lost Property- A male reported his passport was lost stolen possibly somewhere in Corvallis a year or two ago. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was loitering in the parking lot of a fast-food business in the 800-block of NW 9th St. The male was issued a trespass notice at the request of store employees. Disturbance / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 500-block of SE Chapman Ave. A male with no fixed address was causing a disturbance when City Parks employees were attempting to clean up an illegal camp. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for an outstanding warrant. No new crimes were committed. Forgery – A business in the 2100-block of NW 9th St reported a patron used a counterfeit $20 bill. An officer contacted the woman at the business, and at the end of the investigation did not believe the women knowingly used the counterfeit bill. The bill was seized. Criminal Mischief – A driver in the 1000-block of SW 3rd Street reported a person threw a rock at their car, which caused a dent. Officers stopped the man, a 53-year-old with no fixed address, and arrested him. Trespass – A 59-year-old male, no fixed address, refused to leave the library after being asked to do so by staff. Officers contacted the male, issued him a trespass notice, and he left the property. Criminal Mischief – Caller reported somebody slashed his tire while it was parked outside his residence in the 1600-block of NW Forestgreen Ave. Caller believed the suspect was possibly a former roommate, but no evidence was located to identify a suspect. Theft – Caller reported three bikes were stolen from an apartment complex in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. No suspect was identified. Theft – Caller is an employee at a residential housing business in the 800-block of NW Reiman Ave. Caller reported residents have been receiving text messages stating they had received apartments and the clients had been sending the suspect money. However, it was determined this was a scam and no housing had been secured for any of the clients. No suspect was identified. Theft – Caller reported an unknown male stole a bicycle from their business in the 100 block of SW 2nd St. Caller didn’t realize the bike was missing until conducting an inventory at the end of their shift. No suspect was identified. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 45-year-old male, Corvallis resident, at NW Circle Blvd and NW Janssen St. The male had an extraditable warrant out of Clark County, WA. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers responded to the 500-block of SE Chapman Pl for a report of a reckless driver. The vehicle was located and a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was identified as the driver. The male was taken into custody for DUII after performing Field Sobriety Tests. A search warrant was authorized to obtain a blood sample from the male. The male was issued citations for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering and release to a sober person. |
November 18th |
Trespass – A 50-year-old male, no fixed address, refused to leave a business in the 400-block of SW 1st St after being asked to leave multiple times. The male was contacted and issued a trespass notice per the caller’s request. Shoplift – An unknown male stole two candy bars from a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male left prior to officer’s arrival and was not identified. Warrant Arrest – A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was stopped for a bicycle violation in the 1200-block of SE 3rd St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was transported to the Linn County Jail. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male refusing to leave the business after being asked to. The suspect was identified as a 44-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 2. Assault – Officers responded to a residence in the 2500-block of SW Coho St for a report of a physical domestic dispute between the caller and her 20-year-old son. Officers contacted the caller at her residence and found she had a bloody nose and a cut on her lip. The caller stated she was punched by her son, who left prior to officer’s arrival, after an argument about him being at her residence. The suspect was located in the area with blood on his hand and admitted to accidently hitting his mother during the argument. The male was taken into custody for Assault 4 and transported to the jail. |
November 17th |
Welfare Check / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported seeing a male with no fixed address with an unknown problem in the 2500-block of NW 9th St. CFD and CPD were dispatched, and it was learned the male fell off his bike several times due to being in the cold for multiple hours. The male had several outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released to his parents who came to pick him up. CAID / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a group of persons smoking marijuana on the sidewalk in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave. Only one person, a male with no fixed address, was still present when an officer arrived. The male denied smoking marijuana. The male had several outstanding municipal court warrants for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- A caller report a male with no fixed address leaving trash and smoking in a business in the 2400-block of NW 9th St. The male was issued a trespass notice and left the area on foot. Park Hours / Fire / Warrant – An officer contacted two men, no fixed address, in the BMX Track Park for violating Park Hours of Closure. They had a campfire. The men were issued citations for the violations. One of the men was arrested for a Corvallis Municipal Court warrant. They were cited and released. Trespass / Warrant Arrest – Employees at a restaurant in the 100-block of SW 2nd Street report a man was refusing to leave and was becoming increasingly hostile. Officers contacted the 36-year-old Newport resident, arrested him for outstanding Lincoln County warrants, and issued him a trespass notice for the bar. He was cited and released. Park Hours / Trespass – An officer contacted two men in the Skate Park for violating park hours. The men were issued citations for the violation. One of the men was currently trespassed from parks. He was arrested for Trespass. They were cited and released. Trespass – A 31-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted at a business in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd after he refused to leave the business after being asked to do so multiple times by employees. The male was issued a trespass notice and left the property. Theft – Caller reported a female stole cash from the tip jar at a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. The female was located in the area and identified as a 27-year-old female, no fixed address. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft 3. SRN – Officer responded to a residence in the 1300-block of SW Scott St for a loud noise complaint. A 60-year-old female was contacted at the residence, and she was playing music loudly on her front porch and admitted she was trying to annoy the neighbor. The female was issued a SRN for Unlawful Amplified Sound. |
November 16th |
Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 5th Street for the report of an argument. Officers discovered it was verbal only. A 58-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was nearby and standing on the train tracks was contacted. He had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for the warrants. DUII – Officers were dispatched to a vehicle crash in the 3200-block of NE Lancaster St. It was discovered a 36-year-old male, with no fixed address, crashed his vehicle into a parked vehicle, causing extensive damage. The driver was also intoxicated. A search warrant was granted for his blood and breath. He was taken into custody and later released with citations at the hospital for DUII. Warrant Arrest / Mail Theft – Officers located a 53-year-old female, with no fixed address, in the 200-block of NW 53rd Street. The female had a felony warrant for her arrest and was wanted for mail theft that occurred the day prior. She was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers were on patrol in the 300-block of SW Western Blvd when they contacted a 30-year-old male, with no fixed address, who had a Parole Board Warrant for his arrest. He was placed into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Criminal Mischief – Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of NW 2nd Street for the report of a 37-year-old male, with no fixed address, who punched a window out at the hotel. The suspect began to dart in between homes as he ran away from the scene. He was located in the area and taken into custody. He was transported to the Benton County Jail. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving – While on routine vehicle patrol Officers discovered a single vehicle crash near the intersection of SW 7th St and SW Western Blvd. The driver, a 20-year-old male California resident, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving stemming from the investigation. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was processed, and he was later released on criminal citations. Burglary – Officers responded to a residence in the 900-block of NW Beca Ave for a report of a burglary that had occurred approximately 90 minutes earlier. Someone had entered the caller’s apartment and stolen a bicycle. Theft II – An employee in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd called to report a theft suspect in custody. An officer arrived at the business and learned a 59-year-old female with a Corvallis address stole approximately $176 worth of merchandise and was detained by employees. The female was arrested and booked into jail. Shoplift I & Criminal Trespass – A Loss Prevention Officer called from the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl to report a shoplifting suspect detained. The officer arrived at the business and learned a 21-year-old male stole approximately $145 worth of merchandise and was stopped by Loss Prevention. The male was issued citation for the offense and trespassed from the property. |
November 15th |
Warrant Arrests – Officers responded to a welfare check in the 100-block of NW 1st St when they observed criminal activity in the area. Officers contacted two males from Albany and arrested a 35-year-old male from Albany and a 39-year-old male from Albany on multiple arrest warrants out of Lebanon Muni Court, and both Linn and Lane County Circuit Court Warrants. Mail Theft – Officer responded to the 200-block of NW 16th Street after a resident located several pieces of stolen mail. Disorderly Conduct II – A 37-year-old male from Corvallis was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II after he was obstructing traffic on HWY 99 and NW Elks Drive. Warrant Arrest – A 29 YOA Albany male was arrested in the 400-block of NW 2nd St on multiple warrants out of Lebanon and Albany. Assault II and Attempted Assault IV – A 25-year-old subject from Corvallis was arrested on SW Research Way after they assaulted a person with their hands breaking the victim’s teeth and the suspect attempted to assault another party in the area. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 22-year-old female with no fixed address who was sitting in a vehicle near the intersection of NW 29th St and NW Garfield Ave. She was the subject of active warrants and was ultimately released on criminal citations. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 33-year-old male Corvallis resident in the parking lot of a business in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. He was the subject of active warrants and was ultimately released on criminal citations. Disturbance – Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of an intoxicated female who had punched a staff member. The staff member was uninjured and did not want to pursue charges. The 28-year-old female Corvallis resident was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. Driving While Suspended / Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine – Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of NW 1st St and NW Tyler Ave. The driver, a 36-year-old female Corvallis resident, was found to be driving on a criminally suspended license. She was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was arrested for Driving Suspended Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Violent Conduct – An officer was dispatched to the 800-block of SW Grove St for a fight. The officer contacted the two involved females and the grandmother witness. The investigation revealed a 30-year-old female attempted to punch her cousin but missed both attempts. No one involved wanted to pursue criminal charges, and no further action was taken. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a subject with a dog refusing to leave the property. Officers contacted a 36-year-old female with no fixed address near the property with her dog. Officers trespassed the female and she left the area. Criminal Trespass II – A caller in the 500-block of SW 56th St called to report a 21-year-old male Corvallis resident was on the property and arguing with his ex-girlfriend. Officers contacted the male and ex-girlfriend and determined there was no crime. The homeowner requested the male be trespassed from the property. He was issued a trespass notice and left the area. |
November 14th |
Drug Possession- An officer on patrol saw suspicious activity in the 700-block SW 4th St and contacted a 28-year-old male with no fixed address and a 26-year-old female with no fixed address. They were subsequently cited for possession of fentanyl. Theft / Trespass- Officers responded to a complaint of theft and trespassing at a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St where a 20-year-old female with no fixed address was cited for theft and trespassing. Burglary- An officer responded to a cold burglary compliant where a storage shed was entered in the 400-block of NW 18th St. Over $400 of camping equipment was stolen. The theft occurred sometime between July of this year to today with no suspect information. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a subject, previously trespassed, back on the property. Officers arrived at the location and contacted a 36-year-old female with no fixed address on the property and confirmed she had been previously trespassed. She was issued a citation for Criminal Trespass II and released. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of a subject, previously trespassed, back on the property. Additionally, the caller reported the female was blocking the entrance and removing her pants. Officers arrived and contacted a 57-year-old female with no fixed address who they confirmed was previously trespassed. She was removed from the property and issued a citation. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a subject who was previously trespassed, back on the property. Officers contacted the same 57-year-old female with no fixed address (from the previous trespass at a different location) still on the property. Officers arrested the female for trespassing and transported her to jail. Criminal Trespass II & PCS Methamphetamine – Officers were dispatched to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a 51-year-old male trespassing on the property who was previously trespassed. Additionally, the subject was warned by Dispatch he was trespassing and not to return to the property but did so despite the warning. Officers contacted the male on the property and arrested him. During the search officers located a user amount of methamphetamine on the subject. He was transported and booked into jail. |
November 13th |
Trespass- A female with no fixed address returned to a downtown business after she was previously trespassed. The female was still present when police arrived and refused to leave when asked to do so. The female was escorted outside and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Traffic Stop / Warrant Arrest- An Officer contacted a female Philomath resident on a traffic stop. The female had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- A female with no fixed address was contacted in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. She was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Traffic Stop / Pedestrian Stop / Warrant Arrest - An Officer conducted a traffic stop and the passenger exited the vehicle and left on foot. The passenger, a male Albany resident, then committed a traffic violation by crossing the street in violation of a traffic control device. A second Officer attempted to stop the male to discuss pedestrian safety. The male ran away, leading the Officer on a foot chase. The male was located hiding inside a downtown business. He was detained and found to have an outstanding Linn County warrant for his arrest. The male was transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant arrest- A 67-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on two Corvallis Municipal Court warrants after being contacted in the skate park after hours. Warrant arrest- A 42-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on two Lincoln County Circuit Court warrants (FTA- Harassing Communication) after being contacted in Pioneer Park parking lot after hours. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to a business in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for a subject refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived on the scene and contacted a 53-year-old male with no fixed address still on the property. Officers confirmed the male had previously been trespassed from the business and arrested him. During the investigation, officers learned there was probable cause to arrest the same male for a previous case for violation of a stalking order. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest – An officer was dispatched to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male yelling profanities at people and saying he was going to kill someone. Officers contacted the 44-year-old male with no fixed address and learned he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Benton County Circuit Court. He was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a request to trespass two subjects suspected of past theft. Officers arrived on the scene and contacted a 31-year-old male and a 28-year-old female. Both were issued trespass notices and left the area. |
November 12th |
Trespass- A male with no fixed address was trespassed from a business in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave. Stolen Vehicle - An unidentified suspect stole a vehicle from an apartment parking lot in the 3200-block of SE Midvale Dr. The vehicle has been entered into LEDS/NCIC. Warrant Arrest- A male Eugene resident turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole the tip jar from a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. Warrant Arrest- A male with no fixed address was contacted near SW 1st and SW Washington. The male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was also arrested regarding a prior theft in which he stole two cases of alcohol. Theft- A victim reported she allowed a female with no fixed address to stay with her at her residence and that person stole multiple items from her. Theft – A person left their phone and wallet in a shopping cart at a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. When they returned to the store the next day, they learned it was not in the lost and found. They tracked the phone to the Daytime Drop-in Center, where staff returned the phone to the owner. The wallet is still missing. The investigation is continuing. Fraud – A woman in the 3300-block of NE Oxford Cir reported a person is accessing her security cameras and phone and preventing her from making phone calls. Shoplift – Employees of a business in the 900-block of NW Beca Ave reported a woman stole items from the store. From security camera footage, the officer recognized the woman, 31-years-old with no fixed address. Theft from Vehicle – A resident in the 900-block of NW Anjni Cir reported their car was entered sometime in the last 24 hours, and coins were stolen. There is no suspect information. Reckless Burning – An officer came across a small trash pile on fire near homeless camps along the railroad tracks in the 1800-block of NE Four Acre Pl. No one was around and the fire was extinguished. DUII – A driver was reported to be driving erratically. Officers stopped the car in Downtown Corvallis. After an investigation the driver, a 37 year old Corvallis resident, was arrested for DUII. |
November 11th |
Shoplift/Warrant Arrest- A female with no fixed address stole approximately $3 worth of merchandise from a business in the 1800 block of NW 9th St. She was cited for this theft and also for a separate theft which she committed the previous day. The female also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- A female with no fixed address reported an unidentified suspect stole her backpack from the 500 block of SE Chapman Pl. Burglary- An unidentified suspect broke into a shed in a construction area on NW Century Dr. A variety of tools and equipment were stolen. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole a backpack from Central Park the day prior. Welfare Check/Warrant Arrest- Officers responded for a report of a baby crying under a tarp in Riverfront Park. The source of the crying was found to be a female with no fixed address. There was no baby involved. The female was cited in lieu of custody on outstanding warrants. FUCC- An unidentified suspect fraudulently used a credit card ($200). Warrant arrest- NW 6th St/NW Polk Ave; a 51 year old male with no fixed address was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant after being stopped for a bicycle violation. Trespass- 3600 block NW Samaritan Blvd- A 58 year old female with no fixed address was cited for trespass after refusing to leave the hospital property after repeatedly being directed to by hospital staff. |
November 10th |
Warrant Arrest/Illegal Camping- Officers were on proactive foot patrol in Pioneer Park where they discovered a male with no fixed address who had set up an illegal camp. The male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Due to lack of jail capacity the male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant and for Illegal Camping. Trespass/Interfering with Police/Att. Unlawful Use of Pepper Spray/Att. APSO/Resisting Arrest/Disorderly Conduct/Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 2300 block of NW Kings Blvd. for a report of a male with no fixed address trespassing at that location. An Officer made contact with the male who refused to stop for the Officer. When the Officer attempted to detain the suspect he exhibited a canister of pepper spray. Additional Officers responded and the suspect attempted to deploy the pepper spray. An Officer deployed a Taser to incapacitate the male. The male continued to resist arrest, kicking one of the Officers in the leg. The Officer utilized physical control techniques and the WRAP device to restrain the male. The male was also found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. After receiving medical clearance he was lodged at the jail. Trespass- A male and female, both with no fixed address, were reported to be using drugs on the steps of a nonprofit organization in the 600 block of SW Madison. The female was located and it was learned she had previously been trespassed from that location. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. The male was not located. Shoplift- An unidentified female suspect shoplifted clothing from a business in the 1300 block of NW 9th St. She was not located in the area. Disturbance- Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the parking lot of a hotel in the 1100 block of NW 9th St. A male and female were located and admitted to having a heated argument while seated in a parked vehicle. Both parties agreed the male attempted to push the female out of the vehicle. Neither party was injured and neither wished to pursue any charges. Disorderly Conduct/Bias Incident- Officers responded to Central Park for a report of a male with no fixed address who placed a passerby in a headlock. When Officers arrived on scene the male fled on foot. He was detained in the transit mall and was found to have a medical issue and was also likely under the influence of a CNS stimulant. CFD EMTs responded, but the male was uncooperative and refused treatment. The male was transported to GSH for a jail clearance, however when Officers arrived at the hospital it was learned the jail lacked capacity to process the suspect. The suspect was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Disorderly Conduct and also trespassed from all City Parks for 30 days. He was left at GSH so he could seek medical treatment. The male berated the arresting Officers and uttered racial slurs against them. Disturbance/AOA CFD- A short time later Officers were dispatched back to GSH for a report of the same male causing a disturbance and blocking traffic outside the hospital entrance. The male was determined to have a medical issue and CFD responded to transport him into the ER. Theft- Victim reported the theft of license plates from his vehicle which were reportedly taken sometime during the week. Warrant arrest- A 25 year old Corvallis female was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for Aggravated Animal Abuse after being contacted at her residence in the 1700 block SE Crystal Lake Drive. |

Theft- A 19yo female reported money being stolen from her purse while at her job multiple times in the 300 blk of NW 3rd St. Disorderly Conduct 2- A 40yo male with no fixed address was arrested after swinging a stick and acting violent in the 1500 blk of SW Avery Park and causing a disturbance. Domestic- Two individuals were contacted after a neighbor reported a possible domestic disturbance in the 5000 blk of SW Technology Loop. It was determined there was no crime. Att. Assault 4- A 50yo male with no fixed address was arrested for Att. Assault IV and Disorderly Conduct after trespassing at a business in the 700 block of NW 9th st and attempting to punch an employee. SRN- An officer responded to the 300 block of NW 14th St for a noise complaint. A resident of the apartment was contacted and issued an SRN for the noise. DUII- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at NW 9th St and NW Van Buren Ave. The officer developed probable cause to believe the driver, a 56 year old male, was DUII. The driver consented to SFST’s and was subsequently arrested for DUII. The driver provided breath samples showing a BAC of 0.11. DUII- An officer stopped a wrong way driver at NW 4th St and NW Fillmore Ave. The officer developed probable cause to believe the driver, a 28 year old female, was DUII. The driver consented to SFST’s and was subsequently arrested for DUII. The driver provided breath samples showing a BAC of 0.09. DUII, Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangering (x3) – An officer stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of NW Monroe Av, and identified the driver as a 43-year-old male with a Sherwood address. The driver conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was determined to be impaired by alcohol. The male was arrested and later issued citations in lieu of custody and released to a family member. Warrant Arrest – An officer was on patrol when he observed a 30-year-old female with Corvallis address who he knew to have an active warrant for her arrest in the area of SW Helen Av and SW 53rd St. The officer stopped the female and confirmed the warrants. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released. AOA – Officers responded to the 700 block of NW 3rd St to assist Oregon State Police Troopers with a high-risk vehicle stop. Minutes earlier OSP Troopers were on a traffic stop with the same vehicle when it fled the traffic stop and was suspected of DUII. OSP Troopers conducted a “guiding maneuver” stopping the suspect vehicle in the 700 block of NW 3rd St. Officers assisted with the stop and the 39-year-old female with a Corvallis address, was arrested and later booked into jail. Further investigation revealed Monmouth PD had probable cause for a hit and run for the same female driver. Criminal Trespass II – Officers responded to the 1500 block of NW Monroe Av for a report of a male refusing to leave the business. Officers arrived on scene and the very intoxicated male was escorted out and moved along. As the officers were leaving the area the same male, a 50-year-old male with a Hillsboro address returned and entered the business again. The male was arrested, removed from the area, and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest – An officer stopped a bicycle in the 300 block of NW 2nd St and found the 35-year-old male with a Corvallis address riding the bike had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation for the Lebanon warrant and released. |

UUV- Officers were called regarding a vehicle partially submerged in the river in the 700 blk of NE 2nd St. This vehicle was a rental and the person who rented it stated they last saw it last night at 2300 hours. Robbery- A 40yo male resident reported he was robbed of a cellphone in the 100 blk of NE Powder Horn Dr. Burglary- An unknown person entered a vacant building in the 300 blk of NW 11th St over the past few days and stole construction equipment. Warrant- A 35yo male was cited on outstanding warrants for his arrest in the 1700 blk of NW Menlo Drive. Trespass / Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 1100 Block of NW 9th St. for a female who was refusing to leave. The 61-year-old female with no fixed address was the subject of an active warrant. She was issued a criminal citation for the warrant, trespassed from the business, and left the property. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 1300 Block of NW 9th St. for a report of a 61-year-old female who was refusing to leave. She was trespassed from the business and left. Menacing, Escape & Resisting Arrest – Officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the 5500 block of SW Philomath Bv for a report of a male shooting at the caller and then chasing him with a gun. Officers arrived in the area and contacted the caller in the area of SW Helen Av. Responding officers established a perimeter and a drone was deployed to assist. The suspect, an 18-year-old male with a Corvallis address was located at his residence. The male admitted to pointing a realistic looking air-soft rifle at the victim, firing into the air and then firing at the victim who fled the area. When the male was told he was under arrest he ran from officers and physically resisted arrest. The male was taken into custody and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest – An officer contacted a 37-year-old female with a Corvallis address in the 300 block of SW 6th St while on an unrelated investigation. The officer was familiar with the female and found she had an active warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of arrest and released. Menacing – Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of SW 53rd St for a report of a male threatening another male with a hammer. As Dispatch gathered information the caller became uncooperative and eventually hung up on Dispatch. Officers arrived in the area and searched for the caller and any other involved parties, but no one knew or saw anything, and everyone contacted was unable to substantiate the potential menacing or identify the victim/caller. Criminal Trespass II – During the investigation into the menacing in the 700 block of SW 53rd St officers contacted a 41-year-old male with no fixed address trespassing on the property. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody and left the property. |

AOA- Officers assisted Detectives from AZ in attempting to locate a registered sex offender whom they believed had fled to Corvallis. After investigation it was believed the offender was incarcerated in CO. Fail to Register as a Sex Offender- A male Adair resident came to the LEC and was found to be out of compliance with his sex offender registration requirements. He was cited in lieu of custody and his registration was updated. DWS Felony- Officer saw a male driving in town earlier in the day and contacted him later in the 900 blk of NW Spruce Ave. He was determined to be DWS Felony and cited for this offense. Theft II- A store 900 block of NW Circle Blvd called after detaining a houseless community member who had stolen over $100 worth of items. They were cited for this offense along with two outstanding warrants. Warrants- Officers responded to a business in the 700 blk of NW Kings Blvd for a suspicious male yelling at customers. The male had two outstanding warrants for his arrest which he was cited on. Burglary – Officers responded to a facility in the 3500 Block of NW Samaritan Drive for a report of an attempted burglary. Pry marks were located on a rear window, but no entry was made. Domestic Disturbance – Officers responded to a residence in the 2700 Block of SW Pickford St. for a report of neighbors arguing. A male was contacted in the area who was involved, but he was uncooperative and heavily intoxicated. No probable cause for enforcement action was gained during the investigation. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 67-year-old male Corvallis resident who was the subject of an active warrant in the 100 Block of SW Cummings Ave. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Open Container – Officers contacted a 29-year-old male with no fixed address near the intersection of NW 14th St. and NW Harrison Blvd. stemming from numerous 911 calls that the male made. The male was paranoid and in possession of an open container. He is on felony probation with a no alcohol clause. He was issued a criminal citation and released. His probation officer was unable to be contacted. Welfare Check – Officers responded to the 1200 block of NW Kings Bv for a report of a neighbor yelling for help. The officers arrived on scene and could hear the male yelling for help from inside his apartment. Officers forced entry into the apartment and found the male resident was locked in his own bathroom (the doorknob fell off the outside and he was unable to open the interior door from the inside). The resident was uninjured and required no further aid. Criminal Trespass II & Warrant Arrest (x11) – Officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of NW Monroe Ave for a 53-year-old male with no fixed address, previously trespassed from the business, back on the property. Officers contacted the male and learned he had eleven Benton County Circuit Court warrants for his arrest. The Benton County Jail issued court dates for the warrants and the male was issued citations and released. |

Warrant Service- A female Corvallis resident came to the LEC to turn herself in on an outstanding warrant. Due to lack of jail capacity she was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disturbance- Officers responded to the 1100 block of NW 35th St. for a report of a dispute between two male roommates. One roommate reportedly grabbed the other in the course of an argument. Neither party wish to pursue criminal charges. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was trespassed from a business in the 2600 block of NW 9th St. He will make an appearance later in this report. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was trespassed from a business in the 2100 block of NW 9th St. He will make another appearance later in this report. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was trespassed from another business in the 2100 block of NW 9th St. Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 1800 Block of NW 9th St. for a report of a male who had just shoplifted. Driving While Suspended – Misdemeanor – Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 300 Block of NW 3rd St. The driver, a 26-year-old male Corvallis resident, was arrested for driving on a criminally suspended license. He was transported to jail. Reckless Burning – Officers were on routine patrol when they located a fire in the parking lot of a business in the 900 Block of NW Kings Blvd. A 27-year-old female with no fixed address admitted to starting the fire, and was issued criminal citations for Reckless Burning and Littering. Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to a business in the 400 Block of SW 4th St. for a report of a male attempting to break in. The caller was only hearing this, and it was learned that the banging was not a male breaking into a business. The sound was from a 45-year-old male Georgia resident damaging multiple parking meters. The male was arrested and transported to jail, and public works was called to retrieve the broken meters. Warrant Arrest – An officer responded to the front desk of the Law Enforcement Center for a 46-year-old male with a Lebanon address who had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for his arrest and was updating his sex offender registration. The male was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Warrant Arrest (x6) & Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of SW 53rd St for a report of a damaged gate and people trespassing on the property. Officers arrived in the area and contacted a 39-year-old female with no fixed address who was on the property and had been previously trespassed. Additionally, the female had six warrants for her arrest out of Benton County Circuit Court. She was arrested and booked into jail on the charges and warrants. Warrant Arrest & Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of SW Madison for a male on the property and refusing to leave. Officers contacted a 62-year-old male with no fixed address and learned he had multiple active state-wide felony warrant for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and booked into jail. |

Att. Motorcycle Theft - Unidentified suspects attempted to steal a motorcycle from the 1500-block of NW Terracegreen Pl. The suspects lifted the motorcycle into the back of a truck. The owner of the motorcycle jumped in the back of the suspect’s pickup truck as they tried to leave. Both the bike and the owner were left behind by the suspects. Human Waste- A caller reported a male with no fixed address outside a business in the 400-block of SW 4th St. The male had his pants down. When Officers arrived the male still had his pants down and he claimed he had been urinating. The male was issued a trespass notice and moved along. Threats- A caller reported he received a text message from a person claiming to be a hitman. The text directed the victim to pay a fine or be eliminated. The text included photos of a rifle and a dead body. The caller blocked the number. Disorderly Conduct / DCS Meth- A female with no fixed address was reported to be mooning passing traffic in the 1100-block of NW Van Buren. A male with no fixed address then provided the female with methamphetamine which she promptly smoked with him. This was captured on surveillance video. Both parties were arrested. Forgery – Caller reported a male paid for their property taxes and one of the $100 bills used for payment was counterfeit. The counterfeit bill had to be viewed under a microscope to determine it was fake, and only one of the bills was counterfeit. There was no evidence the male intentionally used or created the bill. Warrant Arrest – A 27-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd for follow-up on a previous theft investigation. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest – A 51-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of her yelling outside of a business. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass – Multiple officers responded to a residence in the 600-block of SW 4th St for a report of a burglary in progress. The caller reported they went into their residence and found an unknown male sleeping inside. They told the male he needed to leave, and the suspect told them that they needed to leave. A BCSO K9 responded with officers and searched the residence. The suspect was located and apprehended inside the residence by the K9. The suspect was identified as a 62-year-old male, no fixed address, and he had a warrant for his arrest as well. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Trespass – Caller came home to her residence in the 700-block of NW 12th St and found a male exiting her backyard. Officers located the suspect, and he was identified as a 42-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 2. Trespass – Officers responded to the hospital emergency room for a report of a patient that was discharged but refusing to leave. The suspect was identified as a 25-year-old male, Eugene resident, and told to leave multiple times by the officers. The male continued to refuse to leave so he was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to the jail. |

Burglary- A shed was broken into in the 600-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The victim is compiling a list of stolen property. Trespass- A caller reported an unknown person in her backyard in the 300-block of SE Villa Dr. It was determined to be the caller’s pest control company. The complaint was unfounded. Trespass- A male registered sex offender with no fixed address was causing a disturbance in a downtown business where he had previously been trespassed. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Telephonic Harassment- A female Corvallis resident reported she broke up with a male. The male continues to call and/or contact the female via social media despite her repeated requests to stop. An Officer advised the male to discontinue the contact, or he could be arrested. Domestic Disturbance / Violent Conduct- A caller reported seeing a male with no fixed address in a physical conflict with a female in the 4800-block of SW Research Way. The witness observed the male push the female to the ground. The male was located and admitted being in an argument. The female was not located. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct. Warrant arrest- A 26-year-old female was taken into custody on warrants from Lebanon Municipal Court, Albany Municipal Court, Philomath Municipal Court, and Linn County Circuit Court after being contacted in a vehicle in a parking lot of a hotel in the 400-block NW 2nd Street. She was transported to Linn County Jail. Warrant arrest / Felon possession of restricted weapon- A 26-year-old male was taken into custody on a Lincoln County warrant (Probation Violation) after being located in an apartment complex parking lot in the 4200-block NW Duniway Drive. Lincoln County S.O. contacted us regarding the possible whereabouts of this subject. BCSO transported the subject to the Lincoln County Jail. Warrant arrest- A 58-year-old male with no fixed address was taken into custody on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant (FTA-PCS METH) and a Philomath Municipal Court warrant (FTA- CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY) after being contacted on SW Sylvia Street near SW West Hills Road. He was booked at BCCF. Warrant Arrest – A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, came to the LEC to turn herself in on a warrant. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest – Caller reported she was having an argument with 35-year-old boyfriend, Albany resident, about the male claiming to throw her cats out of her apartment and destroy her property. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the male and female and determined that no crime occurred during the argument. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest – A 51-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 600-block of NW Jackson Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was transported to the jail. |

Domestic Disturbance / Harassment- Officers responded to the 1100-block of SW Ivy Pl for a report of a domestic disturbance. The involved female (adult daughter) admitted to slapping the male (father). The male refused to cooperate or provide any information. The female left with other family members. No arrests. Mail Theft- An unidentified suspect stole mail from several mailboxes in the 3500-block of SW Western Blvd. A neighbor found some of the mail discarded in the area and turned it in. Another pile of mail was also located in the area. The found mail was returned to the owners. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole an electric scooter from the 600-block of NW 21st St. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a male with no fixed address sleeping near the door of a sorority in the 2200-block of NW Van Buren Ave. The male was found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. He issued a citation in lieu of custody and moved along. Warrant Arrest- While on proactive patrol in the downtown area an Officer located a female with no fixed address whom he knew to have multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disturbance / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 800-block of SW Grove St for a report of a male waving a knife around. The male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and he was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Animal Abuse- A caller reported a male suspect in the 5500-block of SW Country Club Dr was physically abusing his dogs and neglecting their care by leaving them in a kennel all day. The caller had secondhand information and had not witnessed this directly. An Officer contacted the dog owner and the animals. There was no evidence to support the allegations. Trespass / PCS Meth / Carry Concealed Weapon- Officers responded to a report of a male trespassing at a business after previously being told to leave. The male was still present when Officers arrived. The male was arrested and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a concealed dagger. The male was arrested and taken to jail. Criminal Mischief- An unidentified suspect broke out a window at a school in the 900-block of NE Conifer. Warrant arrest- A 34-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for FTA-DWS after being contacted on a trespass complaint in the 400-block NE Circle Blvd. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a male that was yelling and throwing deli meat inside the store. A 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was identified by the suspect and contacted by officers in the parking lot. The caller only wanted the male trespassed from the business, and he was issued a trespass notice. DUII – A 35-year-old male, Salem resident, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 700-block of SW 3rd St. The officer observed the male was intoxicated and took him into custody for DUII after performing SFST’s. Warrant Arrest – A 54-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of NW 1st St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was transported to the jail. DUII – An off-duty officer reported a possibly impaired driver westbound on HWY 34. The vehicle was located and stopped in the 700-block of NW 9th St. The officer observed the 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was intoxicated and took him into custody for DUII after performing SFST’s. |

Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 44-year-old male who was the subject of active warrants in a park in the 500-block of SE Chapman Pl. The male was arrested, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released on criminal citations. Burglary – Officers responded to a facility in the 1400-block of NW 20th St for a report of a broken window with lights on inside the building. No one was located inside of the building. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a residence in the 400-block of NW 7th St for a report of a male refusing to leave the porch. The 43-year-old male Lebanon resident was arrested for active warrants, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and released on criminal citations. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 59-year-old male with no fixed address in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave who was the subject of active warrants. The male was issued criminal citations and released. Assault III – Officers responded to a report of an assault that had just occurred outside of a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. The caller had been kicked out of the business after having a verbal altercation with two males. The two males attacked the caller outside of the business. The suspects were not located during the initial response. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers responded to the intersection of SW 5th St and SW Western Blvd for a report of a single vehicle crash into a traffic sign. The driver, a 29-year-old male, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving based on investigation on scene. Trespass – Officers responded to a residence in the 1800-block of NW Polk Ave for a report of a male who showed up at a party and tried to sell cocaine before refusing to leave. The residents had to forcibly remove him. The 30-year-old male was arrested for Criminal Trespass I, returned to his own residence, and released with a criminal citation. Elude Vehicle – Officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of SW 3rd St and SW Western Blvd. The vehicle took off, and Officers did not pursue for policy and public safety considerations. Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a male who shoplifted items and took off running. Unlawful Use of Mace / Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a 45-year-old male Corvallis resident, who was maced by an unknown party. On arrival the male would not disclose details about the incident. The male was the subject of active warrants. He was transported to the hospital by Medics, and upon release he was arrested by Officers and transported to the jail where he was lodged. |

Stolen Vehicle – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 900-block of NW Polk Ave. The vehicle was allegedly stolen yesterday. The stolen vehicle was later found unoccupied in the 300 block of NW Polk Avenue and returned to the owner. Elude / Reckless Endangering / Warrant Arrest / Felon in Possession of a Weapon – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Kings Blvd and NW Walnut Blvd. The driver, a 34-year-old male Corvallis resident, was the subject of multiple warrants. He refused to exit the vehicle and a tire deflation device was placed under one of his tires. As Officers attempted to open the driver’s door to effect an arrest, the male sped off in the vehicle. Follow a short vehicle pursuit, the male lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. Officers blocked in the male’s vehicle with patrol vehicles, and the male was taken into custody without further incident. The male was transported to the hospital for a clearance, and then transported to the jail where he was lodged. Special Response Notice – Officers issued an SRN to a residence in the 2800-block of NW Polk Ave. A 19-year-old male was also issued a citation for Minor in Possession. Assault IV – Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation at a residence in the 200-block of NW 14th St. During the investigation it was learned that a 20-year-old male attempted to push his way into the residence. This escalated into a fight, and the male punched two other individuals. The male was arrested and transported to the jail where he was lodged. Special Response Notice – Officers issued an SRN to a residence in the 2300-block of NW Van Buren Ave for loud music and yelling. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Warrant Arrest – Officers responded for an attempt to locate on a vehicle in the area of NE Oxford Circle and NE Lancaster Drive. A caller reported a driver was stumbling, falling down, and clearly intoxicated. The vehicle was located, and Officers performed a traffic stop. Pursuant to investigation the driver, a 32-year-old female Lebanon resident, was arrested for DUII and an active warrant. Attempted Felony Assault IV – Domestic – Officers responded to a residence in the 5200-block of SW Technology Loop for a report of an unknown problem. During the investigation it was learned that a 21-year-old female Corvallis resident punched her partner in the face in the presence of a minor child. A firearm and suspected cocaine were discovered in the apartment. The female was arrested, transported to the hospital for a clearance, and then lodged at the jail. Illegal use of a Bus Shelter – Officers were dispatched to the transit mall for the report of a 51-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was reported to be intoxicated and doing drugs in the bus shelter. Warrant Arrest / Aggravated Harassment / Resisting Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for the report of a 27-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was threatening to kill people. Officers contacted the female and she refused to leave. She began to resist arrest when officers tried to place her into custody. After being placed into custody she spat on an officer. She was arrested and taken into custody. Disorderly Conduct / Resisting Arrest – Officers were dispatched to report of a fight in progress involving a knife. Officers arrived and discovered a 33-year-old male got into an argument with another male and pushed him. The other male was much smaller than the suspect and pulled out a box cutter in self-defense. The suspect then ran away from the area. Officers located the male in the area, and he resisted arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of NW Kings Blvd for the report of a 40-year-old male, with no fixed address, trespassing inside of an apartment complex. The male was contacted and discovered to have a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with a citation for the warrant. Contempt of Court – A 48-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, was held in contempt of court during a Municipal Court hearing regarding a parking citation. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Theft – Officers responded to the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a stolen bicycle. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. The driver, a 22-year-old male Hood River resident, was arrested for DUII based on investigation on scene. Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of NW 4th St for a report of a male who stole property. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1700-block of NW 9th Street for the report of a 56-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was defecating and urinating in the bushes. He had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for the warrants. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 2100-block of NW 9th Street for the report of a 53-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was trespassing on the property. Illegal Camping / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a transient camp set up in a parking lot in the 600-block of NW 2nd St. The caller had asked the campers to leave for several days, and they refused. The campers were issued a trespass notice and warned for camping on private property. One female with no fixed address was issued a citation in lieu of custody for an outstanding warrant. Stalking- A female North Carolina resident came to Oregon to get away from a domestic violence situation. The male followed her to Oregon and encountered her in Tillamook. The female did not report it to Tillamook and has not encountered the male in Corvallis. She is leaving the state today. Report for documentation. Forgery- An unidentified suspect uttered a counterfeit $10 bill to a bank. Warrant arrest- A 57-year-old Albany male was arrested on multiple warrants after being contacted on a suspicious person complaint at the intersection of NW 13th St/NW Walnut Blvd. This subject had an Albany Municipal Court warrant, a Linn County Justice Court warrant, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant. He was booked at Linn County Jail. DWS- An officer was monitoring a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot of an apartment complex on NW Duniway Drive. The vehicle had two different license plates on it, neither were registered to the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped as it was leaving the premises and a 29-year-old Corvallis male was taken into custody for DWS-misdemeanor. Philomath PD had probable cause to arrest this same male for an elude in the same vehicle a couple weeks earlier (with different Washington plates at that time), so the suspect was taken to BCCF for PPD’s charges. Warrant Arrest – A 53-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest – A 39-year-old male and a 31-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted in the 700-block of SW 10th St for a report of them going through garbage cans. Both had warrants for their arrest. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody and the male was transported to the jail. Public Indecency – Officers responded to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male masturbating in public. A 51-year-old male, no fixed address, was in the area. The caller reported observing the male masturbate openly in the public. The male provided a fictitious name and had warrants for his arrest as well. The male was taken into custody for Public Indecency, False Information to Police Officer, Criminal Trespass 2 and the warrants and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest – A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was driving a vehicle involved in a previous theft investigation. The male was stopped to investigate the theft investigation but was not the theft suspect. However, the male’s license was suspended at the misdemeanor level and had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Theft – Caller reported a male stole merchandise from a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St and was leaving the area on a bike. A 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, matching the description of the suspect was located by officers in the area. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft 3. Extortion – Caller sent nude photos to another person he met on a dating website. The other person then threatened to share the photos with the caller’s friends and family if he didn’t send the suspect gift cards or money. The caller did not send any money to the suspect, and the suspect was not identified. |

Shoplift- Two unidentified suspects entered a business in the 1900-block of NW Four Acres place and shoplifted $800 worth of merchandise. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole a flatbed trailer from a business in the 100-block of SE Lilly Ave. Burglary - A caller reported a burglary to a business in the 500-block of NW 2nd St. Menacing- A male with no fixed address confronted some teenagers whom he thought were blocking the sidewalk. The male brandished a 2x4 board while making threatening statements towards the youths. The male was located and arrested. Theft- An unidentified suspect charged approximately $600 worth of paint and equipment to a business account. The suspect was not an authorized user of the account. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was issued a trespass notice from a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. Trespass- A female with no fixed address was issued a trespass notice from a business in the 500-block of SW 4th St. Warrant arrest- A 28-year-old Corvallis male was taken into custody on a Benton County Circuit warrant for FTA-Resist arrest after being contacted on a trespassing complaint in the 500-block NW 23rd Street. He was also trespassed from the property. Warrant arrest- A 35-year-old Philomath male was cited on a Philomath Municipal court warrant FTA-DUII after being contacted in the 1900-block NW Highland Drive. Theft – Caller reported an unknown male stole multiple items from a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. The suspect was identified as a 62-year-old male, no fixed address, through reviewing the video surveillance. The male was located later in the shift and issued a citation for Theft 3. Interfering with Public Transit – Officers responded to the Transit Mall for a report of a male that attempted to punch a bus driver. The driver was able to get the male to get off the bus and he was located by officers still in the area. The suspect was identified as a 62-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was taken into custody for Interfering with Public Transit and Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to the jail. The male had a warrant for his arrest as well and was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest – A 34-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Hit and Run- A cyclist was riding on the wrong side of the street in the 1800-block of SW 3rd St and ran into a vehicle. The cyclist fled the scene. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was trespassing at a hotel in the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave. When an employee asked him to leave, he picked up an ashtray and threw it to the ground. He was cited in lieu of custody for trespassing. Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a male with no fixed address in the 700-block of NE Circle Blvd. The male was walking with his genitals exposed. The male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and eventually lodged at the jail. Menacing (DV)/Unlawful Use of Weapon- A female with no fixed address reported that her ex-boyfriend, also no fixed address was following her, slammed her to the ground, and held a knife to her throat. It was reported the male previously had a gun, but no gun was seen during this incident. A witness heard the female screaming and saw the male leaving the area. The male was located with the knife. He was arrested and lodged at the jail. No gun was located. Warrant arrest / Weapon Possession / PCS-fentanyl- A 39-year-old male with no fixed address was taken into custody on an Oregon State Parole board warrant (Sex Assault) after being contacted in a parking lot in the 2300-block NW Kings Blvd. He was additionally charged for being a Felon in Possession of a Restricted weapon (brass knuckles) and additionally for possessing fentanyl. He was booked at BCCF. Warrant arrest- A 48-year-old Corvallis male was cited on 2 Albany Municipal Court warrants after being stopped for a traffic violation in the 400-block NW 2nd Street. Initiating a false report- A 20-year-old Corvallis male was charged for Initiating a False Report when investigating officer was conducting follow-up on a robbery allegation the “victim” made two weeks earlier, and learned it was untrue. The victim lost his wallet and thought he would get in trouble with his parents, so he made up a story about being robbed at knifepoint by several people. Misuse of 911- A 50-year-old Corvallis male was cited for Misuse of 911 after calling dispatch on more than one occasion regarding a civil dispute involving his girlfriend at their residence in the 1000-block NW Fillmore Avenue. Warrant Arrest – A 40-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Theft – An unknown suspect stole the front license plate off a vehicle while it was parked at the owner’s residence in the 400-block of SW Tunison Ave. Warrant Arrest – A 29-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 2200-block of NW Garryanna St for a parking complaint. The male had a warrant for his arrest and tried to flee on foot when officers contacted him. The male was apprehended and taken into custody. He was transported to the jail on for the warrants and Interfering with a Peace Officer. Hit and Run – A caller reported she found her vehicle had been struck by an unknown vehicle while parked outside her residence in the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr. Theft – A caller reported his bike was stolen from outside a business in the 2300-block of NW 9th St the previous day. No suspect was identified. Theft – A caller reported an unknown male stole playing cards from a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St approximately 20 minutes prior to calling. The male fled on a bike and was not located. |

Illegal Camping / Interfering w/Police / Warrant Arrest- While on foot patrol in Pioneer Park an officer encountered a male with no fixed address who had set up a camp less than 24 hours prior. The male was uncooperative and attempted to run from the officer. He was detained after a short foot chase. The male was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male cited in lieu of custody. Theft- An unidentified male stole one wheel off a vehicle in the 1800-block of NW Beca Ave. Disturbance / Trespass- A caller reported a person shouting at her as she walked through the rose garden in Avery Park. The suspect, a male registered sex offender with no fixed address, was contacted by officers and it was learned he had been excluded from all Corvallis Parks until 2025. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to GSH ER for a report of a male with no fixed address who was refusing to leave after being discharged. GSH staff provided the male with breakfast and asked him to leave half a dozen times over a 45-minute period. Each time the male refused. At one point the male exposed his buttocks and expelled flatulence at GSH staff. Officers contacted the male and found he also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. MVC (Non-Injury) - Officers were conducting traffic control at the intersection of HW 99 and NW Walnut Blvd due to a traffic light malfunction. A female driver failed to obey the directions of the officers and drove out into on-coming traffic. The female was immediately involved in a traffic crash. She was issued a traffic citation. Warrant Arrest / Open Container – A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted for having an open container of alcohol in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest as well. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail for the warrants and issued a citation for Open Container. Theft – An employee at a business in the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd stopped a female for shoplifting over $200 in merchandise. The suspect was identified as a 31-year-old female with no fixed address. The female was taken into custody and transported to the LEC where she was issued a citation for Theft 2. Warrant Arrest – A 22-year-old female, no fixed address, was stopped in the 4500-block of SW West Hills Rd for a bicycle violation. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest. There was not much information outside of both being on bikes and going their separate ways. A 35-year-old female, with no fixed address, was located in the area yelling belligerently while riding her bike. She was contacted and discovered to have a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Theft/Criminal Mischief – Officers were dispatched to Bald Hill Park for the report of multiple vehicles with shattered windows and purses stolen. There was no suspect information. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of NW Monroe Avenue for the report of a 53-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was trespassing on the property. The male had been previously trespassed. He was taken into custody, transported to the police station, and later released with citations. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 1600-block of NW 29th Street for the report of a 44-year-old male, with no fixed address, who locked himself in the park bathroom and would not come out. He had been trespassed from the parks previously. He was taken into custody and later released with a citation for trespassing. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for the report of a 57-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was trespassing. She had been previously trespassed from the business. She was taken into custody and transported to the police station. She was later released with a citation. Theft – Officers contacted a resident in the 900-block of NW 29th St for a report of a license plate that was stolen from a vehicle. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 22-year-old male Albany resident in a park in the 1300-block of SW Philomath Blvd who was violating park hours. It was learned the male was the subject of an active warrant, and he was issued a criminal citation and released. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 800-block of SW Grove St for a report of a loud party. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Warrant Arrest – Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The driver, an 18-year-old Philomath resident, was the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released. Harassment / Disorderly Conduct II / Resisting Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male being detained by security after fighting with them. The uncooperative male, a 23-year-old Eugene resident, was placed in a restraint device during the incident. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Bias Incident – Officers responded to a residence in the 800-block of SW Grove St for a report of an argument stemming from a person loudly yelling offensive terminology. Elude Vehicle / Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving – Officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle in the 300-block of SW 35th St. The vehicle did not stop, and officers discontinued the pursuit due to public safety concerns. The vehicle was located later by officers and was stopped at the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Harrison Blvd. The driver, a 22-year-old male Lebanon resident, was arrested for DUII, Attempt to Elude – Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Reckless Endangering. He was transported to the hospital for a search warrant blood draw before being transported to the jail. Two firearms were discovered in the vehicle. Warrant Arrest – An officer was on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on a subject riding a bicycle in the 1400-block of NW Highland Dr. During the stop, the officer identified the subject as a 47-year-old male with a Lebanon address and found he had two warrants for his arrest: one out of Benton County Circuit Court and one out of Linn County Circuit Court. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass – A caller in the 100-block of SW 2nd St called to report two males, previously trespassed, back on the property. Prior to police arrival the two males left the area and were not located. As officers were arriving in the area the same caller reported a 3rd subject urinating on the building. Officers contacted the urinating subject and identified him as a 34-year-old male with a Portland address. Per the request of the business, the male was issued a trespass notice and released to a sober friend. |

Criminal Mischief / Trespass / Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. The fenced gate was broken, and an item had been stolen from inside of a fenced area. Disorderly Conduct II / Felon in Possession of a Firearm – Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of three people who were involved in a fight being detained by security. During the investigation it was learned that one of the individuals involved, a 24-year-old male Albany resident, was in possession of a firearm and was a convicted felon. He was transported to the jail and lodged on charges of Disorderly Conduct II and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The two other individuals involved, a 22-year-old male Corvallis resident and a 22-year-old male Sweet Home resident, were issued criminal citations for Disorderly Conduct II and released. Trespass / Attempted Unlawful Entry into Motor Vehicle – Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for a report of a male trespassing in a gated area who attempted to enter one vehicle. The male was scared off by the caller. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers responded to a single vehicle crash in the 100-block of SW Hopkins Ave that was located by an off-duty Sheriff’s Deputy. The driver was identified as a 25-year-old male Pendleton resident and was arrested for DUII stemming from investigation. He was transported to the hospital by Medics where a blood draw was obtained. He was issued criminal citations and released at the hospital. Menacing / Assault IV / Disorderly Conduct II – Officers responded to a residence in the 2600-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a male who came home drunk and tried to attack the caller with a knife. A 43-year-old male Corvallis resident and a 41-year-old male Corvallis resident were identified as the involved males. The 41-year-old male Corvallis resident was detained in the roadway of SW 3rd St closing southbound lanes momentarily. After investigation the 43-year-old male was issued a criminal citation for Assault IV and released on scene. The 41-year-old male was arrested for Menacing, Attempted Assault IV, and Disorderly Conduct II and transported to the jail. Criminal Trespass & Previous PC for Violation of an Order – Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Madison for a report of a subject trespassing on the property. Officers arrived in the area and contacted the subject, a 47-year-old male with no fixed address. During the investigation officers learned other officers had probable cause to arrest the male for Violation of an Order regarding a prior case. The male was trespassed from the property and arrested on the probable cause and booked into jail. Theft & Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a male in the business concealing merchandise in his backpack while inside the store. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the subject, a 44-year-old male with a Corvallis address. The male was arrested for the theft and determined to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Lebanon. The male was removed from the business, issued citations for the offenses, and released at the Law Enforcement Center. Warrant Arrest & Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a subject in the store, previously trespassed. Prior to arriving at the business, officers learned the male had an active state-wide felony warrant for Robbery. Officers arrived on scene and found the 43-year-old male with a Portland address still in the store. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail. |

Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 59-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, in the 4800-block of SW West Hills Road, who had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 1900-block of NW 9th Street for the report of a male and female trespassing in the area. They contacted a 47-year-old male and a 38-year-old female, both with no fixed address. Both were cited in lieu of custody for trespassing. Trespass / Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a female refusing to leave. The 57-year-old female with no fixed address was arrested for her active warrants and removed from the property. She was later issued criminal citations and released. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of a female who was on the property refusing to leave. The 57-year-old female with no fixed address was arrested for Criminal Trespass II and transported to jail. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a female who had locked herself in the bathroom for an hour. The 31-year-old female with no fixed address was issued a Trespass Notice from the business and left. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a male yelling in the business and scaring people. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 52-year-old male with no fixed address. The male was removed from the building and issued a citation for Violent Conduct and trespassed from the property. Warrant Arrest – An officer was dispatched to a reported restraining order violation in the 5500-block of SW Country Club Dr. The officer arrived at the residence and determined the restraining order had yet to be served to either individual. A Benton County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the location and served the paperwork to both subject. While on scene the officer determined both the 52-year-old male and the 40-year-old female had active warrants for their arrest. Both were issued citations and released. Harassment & Criminal Mischief III – A subject came to the Law Enforcement Center to report that their girlfriend had punched them in the shoulder and damaged the bedroom door in the 200-block of SW 15th St. The victim reported that during an argument, their girlfriend, who has a California address, punched them in the shoulder. When the victim locked themselves in their bedroom, the suspect responded by punching holes in the door until the victim threatened to call 911. The victim stated they did not want any action taken and only wanted the report made, with no contact with the suspect. Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a theft from the cash register. The caller reported finding a short in the register and then reviewing surveillance footage. During the review the employee observed a 53-year-old female with no fixed address open the register and steal money from the till. The female was contacted, arrested, and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest & Resisting Arrest – A caller reported a male, previously trespassed, on the property in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave. The officer arrived and the male refused to identify himself and attempted to walk away after being told he could not leave and then being told he was under arrest. The officer went to take the 43-year-old male with no fixed address into custody and the male resisted arrest. He was eventually placed into handcuffs and identified. After the male was in custody it was discovered, he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Albany Municipal Court. He was taken to jail where he was provided a trespass notice and released with a citation. Criminal Trespass II & Theft III – Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a theft. The caller reported a 62-year-old male with no fixed address stole beer and fled the area prior to police arrival. Officers were able to identify the male and probable cause exists for his arrest. |

Fraud- A female Corvallis resident reported her identity was stolen in a data breach. At this time there is no financial loss. Disturbance / Trespass- A male with no fixed address was banging on the window of a business in the 2000-block of NW Monroe Ave. He was trespassed from the location and moved along. Violation of NO Contact Order- While on routine patrol an officer observed a male and female, both with no fixed address, in a vehicle together. There was a valid no contact order between them. The male was arrested and taken to the jail. Elude on Foot, Warrant Arrest, Trespassing, & Fail to Carry and Present - An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot. A perimeter was quickly established, and a 37-year-old male Corvallis resident was located and arrested. The male had seven outstanding warrants for his arrest. The male was transported to GSH after stating he consumed a large amount of controlled substances. The male was issued citations on the outstanding warrants and local charges and left in the care of GSH. The vehicle was seized pending a search warrant. Warrant Arrest – Two officers responded to the 200-block of SE Chapman Pl for a warrant arrest. The officers contacted a 67-year-old male who had two active warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into jail. Disorderly Conduct II & Criminal Trespass II – Officers responded to the 1900-block of NW 9th St for a female, previously trespassed from the business, inside and throwing items. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 39-year-old female with no fixed address who was identified as the suspect. The female was removed from the business and issued citations for the offenses. Criminal Trespass II – A caller reported a 44-year-old male with no fixed address was trespassing on the business’s property in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The responding officer contacted the suspect on the property and issued him a citation for trespassing and the suspect moved his property onto the sidewalk, off the business’s property. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 2nd St for a report of a male yelling and throwing his bike helmet at the caller. The suspect, a 36-year-old male, was contacted and issued a citation for Violent Conduct and released. Conspiracy to Commit Theft I, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, PCS Cocaine & Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a report of a theft from a business. While arriving in the area the caller reported the suspect left the stolen property and fled in a vehicle. Officers arrived in the area and located the suspect vehicle attempting to hide in a nearby parking lot. Officers contacted a 48-year-old male with an Albany address in the vehicle who was not the theft suspect. However, the male did have an active warrant for his arrest out of Albany Municipal Court and was in possession of a concealed handgun. He was arrested and booked into jail for the conspiracy to commit theft 1, possession of the firearm and issued a citation for the Municipal Court warrant. After being booked into jail the male was found to have 2 grams of cocaine in his possession. He was additionally charged with PCS Cocaine and Supplying Contraband. |

Fail to Register as Sex Offender- While on proactive foot patrol of Riverfront Park an Officer contacted a male with no fixed address. The male suspect became irate and spit in the victim’s face. As Officers detained the suspect numerous passers-by provided monetary donations to him. The suspect was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers stopped a vehicle after watching it drive into bushes alongside the road near NW 1st and NW Tyler. The driver, a female Corvallis resident, was found to be Driving While Suspended (violation) and had no insurance for the vehicle. The passenger, a female with no fixed address, had outstanding warrants for her arrest. After the passenger was detained a glass meth pipe with residue was located on her person. The passenger was issued a citation in lieu of custody. The pipe was seized for destruction. Forgery / ID Theft / Possession Forged Instrument / Mail Theft / Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card / PCS Meth / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported she cashed a check on behalf of a female with no fixed address. The check bounced and it was learned the check was stolen and the account had been closed by the owner. The suspect was identified as a female with a history of forging checks. The suspect was located at a downtown hotel. Additional stolen checks were in her possession, along with stolen mail and a stolen credit card which she had been using. She also had a meth bong (with residue). The female also had eight outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was taken to the jail. Sex Offense & Warrant Arrest - Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 15th St for a report of a male exposing himself to a female. The female victim reported the male exposed his genitals to her and tried to touch her hair. A 44-year-old male who matched the suspect description was located in the immediate area and detained. The male had a Benton County Warrant for his arrest for FTA – DUII and was a registered sex offender. The investigation revealed the male never removed his genitals from his pants, but he digitally aroused himself in the presence of the female victim while in public. The male was booked and lodged at the Benton County Jail on the warrant and Public Indecency. Assault - Officers responded to Central Park for a report of an assault that just occurred. A 47-year-old Corvallis resident reported that a male named “Moose” punched him in the face. The male victim had an injury to his face. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect. The victim was not cooperative during the investigation and did not want to pursue charges. Theft – Caller was an employee at a business in the 4800-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The caller reported an unknown person entered the gated area of the property over the weekend and stole multiple tools. No suspect was identified. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a traffic crash in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. A 24-year-old male, Corvallis resident, involved in the crash had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody along with multiple citations related the traffic crash. Trespass – An officer was at a business in the 2000-block of NW Monroe Ave. One of the employees informed the officer a 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, inside the business was causing a disturbance. The officer told the male to leave, and he initially did. The male returned to the business and yelled an expletive at the employee and left again. The male returned again and threw a cookie at the employee at which point the male was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to the jail. DUII – Officers responded to the 1100-block of Hwy 99W for a report of vehicle cutting cookies in the grass median of the highway. Officers located a 44-year-old male, Georgia resident, still operating his vehicle in the grass median. The male was detained by officers, and he appeared intoxicated based on the officer’s observations. The male admitted to feeling impaired due to recent marijuana use. The male was taken into custody for DUII and Reckless Driving. |

Trespass- A caller reported a van parked in a business parking lot in the 100-block of NE Walnut Blvd. A male was inside the van and the caller wanted the male trespassed. The male, a Corvallis resident, had a suspended driver’s license. He claimed someone else left his van there. The male was issued a trespass notice. He left on foot to find a licensed driver. Disturbance / Trespass- A male sex offender with no fixed address was outside a downtown business shouting about raping people. The male was issued a trespass notice from the business, and he left the area. Trespass- A female with no fixed address returned to a downtown business after being previously trespassed. She was arrested and transported to the jail. Stolen Motorcycle- A caller reported an unidentified suspect stole a motorcycle from the 2300-block of NW Rolling Green. The vehicle was entered into LEDS/NCIC. Warrant Arrest: Officers responded to a business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a male trespassing. A 50-year-old male Albany resident was contacted. The male had an outstanding Albany Municipal Court Warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and left without incident. Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to the area of NW 4th St and NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a road rage incident. The victim reported an unknown male exited his vehicle while they were at a stop light and struck her vehicle with a metal pipe causing the door handle to break off. The caller thought she must have accidentally cut the male off while driving, but she didn’t know why he was upset with her. A witness was able to provide the license plate for the vehicle and the suspect was identified as a 23-year-old male, Philomath resident. The male was located later in the evening and taken into custody for Criminal Mischief 2. Trespass – Officers responded to the Transit Mall for a report of a male that was yelling and causing a disturbance. The caller reported they had asked the male to leave, but he had refused to do so. Officers contacted a 62-year-old male, no fixed address, and took him into custody for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported him to jail. |

Domestic Disturbance / Trespass / Warrant Arrest / PCS Meth- Officers were sent to a report of a domestic disturbance at a business in the 2600-block of NW 9th St. A male was following his ex-girlfriend, and she went into the store to call a friend for help. When her friend arrived, the female got into her vehicle to leave. However, prior to leaving the male also jumped into the vehicle and refused to get out. When Officers arrived, the male was still in the vehicle. He was arrested for Trespass and it was learned he also had warrants for his arrest. A bindle of methamphetamine was also located in his pocket. The female also had warrants for her arrest. She was issued citations in lieu of custody and the male was transported to the jail. Criminal Mistreatment / Theft- A resident at a senior living facility reported an unknown person stole money. Surveillance video did not depict anyone entering the room when the resident was gone. No suspect has been identified at this time. Warrant Arrest - An officer conducted a bicycle stop on a 39-year-old male. The male was the subject of multiple outstanding warrants. He was issued citations for the warrants. Warrant Arrest - An officer conducted a bicycle stop on a 27-year-old female. The female was the subject of an outstanding warrant. She was issued a citation for the warrant. Warrant Arrest - Officers responded to the 3500-block of NE Lancaster Ave for a report of a car prowl in progress. Officers contacted a 31-year-old male near a vehicle. The male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and booked into the Benton County Jail on the warrant. Trespass – A 57-year-old female, no fixed address, was on the property of a business in the 600-block of SW Madison Ave she had previously been trespassed from and her pants were falling down. The female was still on the property when she was contacted by officers. She was taken into custody, transported to the LEC and issued a citation in lieu. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the 2600-block of NW Lancaster St for a report of a domestic between a male and female inside a vehicle. A 32-year-old male and 30-year-old female, both Corvallis residents, were contacted inside the vehicle. Officers were unable to develop probable cause to believe a crime occurred relating to the domestic. However, both the male and female had warrants for their arrest. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody and the female was transported to the Linn County Jail. |

Unlawful Possession of Cocaine – A citizen turned a wallet he found into the police. The wallet was searched for owner information and a small bag of cocaine was in the wallet. The wallet also had a tracker in it, so the owner of the wallet arrived at the police station later in the day to retrieve his wallet. He admitted the cocaine in the wallet was his. He was cited in lieu of custody for the cocaine. Robbery / Interfering with a Peace Officer / Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 2200-block of SW Butterfield Drive for the report of a robbery that just occurred. A 28-year-old male, with no fixed address, went onto the property of a house and stole a bag of cans. The property owner chased the male down to get his cans back. The suspect pulled a can of bear mace on the victim and rode off on his electric trike. The suspect was located minutes later in the area. Officers went to stop him, and he took off on his trike. The pursuit lasted a couple of blocks before the male was apprehended by officers. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. He was released from the jail after booking. Stolen Moped – A moped was stolen from the 700-block of SW 15th Street. There was no suspect information. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers responded to the 4400-block of NW Walnut Blvd for a report of a single vehicle roll-over crash. The vehicle initially left the roadway from NW Witham Hill Drive. The driver, a 22-year-old male Corvallis resident, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. Suspicious Activity & Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the area of SW Poplar Pl and SW Western Blvd for a report of two people on bikes picking up items from a front yard. An officer arrived in the area and located both subjects on bikes. The two stated they were picking up a bike for a third individual and the homeowners confirmed this information. During the investigation the officer discovered both the 42-year-old male with no fixed address and the 44-year-old female with no fixed address had Corvallis Municipal Court warrants for their arrest. They were both issued citations for the warrants and released. Warrant Arrest – While on patrol in the 900-block of NW Beca Ave an officer contacted a 25-year-old male with an Albany address. During the contact the officer discovered the male had an active state-wide felony warrant for his arrest along with warrants from other jurisdictions. The male was arrested and booked into jail. DUII, Non-Injury Crash – Officers were dispatched to the area of SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd for a report of a crash. During the investigation officers developed probable cause one of the drivers, a 46-year-old female with a Minnesota address, was intoxicated. The female performed SFST’s and was subsequently arrested for DUII. She was issued citations and released to a sober caretaker. |

Menacing / Pointing Firearm at another / Unlawful Use of a Weapon – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 23rd Street for the report of a male in the parking lot with a gun in his hand. Officers arrived on scene and discovered two neighbors got into a dispute, where one of the neighbors pulled out a gun and pointed it at the other. The victim ran back into his apartment and the suspect retreated to his. While officers were responding to the scene the 79-year-old male suspect, Corvallis Resident, left his apartment and went to a friend’s apartment nearby. Contact was made over the phone with the suspect, and he surrendered to officers peacefully. The handgun was recovered in his apartment. The suspect was transported to the Benton County Jail. Felon in Possession of a Weapon – While officers were investigating the menacing involving a firearm, they contacted the subject who lived in the apartment the suspect had initially gone into. Upon further investigation officers discovered the 63-year-old resident of that apartment was a convicted felon and he had a handgun in his possession different from the one used in the earlier menacing. The male was placed into custody and later released with a citation on scene. Fail to Register as a Sex Offender – Officers contacted a 53-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, at the police station who was out of compliance as a sex offender. He was cited in lieu of custody for the crime. Warrant Arrest – A 54-year-old male, with no fixed address, came into the police station to turn himself in on a warrant. The male was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Burglary – Officers were on patrol in the 300-block of NE Circle Blvd when they noticed an abandoned building had an unsecure door. There was evidence someone burglarized the building. There was no suspect information. Attempted Theft – Officers responded to a residence in the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd for a report of a male who attempted to steal a bicycle 20 minutes prior to the call for service but was scared off by a family member. Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor) – On a previous case number an officer contacted a vehicle in the 700-block of SW 53rd St and identified the driver as a 43-year-old female with no fixed address. During the investigation the officer determined the female was DWS (Misdemeanor). She was issued a citation and released. Use of Marijuana in Public Place Prohibited – An officer was on patrol in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr when they observed a 23-year-old male with a Corvallis address smoking marijuana in the city park. The male was stopped, identified, issued a citation, trespassed from the parks, and released. Criminal Trespass II – An officer was dispatched to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a female, previously trespassed, on the property. The officer contacted the 57-year-old female with no fixed address, issued her a citation and she left the property. Warrant Arrest – An officer was on patrol in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr when he contacted a 34-year-old male with no fixed address trespassing on the railroad tracks. The officer discovered the male had an Albany Municipal Court warrant and a Mill City Municipal Court warrant for his arrest. The male was issued citations for both warrants, warned for trespassing on the railroad and released. Special Response Notice I – A caller reported a noise complaint in the 2100 block of NW Polk Ave. An officer arrived on scene and contacted the resident, a 21-year-old female from Washington. The female was issued a Special Response Notice for Unlawful Amplified Sound, Loud Noise, and Open Container. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a subject refusing to leave the Emergency Room. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 54-year-old male with a Salem address. The male was removed from the Hospital, issued a trespass notice, and transported away from the area. Criminal Trespass II, Disorderly Conduct II & Resisting Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of SW Willow Av for a male trespassing on the property. The caller reported the male, 33-years-old with a Medford address, was repeatedly told to leave the property and that he was trespassing, and he refused to do so. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the male still on the property. The male attempted to walk away from officers, entered the middle of the roadway, impeding traffic and then resisted arrest when officers arrested him. The male was taken into custody and booked into jail. |

Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1000-block of SE 3rd Street for the report of a 57-year-old female, with no fixed address, who threw a debit card at employees instead of paying for her items. The debit card did not work. Officers contacted the female nearby and discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant and the store did not wish to pursue charges for theft due to the de minimis value of the product. Warrant Arrest – A 40-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, came to the police station to turn himself in on a warrant. He was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Warrant Arrest / Trespass – Officers were on patrol in the 400-block of SW 3rd Street, when they made contact with a 52-year-old male, with no fixed address, who had warrants for his arrest. The male was also inside of a store he was previously trespassed from. He was placed into custody and later released with citations for his crimes. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 300-block of NW 17th St for a report of loud music. The residence was issued an initial SRN for Unlawful Amplified Sound and Loud Noise. Theft – Caller came to the LEC to report she was contacted by “law enforcement” stating she had a warrant for her arrest, and she needed to provide money, or she would be arrested. Caller paid the suspects before realizing it was a scam. DUII – Officers responded to the 3500-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a traffic crash involving multiple vehicles. During the investigation, it was determined a 37-year-old female, Lincoln City resident, rear-ended a stopped vehicle at a high rate of speed, which caused a chain reaction of other vehicles being rear-ended. Officers observed the female was intoxicated and she was transported to the hospital via ambulance. A search warrant to obtain a blood sample from the female was authorized and she was cited for DUII and Reckless Driving. Assist Other Agency – BCSO Deputies observed a male driving in his vehicle that a deputy had probable cause to arrest for an ongoing investigation. Officers located the 42-year-old male, Corvallis resident, driving in the 2600-block of SW Philomath Blvd and stopped him. The male was taken into custody on BCSO’s probable cause and custody was transferred to BCSO when they arrived on scene. Trespass – A 57-year-old female, no fixed address, was causing a disturbance at a business in the 200-block of SW 2nd St. The female was issued a trespass notice and moved on from the area. Disturbance – Officers were dispatched to the area of SW 3rd Street and SW Alexander Avenue for the report of a male and female yelling at passing cars and running into traffic. One person was reported to have a sign and the other had a stick threatening cars. One caller believed they were demanding money. Officers discovered the pair were passionate about school zone speed limit safety and were holding a sign with the speed limit on it to remind motorist of the correct speed limit. They also spoke of walking into the bike lane to force cars to slow down. Warrant Arrest / Illegal Camping – Officers were dispatched to the report of a 51-year-old male and a 49-year-old female, both with no fixed address, who were setting up camp on private property. Both were cited for camping on private property and for warrants the male had for his arrest. Warrant Arrest – Officers with the Community Livability Unit contacted a 54-year-old male, with no fixed address, in the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Drive. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for his warrant. Burglary / Warrant Arrest / Criminal Mischief – Officers were dispatched to Franklin Elementary for the report of a 43-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, and a 37-year-old female, with no fixed address, who broke into a shed next to the school. Officers located the male and female in the shed and both had been using the shed as a shelter for days. They were found on top of a mattress in the shed. The male had warrants for his arrest and was not supposed to be in contact with the female due to a prior domestic violence case. Both had used force to make entry into the shed and left trash inside. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Recess was temporarily interrupted due to the criminal activity. DUII – Officers were dispatched to a recklessly driven vehicle on Highway 99W as it entered town from the North. Officers pulled the vehicle over near the Highway 34 bypass. The 32-year-old male driver, Toledo Resident, was arrested for DUII. He submitted to a blood draw and was transported to the Benton County Jail afterward. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 42-year-old male with no fixed address in the 100-block of NW 5th St. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Burglary – Officers responded to a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a sensor notification indicating broken glass. A window was broken into the business and merchandise was stolen from within. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a female yelling and causing a disturbance. A 35-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and tried walking away from officers after being told to stop. The female was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct 2 and Interfering with a Peace Officer and transported to jail. Warrant Arrest – A 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave for having an open container of alcohol and the male had a warrant for his arrest as well. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant and Open Container. Open Container – Officer responded to the 2000-block of NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a vehicle that was broken down and male screaming outside the vehicle. A 58-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted outside the vehicle drinking from an open container of alcohol. A friend of the male’s arrived and claimed they were driving the vehicle when it broke down. The male was issued a citation for Open Container. |

Theft- An unidentified suspect stole several solar lights from a residence in the 4800 block of SW West Hills Rd. Littering / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to assist CFD with a reported fire in Avery Park. A group of people, all with no fixed address, were located and warned by CFD. The area around the camp was encumbered with trash and debris, degrading the natural beauty of the park. The owner of the tent, a female with no fixed address, was cited for littering. The female also had an outstanding warrant from the Oregon State Parole Board. She was taken into custody on the warrant. Her boyfriend, a male with no fixed address was also arrested on multiple outstanding warrants. Both were taken to the jail. Robbery- A 20-year-old victim reported he was surrounded by several people near the area of NW 10th St / NW Monroe Avenue and forced at knifepoint to turn over his wallet. Bike theft / Warrant Arrest - A 40-year-old Albany male and a 20-year-old Philomath female were taken into custody after a resident in an apartment complex in the 700-block SW 7th Street reported seeing them attempting to steal bikes from a bike rack. The male had a Lebanon Municipal Court probation warrant for DWS-misdemeanor and the female had a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for FTA-Theft 2. The vehicle they were associated with was seized pursuant to a search warrant. Two stolen bikes were recovered. They were additionally charged with theft offenses. Warrant arrest- A 33-year-old Albany female was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant after being contacted on a welfare check in a gas station parking lot in the 1300-block NW 9th Street. Warrant Arrest – A 38-year-old female, no fixed address, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Mischief / Warrant – Officers responded to the 400-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report of a female that was vandalizing vehicles. The suspect was identified as a 36-year-old female, no fixed address, and she was in the area. The female was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief 2 and warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation due to jail capacity. Warrant Arrest – A 42-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted at Crystal Lake Sports Park. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Robbery – Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a robbery that just occurred. The caller reported a female stole items from the business and then physically fought when she was confronted by loss prevention. The suspect was identified as a 36-year-old female, no fixed address, and was located in the area. The female was taken into custody for Robbery 3 and transported to the jail. |

Trespass- A caller reported seeing two vehicles go past a gate at the tree farm located in the 700-block of SW 53rd St. One of those vehicles was associated with employees conducting brush clearing operations. The employees reported a group of camps and officers contacted 5 subjects in the camps who were each cited and released for Trespass. Warrant arrest- A 25-year-old Corvallis male was cited on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant (DUII) after being contacted in a vehicle in the 4400-block NW Walnut Blvd. Warrant arrest- A 67-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on two Corvallis Municipal Court warrants after being contacted after hours in the skate park. He was already trespassed from the parks and was cited for trespass as well. Disorderly Conduct / Weapons offense- Officers responded to a restaurant parking lot in the 1100-block NW 9th Street after a person complained of someone displaying a handgun and possibly firing it in the parking lot. Officers contacted two people in a vehicle who were not cooperative and were ultimately unable to confirm whether a firearm was discharged or not (another person reported it possibly to being a firework being set off). Criminal mischief / Trespass- A 20-year-old Corvallis male was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief and Trespass after he allegedly broke a neighbor’s window at their residences in the 600-block SW 2nd Street. DWS Misdemeanor – A 58-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 2400-block of NW Harrison Blvd. The male’s license was suspended at the misdemeanor level, and he had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a male that was on the property after previously being trespassed. The suspect was identified as a 44-year-old male, no fixed address, was located on the property when officers arrived. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 2. Warrant Arrest – A 77-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300 block of SW 1st St for having an open container of alcohol. The male had a warrant for his arrest as well. The male was warned for the container of alcohol and issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. Assist Fire – Multiple officers responded to the 700-block of SW 53rd St for a report of a fire on the property. A camp was located on the property fully engulfed in flames. The fire department was able to extinguish the fire and it was determined through witness statements the fire was accidental. Reckless Burning – During the course of a fire investigation in the 700-block of SW 53rd St, officers obtained information about a male that had intentionally started multiple fires on the property over the last couple weeks. Witness stated the fires that were started did not cause any damage to property as they were extinguished before the fire could spread. The suspect was identified as a 59-year-old male, no fixed address. The male was contacted at his camp and admitted to setting fires and was taken into custody for Reckless Burning and transported to the jail. |

Disturbance / Trespass- A male with no fixed address was talking with invisible people and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance while in a business in the 800-block of NW 9th St. He was trespassed from the business. Trespass - A female with no fixed address refused to leave the hospital after being treated. Hospital staff requested she be arrested. The female was transported to the LEC and issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- The same female with no fixed address was reported to be trespassing at the downtown transit mall and “flashing” passersby. The female was clothed when Officers arrived, and the caller was not available for contact. About two hours later Officers were re-dispatched to that location for a second report of the female exposing herself. The female was trespassed from the CTS system. Warrant arrest- A 42-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on a Corvallis Municipal Court warrant for FTA-Littering after being contacted in the 300-block NW 2nd Street. Theft arrest- A 48-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on a pending theft charge after he was contacted by OSU PD on an unrelated trespass complaint on campus. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to Avery Park for a report of multiple people using controlled substances. A 35-year-old male and 47-year-old female, both with no fixed address, were contacted in the area. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. The female provided a fake name initially and then left of foot. The female was identified and located a short distance away and she had a warrant as well. Human Waste – An officer was walking into the LEC when he observed a 57-year-old female, no fixed address, pull her pants down on the sidewalk and immediately start urinating. The female was issued a citation for Human Waste and then she left the area. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 1st St for a report of a female that had previously been trespassed causing a disturbance. A 59-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and contacted inside the business. The female was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to the jail. |

Burglary – Officers were dispatched to the report of a $2000 laptop being stolen during a house party in the 200-block of NW 14th Street. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 65-year-old male, with no fixed address, in the 200-block of SE Chapman Place. The male had warrants for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody for his warrants. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the report of a 57-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was previously trespassed from a property in the 600-block of SW Madison Avenue and was now back, refusing to leave. Officers contacted the female, and she was placed into custody. She was later released with citations. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW Monroe Avenue for the report of a 27-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was trespassing on the property. She was previously trespassed from the property. She was contacted nearby and taken into custody. She was later released with a citation for the crime. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of SW Monroe Avenue to check on a 51-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was screaming in her wheelchair. Officers discovered the female was fine at the time but had warrants for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for her warrants. Offensive Littering – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of SW 53rd Street for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers discovered a completely stripped vehicle on blocks, left in the middle of the woods. The vehicle was not reported stolen, and the registered owner could not be reached. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of SW Washington Ave for the report of a 44-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was screaming racial slurs. Officers contacted the male and discovered he had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations. Recovered Property – Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a found bicycle. A caller had noticed a bicycle unsecured in the area with a Project 529 sticker on it. The bicycle was listed as stolen via the Project 529 database and was secured by officers at the Law Enforcement Center pending contact with the owner. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 1400-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of loud music which was loud enough to be heard by the dispatcher taking the call for service. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to the area of NW 6th St and NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male breaking into the back canopy of a truck. Investigation on scene determined the 32-year-old male Corvallis resident had permission to enter the truck, but he was the subject of an active warrant. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 2700-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of people outside, and loud music. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Assist Agency / K9 Capture – Officers responded to assist the Linn County Sheriff’s Office with a report of a prowler and possible burglary in progress in the 33000-block of Eagle Rd. The CPD drone was deployed for active aerial searching of the business and property. K9 Nexus searched the business property and captured a 44-year-old male Eugene resident who was concealing himself in a box truck. The male was the subject of a Parole Violation warrant for a weapons offense and was later lodged at the jail. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office arrested two other individuals on scene and is taking primary in the investigation. Theft I – A business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St called to report a theft of more than a $1,000. The caller reported an unknown male purchased a $2,900 money order. During the transaction the suspect repeatedly counted and moved the cash around, then, when the employee was not looking, pocketed $2,000 of the cash, and left with the completed money order. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 48-year-old female, Scio Resident, outside of the police station. The female had a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and later cited for the warrant. Theft – A vehicle was broken into in the 2700-block of NW Johnson Avenue. $2800 worth of items were stolen by an unknown suspect. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 53-year-old male, with no fixed address, who had 32 warrants for his arrest. The male was cited in lieu of custody for the 32 warrants. Assault 2 / Strangulation – Officers followed up with an investigation from the previous night that occurred in the 1400-block of NW 20th Street. Officers discovered a 24-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, attacked a 33-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, with a bat and strangled him during an altercation. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of NW 2nd Street for the report of a 34-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was reported to be causing a disturbance and eating bark chips. The female was contacted and discovered to have warrants for her arrest. She was cited and released. Hit and Run – Officers responded to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. for a report of a hit and run that had just occurred in the parking lot. Witnesses were able to provide and vehicle description, and a license plate. The vehicle was located, and a traffic stop was performed by a Philomath Police Officer as the vehicle was leaving Philomath heading west. The driver, a 58-year-old male Philomath resident was arrested by Philomath Police for DUII and by Corvallis Police for Fail to Perform Duties of Driver – Property Damage. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence near the intersection of NW Jackson Ave and NW 14th St for a report of loud noise and people yelling. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 44-year-old male with no fixed address in the 300-block of NW 3rd St who was the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Hit and Run / Trespass / Interfering – Officers responded to a single vehicle crash into the pedestrian island near the intersection of NW 9th St and NW Fremont Ave. The driver fled the scene of the crash but was located in a backyard in the surrounding neighborhood. He fled from Officers but was caught and detained. After investigation, the 19-year-old male Corvallis resident was arrested and transported to the hospital for medical treatment stemming from the crash, and then released with a jail clearance. He was lodged at the jail on the following charges: Driving While Suspended – Misdemeanor, Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Failure to Perform Duties of Driver – Property Damage, Criminal Mischief II, two counts of Criminal Trespass II, and two counts of Interfering with a Peace Officer. Theft III, Criminal Trespass II & Warrant Arrest – An officer was dispatched to the 2800-block of SW Western Blvd for a shoplift. The caller reported a male stole a Mad Dog Malt Liquor bottle and left the store. The responding officer was unable to locate the suspect but did identify him as a 32-year-old male with no fixed address who had an active warrant for his arrest out of Benton County Circuit Court. A little later the male was located by another officer and detained. The suspect was booked into jail on the charges and issued a trespass notice for the business. |

Officers contacted a 27-year-old female, with no fixed address, in the vehicle. She was accompanied by a 34-year-old male, with no fixed address. The female had warrants for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for her warrant. Warrant Arrest / Interfering with a Peace Officer – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW 3rd Street for the report of a 34-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was a habitual trespasser. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest to include a warrant for robbery. He was contacted a few blocks away and ran from an officer. He was caught after a short foot pursuit, placed into custody, and transported to the Benton County Jail. Criminal Trespass II / False Information to Police / Carry Concealed Weapon – Officers responded to a residence under construction in the 2600-block of SW Wolverine Drive for a report of suspicious activity. A vehicle containing two involved individuals was traffic stopped as it was leaving the area. A 31-year-old male Corvallis resident was arrested from the traffic stop stemming from investigation. The male was in possession of a concealed pepper-ball compressed air gun and provided a false name and date of birth. The male was transported to the hospital for a jail clearance after saying that he had swallowed drugs and was then transported to the jail where he was lodged. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers performed a traffic stop in the 2600-block of NW 9th St. Pursuant to investigation the driver, a 30-year-old female Corvallis resident, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. She was later released on criminal citations. Overdose – Officers responded to a park in the 100-block of SE Fischer Ln for a report of an overdose. Officers assisted in locating the patient, a 35-year-old male with no fixed address. Medics transported the male to the hospital. Theft II – A caller in the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd called to report a shoplift of multiple tools. They reported the suspect was last seen leaving the area westbound. Officers searched the area but did not locate the suspect. This investigation is open pending review of video. |

Theft – Officers responded to the 2500-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a theft of a bicycle that had occurred approximately 15 minutes prior to the call for service. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 3700-block of SW Bunchberry Ave for a report of a loud party. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Unlawful Possession of Cocaine – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Harrison Blvd and NW 29th St. After investigation the driver, a 30-year-old female Corvallis resident, was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Unlawful Possession of Cocaine. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was released on citations. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a female who had entered the business after being previously trespassed. She was issued a criminal citation and released. Unauthorized Entry Motor Vehicle – Officers responded to a residence in the 700-block of SW Chickadee St for a report of a vehicle that had been broken into approximately thirty minutes prior to the call for service. The male had observed someone near his vehicle and tried to confront the person prior to calling Police. The person rode off on a bicycle and dropped the caller’s backpack. Fail to Perform Duties of a Driver – An officer was dispatched to the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a hit and run. The officer contacted the victim and a witness who observed the suspect vehicle strike a parked vehicle. The officer was able to identify the suspect vehicle and contact the 57-year-old male driver/registered owner who agreed to meet the officer. The suspect was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a male, previously trespassed, back on the property. The officer arrived at the business and contacted the 44-year-old male with no fixed address and arrested him for trespassing. He was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass II – A caller in the 400-block of NW Madison Ave reported a female, previously trespassed, refusing to leave the store. An officer arrived at the business and contacted a 57-year-old female with no fixed address. The female was issued a citation for trespassing and left the area. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1600-block of NW Division St for a welfare check. Officers searched the area and located the 22-year-old male with a Corvallis address in the area. The male was confirmed to have a State-wide felony warrant for probation violation out of Benton County Circuit Court. He was arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass II & PCS Methamphetamine (Felony) – Officers were dispatched to the area of SW Western Blvd and SW B Ave for a report of a fire. Officers arrived in the area and located a 54-year-old male with no fixed address at the fire. The male was previously trespassed from the Parks and was found to be in possession of a felony amount of methamphetamine (14.6 grams). He was issued citations for Trespassing in the park, the fire, and for PCS Methamphetamine. |

Stolen Firearm- An Officer responded to a business in the 1800-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a recovered stolen firearm. Upon further investigation it was determine the firearm was not actually stolen. No crimes. Violent Conduct- Two males, both with no fixed address, were engaged in mutual fisticuffs in Central Park. Both were cited in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct. Suspicious Activity- A female with no fixed address reported she was being followed by a male with no fixed address. The male was warned to stop following the female. The male claimed to be divine. No crime currently. Improper Use of 911- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 10th Street for a report of two males arguing. Upon arrival, officer contacted two males and determined there was no crime regarding the argument. During the officers contact one of the involved males, a 39-year-old with no fixed address, continued to call 911 after being told not to. The male was issued a citation for Improper Use of 911. DUII / Reckless Driving – An officer performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW 16th St and NW Tyler Ave. After the investigation the officer developed probable cause to arrest the driver, a 31-year-old Corvallis resident, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. The driver was transported to the Benton County Jail, then later cited, and released from custody. Theft 1- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a stolen dog. Officers learned a dog was stolen from outside a business while the owner was shopping. The officer got video of the suspects was able to identify them as two juveniles. The dog was recovered, and the juveniles stated they thought the dog was abandoned. No criminal enforcement action was taken. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 2500-block of NW Grant Avenue to conduct a welfare check. During this investigation officers contacted a 37-year-old male Corvallis resident. They learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was issued a citation and released. |

Warrant Arrest- A male Dallas resident came to the LEC and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to a report of a male with no fixed address trespassing in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. The male had fourteen outstanding Municipal court warrants for his arrest. He was taken directly before the Municipal Court Judge. Assault- Officers responded to the 3200-block of NW Fillmore Ave for a cold assault. The caller reported an unknown male had approached them outside of their residence and asked for a lighter. The caller told the male he did not have one and the male left. The caller later walked outside his residence and the male had returned. The male proceeded to kick the caller in the leg and attempted to headbutt them. The male fled the area in a white sedan (unknown license plate). |

Violation of Stalking Order- Officers responded for a report of a male with no fixed address contacting a male Corvallis resident in violation of a stalking order. The suspect observed the male enter a business in the 2100-block of NW 9th St, and followed him inside. The suspect and victim were still there when the Officer arrived. The suspect was arrested and taken to the jail. Theft- A caller reported an unidentified suspect stole his phone at some point during the OSU football game. The phone was pinging in the location of the Super 8 hotel, but after a search it was unable to located. Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a report of a theft that had just occurred. A 31-year-old female with no fixed address was in the area and detained. After investigation she was arrested for Theft III, issued a Trespass Notice from the business, and subsequently released. |

Shoplift II – An officer was dispatched to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a shoplift. The officer arrived on scene and contacted a 60-year-old male with a Salem address detained with Loss Prevention. The male admitted to the theft, was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a citation. Warrant Arrest – An officer contacted a 26-year-old female with a Corvallis address at the Law Enforcement Center. The female had an active warrant for her arrest out of Lebanon and was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of NW 17th St for a report of an ex-boyfriend on the property and refusing to leave. Officers contacted the ex-boyfriend, 45-year-old male with an Albany address. He was issued a trespass notice and left the area. Warrant Arrest – While officers were investigating the trespass, they identified a 42-year-old female with a Corvallis address with an active warrant for her arrest out of Albany Municipal Court. She was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 11th St for a male spitting at the business owner. The subject left the business prior to police arrival but was located nearby. Officers identified the suspect as a 44-year-old male with no fixed address. The victim did not want anything done and believed it was accidental but did want the male trespassed from the property. The male was issued a trespass notice and released. Warrant Arrest – While officers were investigating an unrelated incident, they contacted a 59-year-old male with no fixed address in the 1900-block of SW Whiteside Dr. The male was found to have an active warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation and released. Theft II – A loss prevention employee called to report a shoplifter in custody in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd. An officer responded to the scene and contacted a 60-year-old female with a Corvallis address who attempted to steal items from the business. The female was issued a citation for Theft II and released. Warrant Arrest – Officers were called to the 200-block of SW Madison Ave for the report of a 61-year-old female, with no fixed address, who was refusing to leave a business. Officers contacted her and discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody for the warrant and later released with a citation. Identity Theft – Officers contacted a caller in the 900-block of NW 28th St who reported fraudulent credit activity. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 57-year-old female with no fixed address in the parking lot of a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd stemming from a request for a welfare check. The female did not need assistance but was the subject of an active warrant. She was issued a criminal citation and released. Special Response Notice – Officers contacted a residence in the 300-block of NW 18th St stemming from municipal code violations observed while on patrol. An initial SRN was issued. Violation of Order – Officers responded to a residence in the 5400-block of SW Country Club Drive stemming from a call from a male who was the subject of a previous violation of a court order investigation. After investigation Officers gained further probable cause to arrest the male for an additional charge of a violation of the order. The 25-year-old male Corvallis resident was later located near the intersection of NW 15th St and Monroe Ave. He was arrested based on the probable cause generated from the previous investigation and the additional charge from this investigation. He was transported to the hospital for an evaluation for intoxication prior to being transported to the jail. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 3100-block of NW Johnson Ave for a report of a loud party and people yelling in the street. An initial SRN was issued. Trespass – Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of NW 15th St for a report of a male who had been kicked out who was attempting to re-enter and harassing customers. The 29-year-old male Hillsboro resident was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to the intersection of NW 15th St and Monroe Ave for a report of a fight involving three individuals. Officers responded and detained one individual on scene. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of a 29-year-old male Hillsboro resident for Violent Conduct. He and his friend were transported to his friend’s residence where the male was released on a criminal citation. |

MIP Marijuana – A 19-year-old male, Salem Resident, and a 19-year-old female, Corvallis Resident, were in a city park in the 4900-block of NW Walnut Blvd smoking marijuana. They were cited for MIP Marijuana. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 36-year-old male with no fixed address who was the subject of an active warrant near the intersection of NW 5th St and NW Harrison Blvd. The male was arrested without incident and ultimately released on a criminal citation. Burglary – Officers responded to a business alarm in the 2200-block of NW 9th St. The business was cleared via drone and with Officers, and no one was located inside. Investigation is on-going. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to a park in the 100-block of SW B Ave for a report of a physical altercation. After investigation a 43-year-old male with no fixed address and a 20-year-old male Corvallis resident were issued criminal citations for Violent Conduct and released. Warrant Arrest & Criminal Trespass II – A caller reported a female refusing to leave the business in the 900-block of NW Kings Blvd. An officer arrived on scene and contacted the 57-year-old female with no fixed address still on the property. Trespass- A caller reported a male Corvallis resident returned to a business after he was previously trespassed. The male was gone prior to Officer’s arrival. The identity of the male could not be confirmed. No further action. Disturbance / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a male and female, both with no fixed address, were having an argument in the 1700-block of NW 9th St. There were no new crimes, but the male did have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disturbance / Trespass- A caller reported a female with no fixed address was taking her pants off in front of a business in the 400-block of SW 4th St. It was also reported she urinated and/or defecated on the sidewalk. The female was issued a trespass notice. Theft / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported her bicycle was stolen and tracker on the bike was pinging to an area near NW 1st and NW Harrison Blvd. Officers checked the area and located numerous bicycles, none of which belonged to the victim. During the investigation officers encountered a male with no fixed address who had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. DUII crash - Officers responded to a single vehicle crash near the intersection of SE 3rd St / SE Richland Ave, where a vehicle struck the raised center median on SE 3rd street / HWY 99, totaling the vehicle. The driver, a 37-year-old Dallas female, was determined to be impaired and was taken into custody. She was booked at BCCF. Criminal Mischief II – Officers responded to the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male who broke a window. Officers located a 40-year-old male with no fixed address in the area and he was issued a citation for Criminal Mischief II and released. Criminal Trespass II – A caller in the 2100-block of NW 9th St reported a 56-year-old male with no fixed address was on the property after being previously trespassed. An officer located the suspect and issued him a citation for Criminal Trespass II and released him. Disorderly Conduct II – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 23rd St for a report of a male pushing a female around and then trying to push her off the 3rd story balcony. Multiple callers from the adjoining apartments called in the fight. Officers arrived on scene and detained the male. The investigation revealed the 69-year-old female from California attacked her daughter, a 35-year-old Corvallis resident, who then kicked her mother in the face, causing minor injury. The male, father/husband, was only trying to break up the fight. No one involved wanted to take legal action. The two females were issued citations for Disorderly Conduct II and released. |

Trespass- A mentally ill female with no fixed address was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the hospital after being treated. She was issued a trespass notice at the request of GSH staff. Suspicious Activity / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a report of a female with no fixed address rummaging through a mailbox in the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd. The female did not have any stolen mail in her possession; however, she did have outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant arrest- A 40-year-old Corvallis female was cited on a Corvallis Municipal Court warrant (FTA-violent conduct) and a Lake County, Oregon warrant (FTA-dangerous drugs) after being contacted in a parking lot in the 2300-block NW Kings Blvd. Criminal Mischief- An officer discovered a broken window at a vacant building in the 1800-block NW 9th Street. This business had been subject of earlier graffiti vandalism. Criminal Trespass- A 32-year-old male with no fixed address was cited for trespass after an officer discovered him camping outside a vacant business in the 300-block NE Circle Blvd that had numerous “No Trespassing” signs and a TLC (Trespass Letter of Consent) on file. Warrant arrest- A 24-year-old Philomath male was taken into custody on warrants after being stopped for a traffic violation at NW 3rd St / NW Van Buren Avenue. He had a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for DUII and a Mendocino County (California) warrant for Burglary. He was booked at BCCF. Attempted bike theft- A 27-year-old female with no fixed address was cited for tampering with property after she was reportedly seen tampering with a person’s bicycle at a residence in the 1200 block of 23rd Street. Car Prowl – Caller reported her vehicle was broken into while parked outside her residence in the 2900-block of SW Western Blvd. No suspect was identified during the investigation. Shoplift – An employee at a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St reported a male and female had stolen from the store multiple times during the week. Caller did not want the suspects arrested but wanted them trespassed. A 53-year-old male, no fixed address, identified as the suspect was contacted near the store and issued a trespass notice. Identity Theft – An officer contacted a caller who reported an unknown person was trying to open utilities accounts under her name. The caller did not suffer any monetary loss prior to reporting the incident, and no suspect was identified. Theft – An officer responded to a report of a cold theft where the caller reported they left their backpack outside a residence in the 200-block of NW 13th. When they returned to pick up the backpack it was no longer there. Surveillance video from the residence was reviewed and showed an unknown suspect taking the backpack. The suspect was unable to be identified from the video. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a male that was throwing rocks at people and cars, and threw a shopping cart. A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and contacted outside the business. The male was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct 2 and transported to the jail. |

Warrant Arrest / DWS (misd.)- A male Salem resident was stopped for speeding in a school zone. The male was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants and for driving with a suspended license. He was transported to the jail. DWS (misdemeanor)- A 22-year-old Salem male was cited for DWS (misdemeanor) after being stopped for a traffic violation at SW Bunchberry / SW Sagebrush. Warrant arrest- A 49-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on a Corvallis Municipal Court warrant when he was contacted in the 2300-block NW Kings Blvd. Warrant Arrest – A 44-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted at the LEC. The female had warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Burglary – Caller reported their bike was stolen from the garage at their residence in the 900-block of NW Harrison Blvd sometime during the last two days. Evidence was collected, but no suspect has been identified. Harassment – Caller reported her 35-year-old former roommate, Salem resident, was posting pictures of her online and continuing to send her text messages after blocking his number. The caller wanted the incident documented. Theft – An unknown male stole approximately $250-$300 worth of merchandise from a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. The caller was unable to review the surveillance video and the suspect is not identified at this time. |

Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a previously trespassed female with no fixed address was back on the property. The female was located a short distance away. She was arrested on eight outstanding warrants. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Shoplift- An unidentified male shoplifted food worth approximately $15-$20 from a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St. Warrant arrest- A 52-year-old female was cited on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for FTA-DUII. DWS- Misdemeanor- A 30-year-old male with no fixed address was cited for DWS-misdemeanor after being stopped for a traffic violation near NW 21st St / NW Tyler Avenue. Theft – A 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, reported he put a deposit down for a rental he found in the 700-block of NW 13th St. After putting the deposit down, the “landlord” requested more money. The caller went to the residence and found it was currently being rented. Caller contacted the “landlord” for a refund and all communication stopped. Warrant Arrest – A 36-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the 1400-block of NW 9th St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody due to jail capacity. |

Warrant Arrest – Officers were on patrol in the 4500-block of SW West Hills Road when they made contact with a 43-year-old male, with no fixed address, who had a warrant for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody at the scene. Weapon Offense – Officers responded to the area of NW 21st and NW Jackson Ave for a report of a person pointing a gun at people. Containment was set up in the area, and officers worked to investigate further. Subsequent investigation in the area determined the incident likely occurred in the 200-block of NW 21st St, and three 20-year-old males (two California residents and one Massachusetts resident) were contacted at a residence in the area. It was learned that they had been shooting an airsoft gun in their front yard towards the street. The airsoft gun was seized along with other evidence. The three males were issued criminal citations and released. Theft – Officers responded to a theft at a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. A male took some merchandise and left without paying. Burglary – Officers responded to a residence in the 6100-block of SW Grand Oaks Drive for a report of a burglary that had occurred sometime during the day. Assist Agency – Officers responded to assist a Sheriff’s Deputy who attempted to arrest a wanted subject when the subject pushed the Deputy and fled the area on a bicycle. The male was located in an alleyway in the 500-block of NW Jackson Ave where he was arrested. He was taken into custody by the Deputy, transported to the hospital for evaluation, and transported to the jail. Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to the area of SW Monroe Ave and NW 6th St for a report of a male who was tipping over a portable toilet. The male was not located during the initial response. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a residence in the 800-block of NW 23rd St for a report of a male who was sprayed with Febreze by a friend. Officers ensured that both parties separated for the night. The friend, a 38-year-old male Corvallis resident was the subject of an active warrant and was issued a criminal citation prior to release. Minor in Possession – Officers performed a traffic stop on a wrong way driver near the intersection of NW 12th St and NW Van Buren Ave. After investigation on scene the driver, a 19-year-old male, was determined not to be impaired. He was issued an MIP for open containers inside of the vehicle. Trespass – Officers responded to a residence in the 3400-block of NE Lancaster St for a report of a 46-year-old male who was inside of a residence he was trespassed from and refusing to leave. The male was arrested, transported to the hospital for a clearance due to intoxication, and then transported to jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest – An officer was on patrol when he recognized a 54-year-old male with no fixed address in the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave. He contacted the subject and learned he had a warrant for his arrest out of Corvallis Municipal Court. He was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Warrant Arrest, Theft II & Possession of Methamphetamine – Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of NW 23rd St for a suspicious male trying vehicle door handles. The officer contacted a 32-year-old male with an Albany address in the area and learned he had active warrants for his arrest out of Benton County Circuit Court. The male was detained and through the investigation admitted to stealing a bicycle. The victim/owner of the bicycle was unable to be located, but the bike was seized. The suspect was issued citations for warrant, theft II and PCS Meth and released. |

Warrant Arrest / Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the area of 100 NW 10th Street for the report of a 52-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was trespassing at a sorority house. The suspect was discovered to have warrants for his arrest as well. He was taken into custody and later cited for his warrants. Fraud – An unknown suspect stole over $10,000 worth of money from the victim’s credit card. Theft – Over $1000 of items was stolen from a vehicle in the 700-block of SW 13th Street. Disorderly Conduct / Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Madison Avenue for the report of a 28-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was lighting items on fire in front of a business. The male was contacted, discovered to have warrants for his arrest, and resisted officer’s efforts to take him into custody. He was transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers performed a traffic stop in the 3900-block of NW Witham Hill Drive. The driver, a 53-year-old female Corvallis resident, was the subject of an active warrant. She was issued a criminal citation and released. Driving Under the Influence / Reckless Driving / Resisting Arrest – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW 7th St and NW Van Buren Ave. Officers developed probable cause to arrest the driver, a 35-year-old Arizona resident, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. The male refused to exit the vehicle and resisted during the initial arrest procedure. He was transported to the hospital where a blood sample was obtained pursuant to a search warrant. At the hospital the male again resisted during processing, and he was placed in a restraint device. The male was ultimately transported to the jail where he was lodged. Disorderly Conduct II & Possession of Methamphetamine – Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of a female yelling and screaming inappropriate comments. Officers contacted the 21-year-old female who was high on methamphetamine. She was escorted away from the park; her small amount of methamphetamine was seized for destruction, and she was released. Burglary I & Theft III – A caller reported they confronted an unknown male with no fixed address leaving their unoccupied property in the 1100-block of NW Grant Ave. The caller stated the suspect entered the house through an unlocked window and stayed the night. The caller reported they did not want to pursue criminal charges for the burglary and voluntarily gave the suspect all the cash they had on them as the suspect was leaving. The caller’s son asked the suspect if it was their chess set, the suspect was leaving with. The suspect admitted it was a set he took from the house and the caller told the suspect they could take it too. DUII & Reckless Driving – Officers were dispatched to an Attempt to Locate for a recklessly driven vehicle northbound on Highway 99W. Officers followed the information north to the 5500-block of NW Highway 99W where they located the vehicle. The driver was contacted and identified as a 40-year-old male with an Albany address. The driver was arrested for DUII and later released on citations. |

Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 300 Block of NW 17th St. for a report of loud music. An initial SRN for loud noise and unlawful amplified sound was issued. Violent Conduct – Officers responded to a residence in the 900-block of SW 15th St for reports from multiple callers of a physical altercation that had just occurred in the parking lot. After investigation on scene, it was determined that a 28-year-old male Corvallis resident and a 36-year-old male Corvallis resident were in a physical altercation. A female was involved as well, but only to break up the altercation. The males had differing stories about the events leading up to the physical altercation, and both were ultimately issued criminal citations for Violent Conduct. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 100-block of NW 13th St for a report of loud noise. An initial SRN for loud noise and unlawful amplified sound was issued. Reckless Driving – Officers responded to SE 3rd St for a report of one male (20-years-old with a Corvallis address) chasing a male suspect with multiple warrants for his arrest. The caller (20-year-old) reported the suspect had a shotgun in his vehicle and had tried to run him off the road. Officers located both vehicles and stopped the suspect vehicle on SE 3rd St. The driver, a 59-year-old male with a Corvallis address, was cooperative and detained. The investigation revealed the 20-year-old thought the other driver was the wanted person (though he was mistaken), proceeded to chase the vehicle and even made contact with the other vehicle while driving. The other driver, 59-year-old, then participated in the chase and continued the reckless behavior through different neighborhoods before both vehicles were stopped. Officers confirmed there were no weapons in the vehicle. Both drivers were issued citations for Reckless Driving and released. |

Stolen Vehicle- A caller reported her vehicle was stolen from the 1600-block of SE Crystal Lake Dr. It was learned the vehicle was repossessed and was not stolen. Unfounded. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a report of a male and female, both with no fixed address, trespassing in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd. The female was found to have outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Found Property- An employee of a local drug rehab called to report a client surrendered a small baggie containing methamphetamine for destruction. An Officer entered the baggie, which contained a residue amount, into evidence to be destroyed. Suspicious Activity- An unidentified male slipped a note under the front door of a sorority house located in the 400-block of NW 23rd St. The note was an effort to recruit females to “the order of the sun.” This is the second time a similar note has been left at the location. No suspect information. Trespass- A Doordash driver got into a conflict with a coffee shop employee in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave. The driver was trespassed from the location. Warrant Arrest, Criminal Trespass I & Theft III – Officers were dispatched to the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft and trespass. Officers arrived on scene and located the 36-year-old with no fixed address attempting to leave the area. The female was found to have a warrant for her arrest out of Philomath Municipal Court as well. She was taken into custody and booked into jail. Fail to Register as a Sex Offender – A 52-year-old male with a Corvallis address arrived at the Law Enforcement Center to renew his sex offender registration and was discovered to be out of compliance. The male was issued a citation for the offense and left the area. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl when they contacted four subjects trespassing in the area. All four (a 44-year-old male, 45-year-old male, 43-year-old male and a 33-year-old female, all with no fixed addresses) were issued citations for Criminal Trespass II and left the area. Criminal Trespass II – A caller reported a female sleeping in the bed of his truck in the 400-block of NW 27th St. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 42-year-old female with a Philomath address hiding under boxes in the back of the truck. She was arrested for trespassing and booked into jail. |

Trespass- A registered sex offender male with no fixed address was trespassing on school property in the 1000-block of NW Cleveland. The male was upset because he wanted to use the outhouse and school staff provided him with toilet paper not the wipes he requested. The male was issued a trespass notice and escorted off school grounds. Fraud- A caller reported he was scammed out of several thousand dollars by a person posing as Doordash support. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to a report of a male with no fixed address with blood on his face in the 200-block of SE Chapman. After investigation it was learned two males, both with no fixed address, were engaged in fisticuffs. Both were cited in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct. Warrant Arrest- A male came to the LEC and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- A caller reported an unidentified suspect stole several political signs from a residence in the 1800-block of SW Roth St. Disturbance / Trespass- A male with no fixed address was reported to be under the influence of controlled substances inside a business in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave. The male threatened to sexually assault an employee. The male was issued a trespass notice and was transported to the hospital for an evaluation. Warrant arrest- A 65-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for FTA-Disorderly Conduct after being contacted on a trespass complaint in the 100-block SW 2nd Street. Special Response Notice (SRN)- A resident at a house in the 700-block NW 29th Street received an SRN after noise complaints were called in about a party there. There were two previous noise complaints at that residence earlier in the month. Special Response Notice (SRN)- A tenant at an apartment in the 1000-block NW Fillmore Avenue received an SRN after officers responded to an argument/noise complaint there involving two people that resulted in multiple neighbors calling in. Disorderly Conduct- A 32-year-old Corvallis female was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after she was reportedly very intoxicated and running out in front of traffic near the intersection of NW 4th St / NW Jackson Avenue. She was cleared for booking at the hospital and then booked at BCCF. Warrant Arrest – A 51-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the 1500-block of NW 9th St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Hit and Run – A caller reported their vehicle was sideswiped by another vehicle while in the parking lot of a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd, causing minor damage to their vehicle. No suspect was identified. Hit and Run – Caller reported their vehicle was backed into while at a business in the 2000-block of NW Monroe Ave causing damage to the rear of their vehicle. Caller was not able to get the plate of the suspect vehicle. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 300-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a female yelling and chasing people in the area. A 37-year-old female, no fixed address, matching the suspect description was contacted in the area. The female was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct 2 and transported to the jail. Hit and Run – Caller reported a vehicle struck a parked car in the 500-block of NW 21st St. Caller was only able to provide a description of the suspect vehicle. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. PCS-Fentanyl – Caller reported a male and female offered to sell him drugs in exchange for his headphones outside a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd. A 34-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted and consented to a search of his person and vehicle. Multiple items of drug paraphernalia with residue were located and he was issued a citation for PCS-Fentanyl. |

Disturbance- A registered sex offender with no fixed address was shouting at people in the 900-block of NW Spruce. No crimes. Criminal Mischief- An unidentified suspect damaged a mailbox in the 1400-block of SE Vica Way. The victim’s mail was held by the post office so no mail theft occurred. Disturbance / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a male with no fixed address throwing trash and rocks into traffic in the 2100-block of NW 9th St. Officers contacted the male and the caller and learned no new crimes were committed. However, the male had seven outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody. Theft- An unidentified suspect stole a weed whacker out of a city Public Works truck while in the 4200-block NW Duniway Dr. Harassment- A female patient at GSH spit in the face of GSH security staff. The female was cited in lieu of custody. Person Assist- A female caller reported her 6-year-old child inadvertently locked her 8 month old baby inside a vehicle. The child was sweating profusely on arrival and the mother requested Officers break out a window rather than wait for a tow truck to perform a vehicle unlock. The window was broken and the baby was removed without incident. Warrant arrest- A 48-year-old Scio female was taken into custody on Linn and Marion County warrants after officers responded to a welfare check at a business in the 1300-block NW 9th Street. She had a FTA-DUII warrant in Marion County and three Linn County warrants. She was transported to BCCF and released on citations. Trespass- A 67-year-old male with no fixed address was cited for Trespass at the skate park after being contacted there after park hours. This male was already on the parks trespass list. DUII marijuana- A 19-year-old female was taken into custody for DUII after being stopped for a traffic violation near NW 36th St / NW Polk Avenue. Theft – Caller went to a business in the 1300-block of NW Monroe Ave and locked their bicycle to the bike rack. When the caller returned, they found their bike was stolen. The bike was valued at $2500 and no suspect was identified. Theft – Reporting person came to the LEC to report she was missing $500 from her residence in the 6300-block of SW Grand Oaks Dr. The female didn’t know how or when the money was stolen and did not want to provide roommate’s information for the officer to speak with. No suspect was identified. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male that was lying in the roadway blocking traffic. A 65-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the area and taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct 2. The male was transported o the jail. Harassment – Caller reported he got into a physical altercation with his roommate at their residence in the 4200-block of NW Duniway Dr. Caller reported his roommate shoved him and pinned him against a wall when the caller attempted to move furniture. The roommate was contacted by the officer, and he admitted to pushing the caller after he told the caller multiple times to stop moving his furniture, at which point the caller pushed him back. There were no injuries and no arrests were made. |

Trespass – During a foot patrol in the skate park an officer contacted a subject who was previously trespassed from the park. The suspect, a male with no fixed address, was cited for Illegal Camping and Trespass and provided an additional Parks trespass notice. Assault IV (DV- Fel) / Strangulation (DV- Fel)- A male Corvallis resident was arrested after he assaulted and choked the mother of his children. The male was located hiding in a nearby vehicle. Disturbance / Illegal Camping- A caller reported a male shouting and causing a disturbance in the 900-block of NW Spruce. The suspect, a male registered sex offender with no fixed address, was found to be camping in a tent at that location but had left the area. The tent was posted for Illegal Camping. Warrant arrest- A 36-year-old male with no fixed address was cited on 3 Corvallis Municipal Court warrants after being contacted in the 1500-block SE Goodnight Avenue. Trespass- A 37-year-old Corvallis female was cited for trespass after a passerby heard voices coming from within a storage unit on school property in the 700-block NW 18th Street. DWS Misdemeanor – A 27-year-old female with no fixed address was stopped for a traffic violation in the 1700-block of NW Garfield Ave. The female’s license was suspended at the misdemeanor level, and she was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass – A 31-year-old female with no fixed address was causing a disturbance at a business in the 1000-block of SE 3rd St. The caller only wanted the female moved along from the property and she was issued a trespass notice. |

Criminal Mischief - Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of SW 3rd St for an alarm activation. A responsible party cancelled officer response prior to officer arrival. The responsible party went to check the business and found that a male had thrown a statue into a window causing damage. Theft – An officer was flagged down near the intersection of NW 23rd St and NW Fillmore Ave for a report of a stolen phone that was pinging in the area. Found Dog – Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a dog that was located alone in the parking lot. The dog was transported to the Humane Society. Domestic Disturbance – Officers responded to a residence in the 1100-block of NW Oak Ave for what began as two brief 911 calls. Officers contacted two intoxicated individuals but were unable to gain probable cause for enforcement action from the ensuing investigation. The individuals separated for the evening. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Highway 99 and NW Elks Drive. The driver, a 60-year-old Monmouth resident, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving stemming from the investigation. He was lodged at the jail. Special Response Notice – Officers responded to a residence in the 400-block of NW 14th St for a report of music and very loud bass. An initial SRN was issued to the residence. Trespass – Officers responded to a residence in the 500-block of SW 56th St for a report of a 21-year-old male Corvallis resident who was trespassing on the property. The male was identified during the investigation but was not located during the initial search. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Harrison Blvd and NW Circle Blvd on a vehicle that had been driving recklessly. The driver, a 25-year-old male Corvallis resident, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving. Disorderly Conduct II – Officers were dispatched to the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a female in the roadway throwing shoes at vehicles and kicking over signs. Officers arrived in the area and contacted a 36-year-old female with no fixed address. The female was still walking in the roadway and was observed kicking over signs. She was taken into custody and booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct II. Unlawful Use of Mace & Disorderly Conduct II – A caller in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd called to report a group fighting and spraying pepper spray. The caller reported an uninvolved passerby was sprayed as the fight occurred. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate any involved individuals. The victim refused medical attention. |

Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1300-block of NW 9th Street for the report of a 44-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was refusing to leave a restaurant after being asked by staff hours prior. The male was contacted by officers and discovered to have a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and cited at the scene. Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Mischief / Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of NW 1st Street for the report of a 53-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, who was causing a disturbance. The same male was arrested earlier in the day for similar behavior but was released from the jail. Theft – Officers were dispatched to a shoplift in the 1500=block of NW 9th Street. An unknown Hispanic male stole approximately $1,000 worth of fragrances from the store. Open Container / MIP – Officers with the Community Livability Unit contacted a 22-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, drinking alcohol in public. Both males were cited at the scene for drinking alcohol in public. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1700-block of NW 9th Street for the report of a group of people trying to set up a camp on private property. Officers contacted the group and discovered a 36-year-old female, with no fixed address, had a warrant for her arrest and stole from the store. She was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Theft – Officers were dispatched to a theft from a vehicle in the 2600-block of NW Taylor Avenue. A window was shattered and $300 in vintage clothing was stolen. Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Mischief – Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW Madison Avenue for the report of a 53-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, causing a disturbance. The suspect went approximately a half a mile destroying property, spitting in someone’s water, throwing signs, and yelling at people. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Burglary – Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of NW 27th Street for the report of a cold burglary. Someone broke into the residence and stole items. Driving Under the Influence – Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of two individuals who were trying to fight each other. They separated prior to the call, with one individual standing in front of the business and a 24-year-old male Eugene resident continuing to drive around the block. Officer performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by the male and subsequent to investigation he was arrested for DUII. The male was lodged at the jail on charges of DUII and Reckless Driving. Theft – Officers responded to a residence in the 3700-block of SW Waterleaf Ave for a report from a resident that they had just seen someone riding by on their unreported previously stolen bicycle. Officers were unable to locate this person and took the initial theft report. Elude – An Officer observed a vehicle traveling near the intersection of NE Circle Blvd and NE Highway 20 that was speeding without taillights. The vehicle appeared to accelerate as Officers attempted to catch up to it to perform a traffic stop and was ultimately not located. |

Burglary – Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd for the report of a burglary. A utility trailer was stolen from the garage. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 51-year-old male, with no fixed address, in the 400-block of SW Washington Avenue. The male had a warrant for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody. Theft – Officers responded to a residence in the 4200-block of NW Duniway Drive for a report of stolen luggage. Follow-up Arrest – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Circle Blvd and NW Harrison Blvd. The driver, a 51-year-old Philomath resident, was the subject of a probable cause affidavit related to a previous investigation. He was arrested and transported to the jail where he was lodged. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving – Officers responded to a residence in the 100-block of NW 16th St for a report of a 26-year-old female Texas resident banging on the door of her ex-boyfriend’s apartment and attempting to enter. The female left prior to law enforcement arrival, but her vehicle was later seen speeding in the area and running a stop sign. She was contacted after returning to the ex-boyfriend’s apartment, and she was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving subsequent to investigation. Disorderly Conduct II – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of SW Adams Ave for a report of a 62-year-old male with no fixed address impeding traffic. Multiple callers reported the male was walking in traffic stopping moving vehicles and yelling. The male was located, arrested and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a female refusing to leave a business. The reporting person requested the 61-year-old female with a Corvallis address be formally trespassed from the business. The female received her trespass notice and left the property. |

Assault – Officers were dispatched to the Hospital for the report of a 20-year-old male, Albany Resident, who assaulted a nurse at the hospital and caused injury. The suspect was cited and left in the care of the hospital. Menacing – Officers were dispatched to the Harrison Street Bridge for the report of a 45-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was chasing a female around with a knife. The male was located nearby and taken into custody. He was transported to the Benton County Jail. Motor Vehicle Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 4200-block of NW Duniway Drive for the report of a motorcycle theft. There was no suspect information. Theft – A moped was stolen in the 800-block of SW Grove St. There was no suspect information. Unlawful Use of Bus Shelter – Officers were on patrol near NW 9th Street and NW Garfield Avenue when they contacted two males in the bus shelter who were huffing CO2 canisters. The 19-year-old male, with no fixed address, was cited in released at the scene. The 31-year-old male, Corvallis Resident, was transported to the police station and later released with a citation. Menacing / Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of SW 4th Street for the report of a 62-year-old male, with no fixed address, who pulled out two knives and threatened a female. Officers contacted the male nearby and he was discovered to have warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Unauthorized Entry Motor Vehicle – Officer responded to a residence in the 1900-block of SW 66th St for a report of a vehicle that had been entered sometime in the last day. Several thousand dollars’ worth of tools were stolen. Arson I Follow-up – A Benton County Deputy contacted a 41-year-old male with no fixed address in the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd. A Corvallis Police Officer had existing probable cause to arrest the male for Arson I and he was arrested and booked into jail on the charges. Warrant Arrest – An officer contacted a 47-year-old male with no fixed address on SW 3rd St. The officer knew there was an active warrant for the arrest of the male out of Lincoln County Circuit Court for Rape I. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest & Follow-up – An officer contacted a 53-year-old male with a Corvallis address in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd. The male was found to have an Albany Municipal Court warrant, he was taken into custody and issued a citation for the warrant arrest and probable cause from previous charges (24-05698). Warrant Arrest – An officer contacted a 44-year-old male with no fixed address in the 100-block of NW Monroe Ave. The officer learned the male had a state-wide felony warrant out of Lake County Circuit Court. He was issued a citation and released. Attempted Assault IV (DV) & Reckless Endangering – A caller reported his wife, a 27-year-old female Albany resident, punched him and bit him in front of their 2-year-old child while they were driving over Harrison Bridge. The officer’s investigation also revealed that the female grabbed the steering wheel and attempted to steer the vehicle off the roadway during the argument. The female was arrested for Attempted Assault IV & Reckless Endangering. The jail would not accept the custody and she was issued a citation and released. |

Trespass- Officers responded to a report of a male and female, both with no fixed address, trespassing at a church in the 2600-block of NW Highland Dr. This has been an ongoing issue with these individuals. They were issued citations in lieu of custody. Trespass- A male with no fixed address was issued a trespass notice for an apartment complex in the 3200-block of SE Midvale. Warrant Arrest- A female with no fixed address was causing a disturbance in the 500-block of SW 4th St. She was citated in lieu of custody on outstanding warrants. Warrant arrest- A 36-year-old female with no fixed address was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant (FTA-Criminal Mischief) after being contacted outside a closed business in the 700-block NE Circle Blvd. Theft – A 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was observed by loss prevention entering wrong bar codes into a self-checkout kiosk at a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd. The loss prevention officer had observed the same male do the same behavior multiple times in the past. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for multiple counts of Theft 2 and Computer Crime. Theft – Officers responded to a report of a theft that just occurred at a business in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. Loss prevention observed a 52-year-old male steal merchandise and confronted him outside the business. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody and trespassed from the business. DUII / Hit and Run – Officers responded to NE Hwy 99 NE Circle Blvd for a report of a hit and run that just occurred. Caller reported the suspect struck his vehicle and then left the scene. The suspect was identified as a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and was located at his residence in the 600-block of NW Walnut Blvd. The male was intoxicated and taken into custody for DUII and Fail to Perform Duties of a Driver. The male refused to provide a breath sample The male was transported to jail after the blood sample was seized. SRN – Officer responded to a report of a loud party at a residence in the 1600-block of NW Jackson Ave. A 21-year-old female was issued a SRN for Loud Noise. |

Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Mischief- Several callers reported a male breaking various items including signs and planters on the sidewalk on SW 3rd St. The male, a Corvallis resident, claimed he was justified because anything on the sidewalk was in his way. The male was arrested and taken to the jail then subsequently released due to jail capacity. The male returned to the scene where the prior victim started shouting at him. The police were called back to the scene although no crime was committed in the second incident. Possession of Fentanyl- Officers were dispatched to the 200-block of NW Polk for a report of a female using controlled substances outside a business. The female, who had no fixed address, was located nearby. She was found to be in possession of multiple pieces of foil with fentanyl residue. She was arrested but ultimately issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant arrest- A 31-year-old male with no fixed address was taken into custody on Benton County Probation violation warrant (Robbery 3 original charge) and was booked into BCCF. Overdose - A male with no fixed address fatally overdosed on fentanyl in the bathroom of a business located in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd. Efforts to revive the male with Narcan, an AED, and CPR were unsuccessful. DUII / DRE- a 21-year-old male with no fixed address was taken into custody for DUII and Reckless Driving after being stopped for a traffic violation at the intersection of NW 5th St / NW Buchanan Avenue. A DRE examination was also conducted as the suspect was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Assault 4 / Disorderly Conduct- A 43-year-old female with no fixed address was arrested for Assault 4 and Disorderly Conduct after she struck a 79-year-old female in the face causing injury at the women’s shelter in the 1100-block NW Jackson Avenue. She was booked at BCCF. Theft – Caller reported their bicycle was stolen from outside a business in the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The suspect was not identified. Assault 4 – Officers responded to the 2900-block of NW 29th St for a report of an assault that just occurred. A 75-year-old male, Corvallis resident, reported he was walking down the street when a 20-year-old male, Corvallis resident, punched him causing an injury to his eye as he was walking by. The suspect was located a short distance away from the incident and taken into custody for Assault 4 and Disorderly Conduct 2. Trespass – Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a business in the 1700-block of SW 3rd St. A male was contacted in the vehicle and refused to identify himself. The owner of the property did not want him arrested but trespassed from the property. The male was moved along and told not to return to the property. Warrant Arrest – A 34-year-old male with no fixed address refused to leave a business in the 400-block of SW Madison Ave. The male was contacted, and he had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. DUII – Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 3100-block of SE Midvale Dr. A 33-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was identified as one of the involved drivers and officers observed he was intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for DUII and refused to provide a breath sample. A search warrant was sought to seize a blood sample from the male. |

Found Property- A caller reported finding a gallon sized bag of marijuana in a parking lot of a hotel in the 900-block of NW Garfield Ave. An Officer entered it in evidence as found property. Trespass / Warrant Arrest- A female was trespassing inside the construction site at 1st and Van Buren. She was cited for Trespassing and for an outstanding warrant. Harassment- Officers responded to a report of multiple roommates arguing due to one person allowing their girlfriend to also stay at the apartment. During the argument the girlfriend hit one of the roommates several times. She was citated for Harassment. Car Prowl – Caller reported their vehicle was broken into overnight while it was parked outside their residence in the 900-block of NW Beca Ave. No suspect was identified. Stolen Motorcycles – Caller reported he had two motorcycles stolen from outside his residence in the 700-block of NW Markham Pl. Both motorcycles were inoperable when they were taken. No suspect was identified in the theft. |

Trespass / Warrant Arrest – A 40-year-old male, with no fixed address, was discharged from the hospital but refused to leave. The male was also discovered to have a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody, transported to the police station, and released with citations for his crimes. Improper Use of 911 – The same 40-year-old male, with no fixed address, repeatedly called 911 right outside of the police station without having an emergency. He was taken into custody and released with a citation for improper use of 911. Warrant Arrest / Disorderly Conduct / Criminal Mischief / Carry Concealed Weapon – Officers responded to a facility in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Drive for a report of two individuals fighting each other and staff members. A 33-year-old male Corvallis resident was detained for investigation on arrival. The investigation determined the male had been transported to the hospital for treatment and was extremely intoxicated. The male began throwing items against the wall at the hospital and acting in a tumultuous manner. He was also in possession of a concealed knife, and the subject of an active warrant. He was arrested by Officers and returned to the emergency room for further care. He was issued criminal citations and left in the care of hospital staff after being restrained. Warrant Arrest / Provide False Info – Officers responded to a business in the 1100-block of NE 2nd St for a report of individuals walking around the business trying door handles. Two individuals were contacted on scene, and a third fled as Officers arrived. One of the individuals, a 27-year-old female Albany resident, initially provided Officers a false name. Once her identity was learned, it was also determined that she was the subject of numerous active warrants. She was transported to the jail where she was lodged. Warrant Arrest / Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine / Unlawful Possession of Fentanyl – Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW Grant Ave and NW Highland Drive. The driver, a 40-year-old male Corvallis resident, was arrested for an active Parole Board warrant. He also in possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Criminal Trespass II – A caller reported a male, trespassed from the property the day before, was back on the property in the 600-block of NW Monroe Ave. Officers arrived at the library and contacted the 45-year-old male with no fixed address. He was given a trespass notice and left the property without further incident. Criminal Trespass II – A caller in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd reported a female on the property refusing to leave. An officer arrived at the business and the female, 33-years-old with no fixed address, immediately left the property, refusing to wait for their copy of the trespass notice. Stolen Vehicle – An officer was dispatched to the 2900-block of NW 29th St for a stolen vehicle. The caller reported they could not locate their vehicle parked in the area and believed it was stolen. It was entered as a stolen vehicle. Aggravated Harassment – An officer responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a 26-year-old female with no fixed address spitting in a nurse’s face. The investigation revealed the female suspect was brought in by Albany Police Department the night before and was receiving treatment. During the suspects stay she spit in the face of a nurse treating her. The officer issued the suspect a citation for Aggravated Harassment. |

DUII / Reckless Driving – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 4800-block of SW Philomath Blvd. The vehicle was called in earlier for the report of the 54-year-old female driver, Corvallis Resident, who was possibly drinking and driving. The female was under the influence of intoxicants. She was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Disorderly Conduct – Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 3rd and Adams for the report of a 45-year-old male, with no fixed address, who knocked on someone’s car window while holding a knife in his hand. The male was reported to be screaming and flailing his arms. He was located a few blocks away by officers and ran over the Harrison Street Bridge. He was later arrested and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 59-year-old female, with no fixed address, in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd. She had multiple warrants for her arrest and was taken into custody. Due to her high level of intoxication, she was transported to the hospital by medics. She was cited for her warrants. Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for the report of a 38-year-old male who was stealing items from a store. The male was stopped by loss prevention. He was cited in lieu of custody for theft. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 38-year-old female and a 47-year-old male both with no fixed address in the parking lot of a business in the 2300-Block of NW Kings Blvd. Both had active warrants and were issued criminal citations before being released. Reckless Burning / Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 100-Block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male using a lighter and an aerosol can to torch a tree. After investigation, a 41-year-old male with no fixed address was arrested for Reckless Burning and Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest / Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine – Officers contacted a 58-year-old male Corvallis resident in an apartment complex parking lot in the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave. The male was arrested on an active warrant and found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. He was ultimately released on criminal citations for the active warrant and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Warrant Arrest – An officer was dispatched to the 100-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a welfare check. The officer arrived at the location and contacted a 34-year-old female with a Dallas address and found she had an active warrant for her arrest out of Marion County. The female was issued a citation and left the area. Criminal Trespass II – A caller reported a person setting up a camp on the business property in the 2300-block of NW 9th St. The officer contacted a 32-year-old male with no fixed address in a camp on the property. The male was provided a trespass notice and left the area. Criminal Mischief II – A Hospital staff member called from the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr to report a patient damaged their personal cellphone. The 32-year-old female with no fixed address was issued a citation and left in the care of Hospital staff. Harassment – Officers were dispatched to the 4000-block of NW Witham Hill Dr for a fight. The investigation revealed a 22-year-old male with a Corvallis address pushed another male during an argument. The male suspect was contacted and issued a citation. Theft – A caller reported he dropped his phone in the 100-block of SW 3rd St and a male picked it up and left with it. Officers contacted the male in a nearby business and recovered the phone. The victim did not want to pursue charges and the suspect, a 65-year-old male with no fixed address, claimed he was going to turn it in. Fail to Register as a Sex Offender – An officer contacted a 35-year-old male with no fixed address in the area of SE Chapman Pl and SE 3rd St for walking in the roadway. The male was out of compliance with his sex offender registration and was issued a citation and released. |

Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 13th Street for the report of a male and female trespassing on vacant property. Officers located a 51-year-old female, with no fixed address, and a 33-year-old male with no fixed address on the property. Both were cited in lieu of custody for trespassing. Warrant Arrest – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 900-block of NW 9th Street. The 26-year-old male driver, Corvallis Resident, had multiple warrants for his arrest and had a criminally suspended driver’s license. He was taken into custody, transported to the police station, and later released with citations. Theft – Officers were dispatched to the report of a male shoplifting at a store in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd. The 32-year-old male suspect, with no fixed address, was caught nearby by officers. He was taken into custody and later released with citations. Contempt of Court – Officers were in Municipal Court when the Judge ordered the defendant be taken into custody for contempt of court after he was disruptive in the court room. The 34-year-old defendant, Corvallis Resident, was transported to the Benton County Jail. Violation of Order – Officers contacted a 37-year-old female, with no fixed address, who violated a no contact order earlier in the day. She was taken into custody near NW Kings Blvd and NW Lincoln Ave. She was transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 40-year-old female Corvallis resident in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. She was the subject of an active warrant and was ultimately released on a criminal citation. Warrant Arrest & Criminal Trespass II – An officer was dispatched to the 1100-block of NE 2nd St for a transient female setting up a camp. The caller advised they had told the female to leave but she was still on the property. The officer contacted the 57-year-old female with no fixed address and discovered she had an active warrant for her arrest out of Clackamas County. She was issued a trespass notice for the property and a citation for the warrant and left the area. Reckless Burning – A caller reported an unknown person lit their grill on fire and left it burning. An officer contacted the caller who reported posting a free grill to be picked up curbside. The caller said they returned home, and the grill was smoking, an unknown person lit trash on fire inside the grill and left it to burn. The fire was put out and the discarded trash was examined, but no identifying information was able to be identified. Violation of a Restraining Order & Follow-up Arrest – An officer contacted a 37-year-old female with no fixed address in the 2000-block of NW Lincoln Ave. The officer knew of probable cause to arrest the female in relation to a previous investigation. The female was arrested and charged with violating a restraining order and booked into jail. Theft I – A caller reported finding security footage of a suspect committing a theft in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl. The caller reported the same suspect, a 45-year-old male with no fixed address, had committed a previous theft and been identified. The new footage was evidence of a new crime, and the officer has probable cause to arrest the suspect for Theft I. Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief & Criminal Trespass II – Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a male, previously trespassed, on the property and damaging a snack bar. The officer arrived but the suspect, a 28-year-old male with no fixed address, had left the area already. He was later located, resisted arrest, and was taken into custody and booked into jail. Criminal Trespass II – A business owner in the 2500-block of NW Monroe Ave called to report a male in the alleyway breaking glass and “smoking drugs”. Officers arrived at the location and contacted the suspect, a 28-year-old male with no fixed address, and identified him as the same suspect from the criminal mischief and trespass call in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male was arrested and booked into jail on the previous charges and trespassed from the business he was breaking glass near. |

Warrant Arrest – Officers made contact with a 57-year-old female, with no fixed address, in the 500-block of SW Madison Avenue. The female was urinating on the sidewalk. She was taken into custody for a warrant. She was transported to the police station and later released with a citation for the warrant. Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Place for the report of a group of unhoused not allowing a lawn care worker access to his work area behind a business. Officers contacted a couple of people in the area and discovered a stolen lawn mower from a nearby store near the group. The group denied ownership. The group was moved along and the property returned to the store. Criminal mischief-victim reported the tires were slashed on his vehicle while it was parked in a hotel parking lot in the 1100-block NW 9th Street. DUII / Criminal Mischief / Hit and Run / Reckless Driving - A 33-year-old Corvallis male was arrested on multiple charges after he lost control of his vehicle while turning corner at SW 2nd ST / SW Western Blvd and drove through the community garden at that intersection, striking several of the planter boxes. He was stopped several blocks away and arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, Hit and Run, and Criminal Mischief. Fail to Register as a Sex Offender – An officer contacted a 57-year-old female with a Portland address at the front lobby of the Law Enforcement Center. The female was out of compliance on their sex offender registration and was issued a citation for the charge and released. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1000-block of NW Walnut Blvd for a fight. They arrived on scene and contacted a male and female but were unable to develop probable cause for a crime. The male, a 42-year-old male with no fixed address, was discovered to have an active warrant for his arrest, was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released. |

Overdose- Officers responded to NW 1st and NW Harrison for a report of an overdose by a female with no fixed address. Narcan was deployed and the Officers rendered CPR prior to EMT arrival. The victim was transported to GSH where she was revived. Disorderly Conduct / Trespass- After being revived the above female became argumentative with GSH staff and started throwing items at them. She was angry she had received Narcan to counter the overdose. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Disorderly Conduct and she was issued a trespass notice. Disorderly Conduct / Trespass- Several callers reported a naked male acting erratically in the 600-block of NE Sherwood Wy. The male was reported to be causing a disturbance and trespassing on the railroad tracks. The male was located and found to be under the influence of a stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the jail. Attempted Burglary – Caller reported an unknown male attempted to break into his business in the 700-block of SW 4th St overnight. The suspect was unsuccessful in gaining entry into the business. Warrant Arrest – A 32-year-old female, Scio resident, was contacted in the 300-block of NW 2nd St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. The female was transported to jail then issued a citation and released. |

Warrant Arrest- A male with no fixed address came to the LEC and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Overdose (x2)- Officers responded to a report of a person overdosing on fentanyl near NW 1st and NW Van Buren Ave. While on scene a second person was also found to be overdosing a few feet away. Narcan was deployed and both persons were resuscitated. Theft – Officers responded to the 400-block of SW Madison Ave for a report of a male attempting to steal the caller’s bike. The caller reported the male had brass knuckles with him and the suspect threw them at the caller when he said he was calling the police. A 44-year-old male with no fixed address was found on scene attempting to pull the bike rack out of the ground. The male was transported to the jail. Burglary – Caller reported the laundry room of an apartment complex in the 700-block of NW 3rd St was broken into. An unknown suspect drilled out multiple coin boxes to the laundry machines. No suspect was identified, and no evidence was located. DUII – A 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, backed his motorhome into a storage unit in the 800-block of NE Walnut Blvd. The male was contacted, and the officer observed the male was intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for DUII and DWS-Misdemeanor. He was transported to the police station where he processed for the DUII and released on a citation. Trespass – A 44-year-old male with no fixed address as contacted at Porter Park after it was reported he was in a state of nudity. The male was clothed when contacted by officers, but he had previously been trespassed from city parks. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 2. |

Trespass- An unidentified male entered a locked playground area in the 3200-block of NE Oxford Cir. and tampered with a surveillance camera. Warrant Arrest / PCS Meth / PCS Schedule II- A female with no fixed address was reported to be acting strangely in the 800-block of NW Grant Ave. The female was arrested on outstanding warrants, and she was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and pills which were identified as a Schedule II controlled substance. She was taken to the jail. Fight- officers took a 55-year-old Scio male into custody for Harassment and Interfering with a Peace Officer, as well as a Corvallis Municipal Court warrant after he reportedly assaulted another resident at shelter in the 900-block NW Reiman Ave. He was booked into BCCF. Burglary- A laundromat employee in the 1900-block SW 3rd Street reported an unknown male suspect tampered with the security cameras inside before attempting to break into the office of the business. He was unsuccessful in getting into the room. |

Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Drive for the report of a 43-year-old female, Corvallis Resident, who was refusing to leave. The female was going up to cars yelling and trying to get inside. The female was placed into custody, transported to the police station, and released with a citation. Theft – An unknown male suspect stole over $200 worth of items from a store in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd. Theft – An unknown suspect stole keys, medication, and a phone from a vehicle in the 300-block of NW 2nd Street. Criminal Mischief – An unknown suspect damaged $1000 worth of windows in the 600-block of SW Western Blvd. It appeared someone hit the windows to a business with a baseball bat or something similar. Animal Abuse I – Officers responded to a facility in the 1500-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 25-year-old female Corvallis resident who had arrived at the facility with a severely injured animal. The female admitted to hitting and choking the animal. The female was arrested for Animal Abuse I, and transported to the jail where she was lodged. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a bicyclist for a traffic violation near the intersection of NW 29th St and NW Garfield Ave. The 59-year-old male with no fixed address was the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a shoplift that had just occurred. The suspect was not located during the initial response, but surveillance video was obtained from the business for further investigation. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 22-year-old male Corvallis resident in the 2000-block of NW Tyler Ave. The male was arrested on an active warrant, and ultimately released with a criminal citation. Reckless Burning – Officers responded to a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a report of a shopping cart that had been set on fire in the parking lot. The Fire Department responded and put out the fire. Criminal Trespass II & Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine – An officer was dispatched to the 400-block of SW Madison Av for a subject refusing to leave the business. The officer arrived on scene and contacted a 57-year-old female with no fixed address. The female was arrested for trespassing and removed from the area. During the search the officer located methamphetamine in her possession. She was issued citations and released. Criminal Trespass II – A caller in the 3200-block of NE Lancaster St wanted to have her neighbor/family member trespassed from her property when she found video evidence of the 42-year-old male entering her property. She did not want to pursue criminal charges at this time. The male was contacted and issued a trespass notice. Theft II – Officers were dispatched to the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for a theft in progress. Officer located the 45-year-old male suspect attempting to drive from the area and stopped him. The investigation revealed the suspect tried to leave with more than $590 worth of merchandise but left it behind when he was confronted by staff. The suspect was issued a citation for Theft II and released. |

Graffiti – Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW Jefferson Avenue for the report of graffiti on a pole. A swastika was found painted on the pole. There was no suspect information. Criminal Trespass I & Theft III – Officers were dispatched to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of a shoplift which just occurred. The caller identified the suspect as a female who was previously trespassed from the business. An officer stopped the 31-year-old female with no fixed address nearby and arrested her. She was removed from the area and issued a citation for Criminal Trespass I & Theft III. |

Trespass – Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of NW 3rd Street for the report of a 36-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was causing a disturbance in a restaurant and refusing to leave. The male had been previously trespassed from the property. He was placed into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail Warrant Arrest – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near 3rd and SW Prairie Avenue. The 23-year-old passenger of the vehicle, Newberg Resident, had a warrant for his arrest. He was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Robbery 1 – Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NW 3rd Street for a report of a male who was threatening a person with a pipe. Officers located and arrested a 36-year-old male with no fixed address and learned he approached another male and demanded his food while threatening him with the pipe. The involved party was arrested on multiple crimes and was booked at the Benton County Jail. Theft III – Officers were dispatched to the 2600-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male stealing a beer and walking southbound on NW 9th St. Officers located the suspect and identified him as a 24-year-old male with no fixed address. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Attempted Assault on a Police Officer & Disorderly Conduct II – An officer was attempting to contact a 42-year-old male with a Corvallis address to return some property he had left behind when the male became angry, yelled threats to the officer, clenched his fists and charged the officer. The officer evaded the suspect who fell down while chasing the officer. The officer returned to check on the male and he again began yelling obscenities and charged at the officer. The male was eventually arrested and later booked into jail. |

She was cited in lieu of custody for her warrants. Trespass – Officers responded to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for a report of a 44-year-old male Corvallis Resident refusing to leave the property. The male was contacted, issued a trespass notice, and left the property. |

Trespass – A 67-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the Skate Park after hours. The male had previously been trespassed from city parks and was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 2. Domestic Disturbance – Officers responded to the 1100-block of NW 29th St for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed no criminal activity occurred and the ex-couple had an on-going civil dispute over finances. Warrant Arrest – A 69-year-old male Albany resident was contacted in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave and learned to have a Linn County Warrant. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Warrant Arrest – A 37-year-old male Douglas County resident was contacted in the 2900-block of SW Western Blvd and learned to have a Douglas County Warrant. The male was taken into custody and later issued citations at the Law Enforcement Center. Trespass – A 44-year-old male with no fixed address went into a business in the 200-block of SW 2nd St and locked himself in the bathroom. The male had been previously trespassed from the business. The male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Fraud – Caller reported she believed she purchased an item off a fake website and her personal information was stolen. Fraudulent purchases were made on her account. No suspect was identified. Warrant Arrest – A 52-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the 1700-block of NW 9th St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and resisted being taken into custody. The male was taken into custody for resisting arrest and the warrant and transported to the jail. Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a fight between two males. One of the males left in a vehicle that was located in the 1100-block of NW 9th St. A 40-year-old male in the vehicle was identified as being involved in the fight and was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct 2. The other male involved was not located. |

Trespass- A male registered sex offender with no fixed address returned to a downtown business after being previously trespassed. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disturbance / Open Container of Alcohol in Public- Officers were dispatched to the 1100-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of a female with no fixed address removing her clothing and shouting. The intoxicated female was clothed upon contact, but she was in possession of an open container of alcohol in public. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Violent Conduct – A 21-year-old female and a 61-year-old female, both with no fixed address, got into a fight at Avery Park over the volume of the older female’s music. Both females were issued citations in lieu of custody for Violent Conduct and trespassed from city parks. Trespass 2 – A 67-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted at the Skate Park after hours. The male had previously been trespassed from city parks and was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 2. Suspicious Circumstance – Caller reported seeing vehicle traveling southbound in the 1500-block of NW 9th St with a female that appeared to be in her early twenties hanging out the window yelling for help. The caller lost sight of the vehicle as it turned east on NW Van Buren Ave. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle. The caller was unable to get a license plate for the vehicle. Menacing – Caller reported his 39-year-old ex-girlfriend, Albany resident, pointed a firearm at him in the 3300-block of NW Samaritan Dr. Caller reported he was just released from the hospital and was walking toward NW Elks Dr when his ex-girlfriend, who he had not seen in five years or talked to in two years, suddenly appeared and pointed a handgun at him. He reported female was yelling at him and then she walked away when he said he was going to call the police. Officers searched for the female and did not locate her. Stolen Vehicle - A caller reported his Black 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel truck was stolen overnight from the 1200-block of SW 26th St. The victim reported the keys were in the vehicle and no other parties had permission to use it. Theft – A 46-year-old male, Seal Rock resident, and a 35-year-old male, South Beach resident, stole over $1000 in merchandise from a business in the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd. The males left in a vehicle prior to officers’ arrival, but were located by a BCSO Deputy on Independence Hwy. The property was recovered, and the males were taken into custody for Theft 1 and transported to the Benton County Jail. Theft – While officers were investigating an unrelated theft from a business in the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd, a 46-year-old male, Portland resident, stole merchandise from the business. The male was located in a nearby business with the merchandise hidden down his pants. The male was taken into custody for Theft 3 and transported to the Benton County Jail. |

Warrant Arrest- A female with no fixed address was causing a disturbance in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. She was cited and released on an outstanding warrant. Traffic Hazard- A caller reported suspicious activity in the 900-block of NW Sequoia. A male with no fixed address parked his vehicle blocking the caller’s driveway and also creating a traffic hazard. The vehicle owner, a male with no fixed address, was contacted but he left the area without moving the vehicle. The vehicle was towed as a hazard. Warrant arrest – Officers were on patrol in the 1000-block of NW Van Buren Ave when they witnessed a 57-year-old female, with no fixed address, defecating on the sidewalk. Officers contacted her and discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. DUII – Officers stopped a vehicle in the 300-block of NW Monroe Ave for traffic offenses. The 37-year-old male driver, Lebanon Resident, was intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported to the police station, and later released on a citation. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a 31-year-old male, with no fixed address, in the 1500-block of NW 9th Street. The male was discovered to have a felony warrant for his arrest. He was also discovered to be in possession of meth. He was taken to the Benton County Jail. DUII – Officers stopped a vehicle in the 1400-block of NW Harrison Blvd for traffic offenses. The 21-year-old driver, Corvallis Resident, was discovered to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the police station the later released with a citation. Warrant Arrest – A 47-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the 700-block of SW 53rd St. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody.
