Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- A Community Services Officer responded to the 800-block of SW 8th St for a report of a cold UEMV. A vehicle was broken into sometime during the night and a backpack was stolen. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Madison Ave for a trespass. A 51-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted and cited on an outstanding warrant. Warrant Arrest- A 43-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave for a report she was yelling in the area. The female had multiple warrants for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Theft- Officers responded to a business in the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a female who was stealing whipped cream canisters and using them for intoxicating purposes. The suspect was identified as a 24-year-old female, no fixed address, and she was contacted inside the store. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft III, Criminal Trespass II, and Unlawful Possession of Inhalants. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 1600-block of NW 9th St for a report of an intoxicated male who was refusing to leave the property. Officers escorted the 45-year-old male, no fixed address, off the property and told him he was trespassed from the property. The male immediately walked back onto the property and was taken into custody for Trespass II. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation. Harassment- Officers responded to a community living facility in the 800-block of NW Reiman Ave for a report of an assault. A 46-year-old female and 21-year-old female, both no fixed address, got into an argument and pushed and slapped each other during the incident. Neither of the involved individuals wished to pursue criminal charges and they separated from each other by going into their respective rooms. Trespass- A 39-year-old male, no fixed address, was taken into custody for trespass after going to a convenience store from which he had been previously trespassed in the 1900-block of SW 3rd St. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and issued a citation. |

Violation of a Restraining Order- Officers were dispatched to the 2600-block of SW Pickford St for the report of a female asking the caller for help because a 63-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was harassing her. Officers arrived and contacted the male and discovered there was a restraining order which needed to be served on him regarding not having contact with the female he was harassing. A Sheriff’s Deputy came out and served the male with the restraining order. The male tore the restraining order up in front of officers and threw it in the trash. Officers informed the male he would be arrested if he contacted the female. Officers circled the block once and found the male had immediately violated the restraining order moments after officers left. He was promptly taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on NE Cambridge Cir near NE Conifer Blvd. The occupant, a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had a state-wide felony warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for the report of a 34-year-old female, Philomath resident, who was refusing to leave the hospital. When officers arrived, she still refused to leave. She was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a fight in progress. On arrival, it was learned an employee had been punched in the face by someone they were escorting out of the business, and another person had intervened to stop the altercation. The employee had a minor injury and declined to pursue charges. The suspect was not located during the initial response. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100-block of NW 5th St. Subsequent to investigation on scene, the driver, a 24-year-old male, Monroe resident, was arrested for DUII. |

Disorderly Conduct / Aggravated Harassment- Officers were on an unrelated call for service when a 26-year-old male, no fixed address, approached officers. It was discovered the male had tried to punch an unknown female in front of a grocery store and was overall acting violently towards people. He was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. Attempted Assault II / Assault IV / Violation of a Restraining Order / Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Burglary in the 1st Degree / Menacing / Coercion / Tampering with a Witness / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers were dispatched to the 1700-block of SE Lilly Pl for the report of a domestic disturbance in progress. When officers arrived, they discovered a 45-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had broken into the home of his ex-wife. He then proceeded to physically assault her and tried to use a dangerous weapon against her. The female armed herself in hopes of scaring off the male, but the physical attack continued. The male tried to keep the female from leaving the apartment and refused to exit himself. Officers forced entry into the home and took the male into custody. The female had a restraining order against the male, and he told her not to talk with officers while in the presence of arresting officers. The male was transported to the Benton County Jail on the above charges. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 400-block of SW Adams Ave, who had warrants for his arrest. The male had a state-wide felony warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 27-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 500-block of SW 4th St. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and later released with citations. Probation Violation / Detainer / Criminal Mischief II / Criminal Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center for a subject breaking the window of a patrol vehicle. The male was in the process of shattering a vehicle’s window when the officer contacted and detained him. He was identified as a 38-year-old male, Albany resident, who was arrested four times the day before. The male was just released from jail, walked across the street, and immediately damaged the window of a parked patrol vehicle. The male was arrested and booked back into jail. Non-Injury Crash- Driver was issued a traffic citation stemming from a response to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of NW 2nd St and NW Harrison Blvd. Disorderly Conduct / Unlawful Use of a Weapon- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of NW Harrison Blvd for a report of a male with a knife refusing to leave. The male was detained for investigation upon response. During the investigation, it was learned the 27-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had been walking around the business holding the knife alongside his leg, and when talking to one person he had touched the knife to the other person’s chest before that person quickly left. The male was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was transported to the jail where he was lodged. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of NW 3rd St for a report of individuals refusing to leave. A 21-year-old male, Portland resident, was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. |

Trespass – A 46-year-old male, with no fixed address, was arrested for trespassing in the 700-block of NE Circle Blvd. He was cited in lieu of custody. DUII, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering, Disorderly Conduct II & Criminal Mischief II – An officer responded to Good Samaritan Hospital for a report of a subject driving recklessly through the parking lot and then throwing and damaging a wheelchair. The officer arrived at the Hospital and learned the subject was driving 50-60 mph through the parking lot with a person in the bed of the truck. The officer contacted the 44-year-old male with an Albany address who was driving the truck. The officer spoke with the subject, who admitted to huffing an inhalant (air dust). The officer arrested the male for DUII, obtained a search warrant for a blood draw, and had the blood draw performed at the hospital. The officer then booked the male into jail for the charges listed above. Warrant Arrest & Possession of Methamphetamine – A caller reported a subject sitting on the property by the back door of the Corvallis Municipal Court. An officer responded to the address and located a 38-year-old male with an Albany address at the back door. During the contact, the officer learned that the male had a warrant for his arrest from the Albany Municipal Court and had methamphetamine. The male was arrested, issued citations, removed from the property, and released. Criminal Trespass II – A 38-year-old male, arrested earlier in the day (25-06285), was sleeping on the second story of the Law Enforcement Building. An officer contacted him and told him he needed to leave the property and could not be sleeping on the walkway, and the male refused. He was arrested, removed from the property, trespassed from the building, issued a citation, and released Criminal Trespass II – The same 38-year-old male (25-06285 & 25-06287) returned to the Law Enforcement Center property and again lay down on the second story after being told he was trespassed from the property. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a poisoning at the bus stop. Officers arrived on scene and determined the subject was heavily intoxicated. During the investigation, officers learned the 55-year-old male with no fixed address had a warrant for his arrest out of the Albany Municipal Court. He was issued a citation and released to medics. Criminal Trespass II – The 38-year-old male from previous calls immediately left the jail and returned to the second story of the Law Enforcement Building. He stated he was trying to get arrested and held at the jail to violate his probation. He was arrested for the fourth time and booked into jail again. Warrant Arrest – Officers responded to a business in the 1000-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a 54-year-old male with no fixed address who was harassing guests. The male was arrested on an active warrant and transported to the Linn County Jail where he was lodged. Warrant Arrest – Officers contacted a bicyclist for a traffic violation near the intersection of NW Van Buren Ave. and NW 5th St. The 40-year-old male with no fixed address was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested and ultimately released on a criminal citation. Burglary - Officers responded to a business in the 100-Block of SW 3rd St for a report of a burglary that was just discovered. The suspects had left prior to law enforcement arrival. Theft / Possession of Burglary Tools / Criminal Mischief – Officers responded to a report of a bike theft in progress in the 400-block of NW 2nd St. The suspect was located with the stolen bicycle in an alleyway in the area and was in possession of a cutting tool. The bicycle lock was damaged during the theft. The 46-year-old male Albany resident was arrested, and ultimately released on a criminal citation. |

Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 1800-Block of NW 9th St for a report of a male who stole unknown items from the store and then fled the area when confronted by management. Warrant Arrest – Officers stopped a bicyclist for a traffic violation near the intersection of NW 1st St. and NW Jackson Ave. The 35-year-old male with no fixed address was the subject of active warrants. He was arrested, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and ultimately released on a criminal citation. Assault – Officers responded to the 500-block of SE Chapman Pl for a report of an assault. The caller reported a 39-year-old male with no fixed address attacked a female. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a victim who refused to provide any details, describe what happened, or name the suspect. The victim was treated for injuries. Warrant Arrest – While investigating an assault, a 34-year-old male with no fixed address was contacted in the 500-block of SE Champman Pl. The officers learned the male had a warrant for his arrest out of the Albany Municipal Court. The male was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass II, Resisting Arrest, Interfering with a Peace Officer, Attempted Assault on a Police Officer, and Disorderly Conduct II – Officers were dispatched to the 2800-block of NW 29th St for a subject on the property, refusing to leave. Officers arrived at the location and learned that a 69-year-old female with a Corvallis address had her gym membership revoked months ago, but she continues to show up at the gym and cause a problem with staff and other members. The officers contacted the female on the property, and she was uncooperative with them. She resisted arrest and attempted to assault the police officers. She was taken into custody, transported to jail, and booked on the above charges. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of SW 4th Street for the report of a 38-year-old male, with no fixed address, who was running in and out of traffic. Officers located the male nearby and discovered he had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Place for the report of a 40-year-old male, with no fixed address, shoplifting. He was accompanied by a 37-year-old female, with no fixed address. When officers contacted them nearby a store employee from a store in the 2000-block of NW 9th Street reported officers were out with a theft suspect of theirs. It was discovered the male suspect stole from numerous stores in the area. He was taken into custody and later released with citations for theft. Theft / Disorderly Conduct – Officers were first dispatched to the 400-block of NW Harrison Blvd for the report of a 45-year-old male, with no fixed address, who stole a tip jar from a coffee shop while they were trying to give him a courtesy cup of water. The male continued down the street causing a disturbance. He came to a nearby alleyway and began to block it. He followed one woman, who quickly entered an establishment. Nearby businesses locked their doors due to his behavior as he was yelling threats to kill people. He threw items at occupied vehicles and was blocking traffic. He was taken into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail. |

Trespass- A business employee in the 100-block NW 2nd Street reported a male entered the business and was bringing multiple bags of his property into the store bathroom; after being told he couldn’t do this. A 45-year-old male with no fixed address was ultimately arrested for trespass and was transported to the LEC and released on cite. Trespass – Caller reported a cold trespass at her residence in the 3400-block of SE 3rd St. Caller stated her 35-year-old female neighbor came into her residence uninvited the previous night looking for the caller’s daughter to see if she wanted to hang out with her daughter. The female saw the caller’s daughter was asleep and left the residence. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass 1. Theft – Officers responded to a business in the 1500-block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft of over $600 in merchandise that just occurred. Officers located the 39-year-old male, no fixed address, as he was leaving the store, and he fled on foot. The male was located a short time later and taken into custody for Theft 2 and multiple warrants. The male was transported to the jail. Theft – A 34-year-old male, no fixed address, was stopped by loss prevention at a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acre Pl for shoplifting from the business. Officers contacted the male and issued him a citation in lieu of custody for Shoplift 1 and a warrant. Theft – Officers responded to a business sin the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a shoplift that just occurred. The caller reported two females stole a bag of dog food, cat food and dog clothing and left the store without paying. The suspects were not located or identified. Car Prowl - A CSO took a report of a cold UEMV in the 1300-block of SW E Ave which occurred sometime over the night. Golf clubs and other items were taken and there is no suspect info. Bike Theft - A CSO took a report of a cold bike theft in the 700-block of SW Chickadee St. A Trek bike was stolen after the lock was cut sometime over the weekend. There is no suspect info. Theft - Officers responded to a business is the 400-block of SW 3rd St for a theft that just occurred. An unidentified suspect entered the business and stole a few clothing items before leaving. The suspect was not identified at this time. Burglary - An officer responded to the 400-block of SW Tunison Ave for a cold burglary. It was reported that a former caregiver for the victim had entered the victim’s residence with a key and stole several items from inside. The victim refused to cooperate and wanted nothing done with the case. |
| October 20th |
Burglary / Theft /Criminal Mischief / DUII / PCS meth - Officers responded to a business alarm at a bike shop in the 1300 block NW 9th Street. As they were enroute, officers learned from the alarm company that this was actually a burglary in progress, and a person was seen leaving the store, pushing an electric bike out the broken business door. When officers arrived, one officer saw a suspicious vehicle leaving the immediate area (no plates and with a bike strapped to the trunk). The vehicle was stopped, and the driver was taken into custody. The bike was recovered and the suspect, a 41-year-old White City male, was arrested on multiple charges. Theft of a Bike: A CSO took a report of a stolen bike that occurred in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. A black and white electronic bike was stolen outside a business. DUII - A 19-year-old Philomath male was taken into custody for DUII after a business employee in the 2000-block NW Circle Blvd reported they believed the driver of a specific vehicle was impaired. The vehicle was located shortly thereafter at the HWY 34 bypass and stopped. After an investigation the driver was arrested and transported to jail. |

Burglary- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW B Ave for a report of a cold burglary. Sometime over the night, an unknown suspect broke into a storage area and took everything out of it, including a leaf blower and other maintenance tools. Driving Uninsured / Vehicle Tow (Traffic Hazard)- An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 400-block of SE Goodnight Ave. The officer observed an unidentified male passenger flee from the vehicle prior to the traffic stop. The driver did not have valid insurance, and the vehicle was parking making it a traffic hazard. The vehicle was towed and the driver was cited for Driving Uninsured. Argument- Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave for an argument. Two individuals were involved in a verbal altercation during a visitation meeting regarding a custody disagreement. Trespass- Officers responded to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a trespass complaint. A 51-year-old male, Sweet Home resident, was asked to leave the business and refused. The male was issued a trespass notice. Theft- Caller reported a male stole a headlamp from his business in the 200-block of SW Madison Ave. A 45-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and located in the area. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Theft III and trespassed from the business. Car Prowler- Caller reported a male came to her residence in the 600-block of NW 7th St posing as a security guard. The male left the caller’s residence and tried to get into a vehicle which belonged to her roommate. The male left the area prior to officer’s arrival and was not located. Open Container- Officers responded to Central Park for a report of a female yelling and causing a disturbance. A 61-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted and was drinking alcohol. The female had thrown her personal items around the area as well. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Open Container, trespassed from City parks, picked up her belongings, and left the area. |

Recovered Stolen Bicycle- Officers responded to the 1400-block of NW Buchanan Ave for a report of a bike theft in progress. Officers arrived in the area and located the described suspect, a 35-year-old male, no fixed address, riding a bicycle and rolling a second bicycle. The initial report was the male had cut the lock off a bicycle locked to the bike rack. The male had keys to the lock and there was no evidence of any damage or lock being cut at the scene. However, the bicycle the male was riding was reported stolen in 2022. The confirmed stolen bicycle was seized and will be returned to the owner. Offensive Littering / Parks Trespass Notice- An officer was dispatched to the 1500-block of SW Avery Park Dr for a report of someone dumping trash. The officer located a 55-year-old male, no fixed address, with garbage strewn around a camp he was setting up. The male was issued a citation for Offensive Littering, given a Parks Trespass Notice, and released to gather his belongings and leave the park. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of people trespassing on the property. Officers arrived at the property and located a 32-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who was removing abandoned property from a camp. The caller did not wish to pursue criminal charges and wanted the property removed. During the contact, the officer learned the male had multiple warrants for his arrest. The male was issued citations for the warrants and released. Warrant Arrest- Officers performed a traffic stop near the intersection of NW 3rd St and NW Polk Ave. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as a 33-year-old female, Newport resident, who was the subject of an active warrant. She was ultimately issued a criminal citation and released. |

Dumpster Fire / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 1700-block of NW 9th St to assist the Fire Department with a dumpster fire. A 48-year-old male and 39-year-old female, both no fixed address, were located in the area of the fire and were discovered to have warrants for their arrest. Both were cited in lieu of custody for the warrants. A 41-year-old female, no fixed address, was also located in the area and mistakenly started the fire when she dumped items which were burnt into the dumpster, thinking they were no longer on fire. She was trespassed from the property. Warrant Arrest- A 31-year-old male, Corvallis resident, came to the Law Enforcement Center to turn himself in on a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked into jail. Shoplifting I / Criminal Trespass- An employee in the 1900-block of NE Four Acre Pl called to report a shoplifting in progress. An officer responded to the area and learned a 22-year-old female, Portland resident, and a 26-year-old male, Corvallis resident, were inside the store, concealing items. Officers waited and stopped the male and female when they exited the store. The couple had purchased some items from the business and concealed others inside the female’s purse, which they did not pay for. Both the male and female were issued citations for Shoplifting, trespassed from the business, and released. Theft II / Criminal Trespass- A Loss Prevention employee called from the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd and reported a male subject had stolen merchandise and was currently detained by LP. An officer arrived at the business and identified the suspect as a 49-year-old male, Albany resident. The male admitted to purchasing some items from the business but concealing some merchandise on his person and not paying for it. The male was issued a citation for Theft II, trespassed from the business, and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer performed a traffic stop in the 2000-block of NW 9th St and identified the driver as a 30-year-old male, Lebanon resident. During the stop, the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. The driver was issued a traffic citation, a citation for the warrant, and released. Warrant Arrest / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)- An officer was dispatched to a report of suspicious activity in the 1000-block of SW 13th St. The officer arrived on scene and contacted a 57-year-old male, no fixed address, removing parts from a vehicle. The officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. During a subsequent search, the officer found a user-amount of Fentanyl on the male’s person. The male was booked into jail. Theft- Officers responded to the 2600-block of SW Western Blvd for a report of two individuals taking bicycles apart in a bicycle rack. The males left prior to law enforcement arrival, and all bicycle parts appeared to be accounted for. |

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)- Community Livability Officers contacted a 52-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 400-block of NW 1st St. The male was found to be in possession of fentanyl. He was cited in lieu of custody and trespassed from City parks. Burglary / Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to a cold burglary in the 800-block of NW Cornell Ave. It was discovered multiple items of value and guns were taken in two separate burglaries at the same location. Hours later, officers contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of SE Chapman Pl. Officers discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. During his arrest, officers discovered property taken from the burglary in the suspect’s possession. The male was taken into custody. Officers attempted to transport him to the jail, but it was at full capacity. The male was cited at the Law Enforcement Center and released for the warrants and burglary. Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, who was setting up camp on the property. The male had been previously trespassed from the location. He was placed into custody and later released with a citation for trespassing. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers were dispatched to the area of SW 3rd St and SW Tunison Ave for a crash. Responding officers arrived at the crash and determined one of the drivers, a 37-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was intoxicated. The female was uncooperative with the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and the breath test. Officers obtained a search warrant, and the female provided a breath sample/ She was issued citations and released to sober friend. Menacing / Attempted Assault IV / Unlawful Use of a Weapon / Disorderly Conduct II / Tampering with Evidence- A victim called from the skate park and reported a subject attacked them and threatened them with a knife. Officers arrived in the area and located all involved parties. The investigation revealed a 40-year-old male, no fixed address, began an argument with the victim. During the argument, the male attempted to punch the victim and threatened them with a knife. When officers contacted the male nearby, he and a 37-year-old female companion, also no fixed address, attempted to conceal the knife in her bra. The male was arrested and booked into jail, and the female was issued a citation for tampering with evidence and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer was on patrol and contacted a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, in the area of SE 3rd St and SE Chapman Pl. The male was discovered to have a warrant for his arrest, and was in possession once again of property stolen during a recent burglary. He was booked into jail, and the stolen property was returned to the owner. Warrant Arrest / Theft III / Criminal Trespass I- An officer was dispatched to the 2000-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a subject, previously trespassed from the business, back on the property. The officer arrived at the business and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, and confirmed he was previously trespassed. The officer also learned the male had a warrant for his arrest and had stolen property from the business. He was removed from the property, issued a citation, and released. Trespass- Officers responded to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a report of three juvenile males skateboarding in a business. All three suspects left prior to officer arrival. Investigation revealed no items were damaged during the event. Warrant Arrest- An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 2000-block of NW 9th St. During the stop, it was learned the driver, a 36-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and later released with citations. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW 3rd St for a report of a 41-year-old male, no fixed address, who was harassing customers outside of a business. Officers contacted the male and discovered he had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody, transported to the Law Enforcement Center, and later released with citations. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 200-block of SE Lily Ave. The male had warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Criminal Mischief- Officers were dispatched to the 100-block of SW Madison Ave for the report of damage to multiple construction signs which resulted in over $1,000 in damages. Warrant Arrest- An officer was dispatched to the 300-block of SW 4th St for a male asleep in the entrance of the business. Warrant Arrest- An officer was patrolling the 1700-block of NW 9th St when he contacted a 32-year-old male, no fixed address. The male had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation and released. Warrant Arrest- An officer stopped a bicyclist in the 1900-block of NW 9th St and identified a 48-year-old male, no fixed address. During the stop, the officer learned the male had several active warrants for his arrest. He was transported and booked into the Linn County Jail. Elude / Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Elude on Foot / Hit and Run- A 21-year-old female, Lebanon resident, was arrested on multiple charges after an officer attempted to stop her for driving the wrong way down a one-way street downtown near SW 2nd St and SW Madison Ave. The suspect fled, striking a parked vehicle and driving down a sidewalk in the downtown area. The pursuit lasted approximately one mile, before the suspect finally stopped the vehicle due to disabling damage. The suspect exited the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot but was quickly captured. She was booked on multiple charges at the jail and her vehicle was towed from the scene. |

Fraud- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a fraud. The victim reported an unknown suspect opened an account in the victim’s name. No suspect information. Theft / Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St for a report of a theft which had just occurred. The witnesses observed a female suspect go into a shed of the neighboring business located in the 800-block of NW Cornell Ave. The 32-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted with stolen property from both businesses, in addition to an active warrant for her arrest. The female was taken into custody for Theft III and the warrant and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to a community living facility in the 1100-block of NW Jackson Ave for a female refusing to leave the property. A 57-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and had an active warrant for her arrest. The female was issued a citation in lieu of custody and a trespass notice and left the area. |

Fraud- An officer contacted a victim via phone regarding a cold fraud. The victim reported they learned a fraudulent phone account was opened in their name and was receiving information regarding deliveries of packages which did not belong to them. No suspect information. Hit and Run (Injury)- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of a motor vehicle collision resulting in an injury. The victim was riding a skateboard when they were struck from behind by a vehicle, resulting in minor injuries. The suspect vehicle left the scene and was not located. Hit and Run (Injury)- Officers responded to the 2300-block of NW Fillmore Ave for a report of a cold hit and run with minor injuries. Victim reported they were riding a scooter in the area when they were struck by a passing car, knocking them off the scooter and causing minor injury to the leg. The driver of the suspect vehicle initially stopped, got out, “felt up” the victim’s injured leg and then got back in their vehicle and left the area. Suspect vehicle not located. Motor Vehicle Crash (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for a report of a non-injury, single vehicle crash. A 68-year-old male, Corvallis resident, ran over a center median, rendering his vehicle disabled. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Motor Vehicle Crash (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to the 900-block of NW Jefferson Ave for a report of a non-injury motor vehicle crash. Two vehicles were involved in the crash after one reportedly ran a red light. Assault- An officer responded to the 1300-block of NW Van Buren Ave for a report of a cold assault. The caller reported they had been at a large house party during the weekend when he was struck in the head by a beer that was thrown by an unidentified party guest. The impact knocked the victim unconscious and caused a laceration above his eye. There is no suspect information at this time. Warrant Arrest- A 34-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 100-block of SW Monroe Ave during a theft investigation. The officer was unable to develop probable cause to arrest the female for theft, but she had multiple active warrants for her arrest. The female was taken into custody and transported to the jail. An officer from Philomath Police Department had probable cause to arrest the male for Violation of a No Contact Order. The male was transported to the jail and lodged on the PC from PPD. Suspicious Person / Dumpster Diving- An officer responded to the 300-block of SE Atwood Ave for a report of a suspicious male going though the trash cans in the area. A 37-year-old male, no fixed address, was contacted and issued a citation for Unlawfully Entering Dumpsters. Warrant Arrest- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a bike in the 100-block of NW 8th St. The cyclist was a 43-year-old female, Corvallis resident. She had multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody for her warrants. Hit and Run- A Community Services Officer responded to a cold hit and run crash in the 100-block of NW Conifer Blvd. The victim’s car was parked along the curb and an unknown vehicle impacted the driver’s door, causing damage. No suspect information. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave. Both drivers were contacted as well as multiple witnesses. Due to conflicting statements from the drivers and witnesses, officers were unable to determine who was at fault. Warrant Arrest- A 51-year-old female, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to Hwy 99E and NE Walnut Blvd for a report of a female sitting in the middle of the road, causing vehicles to have to swerve around her. A 24-year-old female, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- A 40-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted during a traffic stop at NW Kings Blvd and NW Fillmore Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Robbery III / Theft II- Officers were dispatched to the 900-block of NW Circle Blvd for the report of a 35-year-old male, Brownsville resident, who was trying to steal items from a grocery store. When he was confronted by loss prevention staff, he started a scuffle with them and ran out to his car. He left his jacket and returned a few minutes later to retrieve it. He snatched it from an employee’s hand and his cellphone dropped. He fled the scene in his vehicle. Witnesses were able to give officers good details on the suspect vehicle and he was located by Linn County Sheriff’s Office as he returned home. LCSO transferred him into the custody of Corvallis Police, who transported him to the Benton County Jail. Reckless Driving- Officers were dispatched to a reckless driving complaint in the 2600-block of NW Tyler Ave. Officers discovered a 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had driven recklessly through a city parking lot filled with people and cars. He conducted drifts, burnouts, and drove over the sidewalk and vegetation, The suspect was located at a nearby house and taken into custody. He was transported to the Benton County Jail. |

Theft- A resident in the 1300-block of NW 30th St reported they found their stolen bicycle for sale online. They reported the bicycle was stolen a week ago. Under further investigation. Burglary- A resident in the 1300-block of NW Monroe Ave reported an ex-partner entered their house without permission to get belongings which were left behind. Harassment- An employee on break in the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave reported an unknown liquid fell on him from a window of the building he was standing below. No suspect information. Theft- An electric scooter was stolen from a residence in the 600-block of SW Sagebrush Ave. An officer found the scooter discarded on a nearby trail, where other stolen property was recovered. The scooter was returned to the owner. No suspect information. Warrant Arrest- While investigating a separate call for service, officers contacted a 50-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 2300-block of NW Hummingbird Pl who had a warrant for his arrest. He was cited and released. Assault- Officers responded to the 2100-block of NW Harrison Blvd for a report of an assault stemming from a party. Through various calls, it was determined an individual was punched in the face, causing damage to his tooth. Investigation is still ongoing. |

Harassment- Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, who shoved two employees at a local homeless service provider. The victims did not wish to pursue charges and just wanted the female trespassed from the property. Open Container- Officers contacted a 36-year-old male, Bend resident, in the 1800-block of NW 9th St for an open alcohol container complaint. The male was cited in lieu of custody for drinking alcohol in public. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 900-block of SW 15th St for the report of a possible domestic dispute occurring in an apartment. Officers contacted the male and female inside of the apartment and discovered there was no probable cause for arrest for any crimes related to the complaint. However, officers also discovered the 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Criminal Mischief / Warrant Arrest- Employees at a construction site in the 100-block of SW Madison Ave reported a woman was throwing items, removing their tape, and tried to steal tools. The subject, a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted nearby and arrested. Officers discovered she also had several active warrants for her arrest. She was transported to the jail. Theft- A resident in the 800-block of NW 23rd reported a high-end bicycle was stolen from their parked van sometime in the last couple weeks. No suspect identified. Theft- Victim reported their bicycle was stolen while they were searching through trash cans in the 400-block of SW 3rd St. No suspect information. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd whom they knew had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was cited for his warrant and released. Warrant Arrest / Driving While Suspended- An officer performed a traffic stop in the area of NW Jackson Ave and NW 8th St and discovered the driver, a 33-year-old male, Independence resident, was driving with a suspended license and had an active warrant for his arrest. He was transported to jail. Warrant Arrest- While investigating a separate incident, officers contacted a 40-year-old female, Albany resident, and learned she had a warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- A 58-year-old female, no fixed address, was repeatedly returning to businesses near SW 4th St and SW Western Blvd where she had been previously trespassed. She was transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 32-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 100-block of NW 5th St whom the officer knew to have a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and transported to the Linn County Jail. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-Injury)- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed an 18-year-old male, California resident, failed to obey a traffic control device and caused a collision. The male was issued a citation at the scene. Assault- Officers responded to the 1500-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of an assault which had just occurred. Human Waste Ordinance- An officer observed a 51-year-old male, no fixed address, urinating on the wall of a business in the 1300-block of NW 9th St. The male was issued a citation for Human Waste. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 1700-block of NW Harrison Blvd for a city ordinance violation. A 52-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted and had an active warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center for a person turning themselves in on an outstanding warrant. A 25-year-old male, Philomath resident, had an active warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Open Container- An officer was on patrol in the 1100-block of NW Van Buren Ave when they observed a 43-year-old male, no fixed address, drinking from an open container of alcohol. The officer stopped the male, issued him a citation for the offense, and released him. Harassment- Caller reported his wife was pushed twice earlier in the day by a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 400-block of NW Monroe Ave. The female suspect got in the victim’s face and was yelling at her prior to pushing her. The suspect was located and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct II. Warrant Arrest- A 30-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted at his residence in the 4500-block of NW Big Oak Pl. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Threats- Officers contacted a caller who reported a former employee made threats of “shooting up the place” after being fired from an establishment in the 700-block of NW 23rd St. The suspect, a 42-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and his roommate were contacted at his residence. There was no information gained to indicate he possessed firearms, but a safety plan was made with individuals at the establishment out of an abundance of caution. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 49-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 3900-block of NW Walnut Pl who was the subject of an active warrant. Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 46-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 700-block of NE 2nd St. The male initially gave a false name, but was later positively identified. The male had numerous outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was booked into the Benton County Jail. Burglary- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW Wake Robin Ave for a report of a cold burglary. A male suspect entered the victim’s house via a broken back window sometime during the night. It was unknown at the time of reporting if anything was taken. Surveillance video was obtained, and a possible suspect was identified who was known to the victim. The victim declined prosecution. Hit and Run- Officers responded to a hit and run crash in the parking lot of a business in the 200-block of SW 2nd St. The caller’s car was struck by another vehicle in the parking lot, causing damage. The suspect vehicle then left the area. Theft- Caller reported her backpack was stolen earlier in the day and had tracked it to a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St. The backpack, which contained a laptop and cell phone, was located with a 31-year-old female, Philomath resident, and an argument ensued between the caller’s grandmother, who was helping her, and the suspect. The female suspect was taken into custody for Theft I and transported to the jail. Burglary- Caller reported a historical burglary of a tool shed at their residence in the 1900-block of SE Crystal Lake Dr. The caller reported multiple tools were stolen from the shed. No suspect was identified. Burglary- Caller reported a historical burglary at their residence in the 400-block of NW 25th St. Caller stated their bicycle was stolen from their basement sometime during the last three days. No suspect identified. Theft- Caller reported a theft of $300 in merchandise from their business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St. The suspect left prior to officer’s arrival. Theft- Victim came to the Law Enforcement Center to report an unknown individual(s) unzipped his pocket and stole two $10 bills from him while he was sleeping. No suspect information available. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 2400-block of NW Rolling Green Dr for a report of an assault. A 25-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and a 30-year-old female, Corvallis resident, were involved in a verbal and slightly physical argument while in a van in the parking lot. During the argument, the female reportedly hit the male in the head and the male shoved the female out of the van. Neither the male nor the female had any injuries. Both were issued citations for Violent Conduct and separated. Trespass- A 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was asked by staff to leave a business in the 500-block of SW 4th St. The male was issued a trespass notice and left the business. Theft- Two males (possibly high school or college-age) were seen on camera stealing a succulent from the front porch of a residence in the 2300-block of NW Rolling Green Dr. Trespass- A 29-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was trespassed from a business in the 500-block of SW 2nd St after he was trying to enter a locked door. He was issued a trespass notice for the business. Warrant Arrest- A 33-year-old male, no fixed address, came to the Law Enforcement Center to turn himself in on warrants. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for his warrants. Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle- Caller reported their vehicle was broken into overnight while it was parked outside their residence in the 1800-block of SW 49th St. No suspect was identified. Fraud- Caller reported he ordered an item online for $650 but has never received the item. Caller has attempted to contact the seller multiple times, but the seller has never responded to them. No suspect at this time. Trespass- Caller reported a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, entered their business in the 100-block of NW 2nd St after having been previously trespassed. The male was located outside the business and was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center, issued a citation, and released from custody. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 500-block of SW 4th St for a report of a male being on the property who had previously been trespassed earlier in the day. The suspect was identified as a 39-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was located in the area. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II. Warrant Arrest- A 42-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was contacted in the 3900-block of NW Walnut Blvd. The male had a warrant for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Warrant Arrest- While in the 100-block of NW 10th St, an officer located a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who had several warrants for her arrest. The female was taken into custody without incident and cited for the warrants. Criminal Trespass II- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 4th St for a prowler in the backyard at the located. Officers arrived and a short time later identified the suspect as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, from video surveillance. |

Burglary- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 10th St for a cold burglary. A bicycle was stolen from an unlocked garage sometime overnight. There is no suspect information. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to the 1000-block of SE 3rd St for a report of multiple callers that a male was in the middle of the roadway and appeared to be intentionally trying to step in front of vehicles. Officers searched the area for the male but were unable to locate him. Theft- Caller reported they had a package stolen from their porch in the 3200-block of NW Orchard Ave. There is no video of the incident and the suspect was not identified. Disorderly Conduct / Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers responded to the 100-block of NE Conifer Blvd for a report of a male yelling and causing a disturbance in the area. A 53-year-old male, no fixed address, was identified as the suspect and taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct II. Upon searching the male, a meth pipe with residue was discovered in his possession. The male was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where he was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct II and PCS-Methamphetamine. Warrant Arrest- A 41-year-old female, Albany resident, was stopped for a traffic violation in the 300-block of SW 4th St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Criminal Mischief- An unknown male went into a store in the 500-block of NE Circle Blvd and started to throw items around in the store. He first threw some milk into a wall of wine bottles, then he went to the other side of the store and threw all the deli sandwiches on the ground. The male fled the scene before officers arrived and was not located. Trespass / Failure to Register as a Sex Offender- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave for the report of a 42-year-old female, no fixed address, who was causing a disturbance. She was reported to be swinging a metal pole around in the middle of the street. It was also reported she was hitting things in a nearby parking lot with the pole. She was located in the middle of the street a couple blocks away and taken into custody for trespassing. It was also discovered she was an out of compliance sex offender. Assault IV- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 1st St for a report of a fight. Officers arrested a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, after it was reported the male began to punch another male and his wife. The male had also kicked the door at a business in this area, damaging the door frame. He was arrested for Assault IV, Attempted Assault IV, Criminal Mischief II, and Disorderly Conduct II. The male was taken to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 58-year-old female, no fixed address, in the 100-block of NW 4th St after it was reported she was obstructing traffic. The female had a warrant for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving / Reckless Endangering- Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of NW Van Buren Ave and NW 4th St. The driver, a 24-year-old male, Hillsboro resident, was arrested for a DUII stemming from investigation on scene, as well as additional charges. Warrant Arrest / Disorderly Conduct / Littering- Officers responded to a report of a female who threw a bottle of alcohol on the caller’s driveway. The caller went to confront the female about the incident, and the female advanced towards him, prompting the caller to draw a firearm. The caller backed off and left the area. The female went back to her camp. Officers contacted the female, who initially refused to identify herself and was uncooperative with the investigation. She was later identified as a 59-year-old female, no fixed address, who was the subject of an active warrant. She was arrested for the active warrant as well as Disorderly Conduct II and Littering. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 300-block of SW 10th St for a report of a loud party. The residence was issued an initial SRN. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St for a report of a male outside trying to fight staff. Officers detained a 23-year-old male, Corvallis resident, and conducted an investigation. None of the involved parties wished to pursue criminal charges, and the male was issued a Trespass Notice at the request of the business. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a female who was harassing employees and customers. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- Officers were dispatched to the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr for the report of found drugs. It was reported the nurse who picked up the pill bottle containing an unknown substance had experienced an adverse reaction after coming into contact with the bottle. The contents were tested and discovered to be methamphetamine. The hospital was unable to give the suspect’s name due to HIPAA regulations. Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave for the report of a 43-year-old female, no fixed address, who was causing a disturbance in the park. The female had been previously trespassed from the park. She was contacted near the park approximately 30 minutes prior for having a warrant. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. She was taken into custody and later released with a citation for trespassing. Harassment / Disorderly Conduct- Officers were dispatched to the 500-block of SW 4th St for the report of a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, following a subject and threatening to seriously assault the male over a money debt. The 47-year-old male was taken into custody and transported to the jail. Criminal Trespass II- Caller reported a subject inside a business in the 200-block of NW 2nd St screaming, yelling, and making people uncomfortable. An officer arrived at the business and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, inside. The male was removed from the business and trespassed from the location. Criminal Trespass II- An employee reported a subject in the parking lot of a business in the 400-block of SW Western Blvd screaming and yelling “Oh God no” when people approached. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 42-year-old female, no fixed address, in the parking lot. The female was trespassed from the business and moved along. Warrant Arrest- Officers performed a traffic stop in the 1000-block of NW Kings Blvd. The driver, a 37-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was the subject of an active warrant and was arrested. He was ultimately issued a criminal citation and released at the request of the issuing jurisdiction. Hit and Run / Criminal Mischief / Reckless Driving / Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers responded to the 2100-block of NW 9th St for a report of a vehicle which had hit a sign and drove off with the sign dragging behind the vehicle. Other damage was also located in the area. During the initial response, a BCSO Deputy located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy 99 and Elks Dr. The driver, a 26-year-old female, Otis resident, was arrested for DUII stemming from investigation on scene by deputies. She was additionally charged by Corvallis officers with two counts of Hit and Run, two counts of Criminal Mischief II, and Reckless Driving. The tow truck driver had to be notified portions of the sign were lodged in the undercarriage of the vehicle. Warrant Arrest- Officers responded to the 100-block of SW B Ave for a noise complaint from an RV. A 42-year-old male, no fixed address, was found to be the subject of an active warrant. He was issued a criminal citation and released. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to a residence in the 2300-block of NW Hummingbird Dr on four separate occasions during graveyard shift for reports of people screaming inside and outside the residence, and what sounded like a verbal argument. On response, none of this was observed. Ultimately, officers were able to contact on of the involved parties and issued them an initial SRN. Investigation did not yield any further enforcement action. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 1400-block of NW Monroe Ave for the report of a 62-year-old female, no fixed address, who was acting abnormal. Officers discovered the female had warrants for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for her warrants. Criminal Trespass II- Officers were dispatched to the 5200-block of SW Philomath Blvd for a report of a subject “tweaking” in the area. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 31-year-old male, no fixed address, in the area. The caller requested the male be trespassed from the business. Officers issued a trespass notice to the male and ensured he left the location. Criminal Mischief- Officers contacted residents in the 500-block of NW 18th St who reported some eggs were thrown at them by neighbors. They didn’t want to pursue criminal charges, but officers spoke to the neighbors about potential consequences. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a female banging on doors with a “crack pipe.” The 58-year-old female, no fixed address, had been previously trespassed from the business. She was arrested and transported to the courthouse where she was released with a criminal citation. |

Burglary- An unknown suspect broke into a church in the 1600-block of NW Grant Ave and stole multiple items. Warrant Arrest- Officers were dispatched to the 3400-block of SE Midvale Dr for the report of a 67-year-old female, Corvallis resident, who was trashing her apartment. Officers contacted the female and discovered she had a warrant for her arrest. She was cited in lieu of custody for the warrant. Burglary / Criminal Mischief / Theft- Officers were dispatched to the 2500-block of SW Pickford St for the report of a cold burglary. An unknown individual broke into a laundry room and stole change from the machines. Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver- Officers were dispatched to the 4900-block of NW Walnut Blvd for a report of a hit and run crash. Officers arrived on scene and determined an 84-year-old female, Corvallis resident, had struck a parked vehicle, damaging it. The female then drove from the area and was involved in a second crash. She was located and admitted to the crash in the 4900-block of NW Walnut Blvd. She was issued a citation for Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver and released. Motor Vehicle Collision (Non-injury)- The same 84-year-old female, Corvallis resident, from the hit and run investigation was involved in a crash in the area of NE Circle Blvd and NE Highway 99W. The female driver stayed on scene and was subsequently identified as the driver from the previous crash, too. She was issued a citation for Failure to Yield the Right of Way in addition to the citations noted above. Theft III- An employee called from the 900-block of NW 9th St to report a theft. The caller identified a 63-year-old female, no fixed address, attempted to steal $58 worth of merchandise. The employee stopped the female as she was walking out of the store and recovered the stolen product, and the female suspect ran from the area. Violation of a Restraining Order / Resisting Arrest / Menacing- An officer responded to a restraining order violation in the 900-block of NW Sycamore Ave. The initial investigation led to probable cause to arrest a 48-year-old male, no fixed address, for being at the address in violation of a restraining order. Officers searched the area and located the male nearby. An officer stopped the male and told him he was under arrest. The male dropped his bicycle, began to back away, and removed a pair of pliers from his pocket while saying he was not going back to jail. The officer ordered the male to get on the ground, and he continued to back up. Eventually, the male sat on the ground and dropped the pliers. However, when additional officers arrived, the male picked up the pliers and again attempted to leave. The suspect was tased by officers and taken into custody. The male was booked into jail for Violation of a Restraining Order (three counts), Resisting Arrest, and Menacing. Warrant Arrest- An officer was dispatched to a welfare check in the 2300-block of NW Kings Blvd for a female lying on the ground next to her wheelchair. Officers arrived on scene and found a 52-year-old female, no fixed address, who was uninjured and not in need of assistance. During the contact, officers learned the female had a warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation and released. Criminal Trespass II / Open Container- An employee called from a business in the 1800-block of NW 9th St to report a subject inside and refusing to leave for several hours. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 56-year-old female, no fixed address, near the business. The female was arrested for Open Container and Trespassing, removed from the located, issued citations for the offenses and released. Theft- Officers responded to the 700-block of NW Kings Blvd for a report of a cold theft. Investigation revealed two unknown males stole a 12-pack of alcoholic beverages from the business and departed without paying. |

Trespass- Caller reported an unidentified male was trespassing around multiple residences in the 400-block of NW 8th St. Warrant Arrest- An officer responded to a business in the 1700-block of NW 9th St for a report of a male and female who were on the property and refusing to leave when asked. A 55-year-old male and 62-year-old female, both no fixed address, were contacted on the property. The male had multiple warrants for his arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Both were issued trespass notices and left the property. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants- Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200-block of SW 3rd St. During the traffic stop, officers developed probable cause the driver, a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was driving under the influence of intoxicants. The male was taken into custody and later released with criminal citations. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 35-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the 1000-block of NW Van Buren Ave. During the contact, it was discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Linn County Jail. |

Welfare Check / Telephonic Harassment- Caller reported her ex was threatening to kil himself due to being upset over a recent child custody dispute. The male was contacted and denied being suicidal. He was warned for telephonic harassment. Trespass- Caller reported a female had been inside her business located in the 2500-block of NW Monroe Ave for several hours and wasn’t leaving. The caller wanted the female trespassed from the business. A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted inside the business and issued a trespass notice. Trespass- Officers responded to a business in the 2400-block of NW Monroe Ave for a report of a female who went into the business, did not purchase anything, and refused to leave when asked. A 62-year-old female, no fixed address, was located inside the business and refused to leave when told to do so by officers. The female was taken into custody for Trespass II and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was issued a citation. Warrant Arrest- A 42-year-old female, no fixed address, was contacted in the 300-block of NW 4th St. The female had a warrant for her arrest and was issued a citation in lieu of custody. |

Illegal Camping / Warrant Arrest- A caller reported two illegally erected tents in Porter Park. The occupants were contacted and trespassed from the parks. One of the occupants, a 33-year-old female, no fixed address, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Assist Other Agency (Oregon State Police)- Officer responded to assist OSP in recovering a confirmed stolen vehicle. A high-risk stop was conducted in the 900-block of SW 15th St and the driver was detained. Further investigation indicated the vehicle was stolen in Portland and then sold. The driver did not appear to have been knowingly driving a stolen vehicle. Shoplift / Interfering- A caller reported a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, stole merchandise from a business in the 1700-block of NE Four Acres Pl. The male was located and attempted to flee from responding officers. The male was detained and arrested for Theft and Interfering. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Trespass- Officers responded to the Fall Festival in Central Park for a report of a female selling merchandise without a permit and arguing with event staff. The 55-year-old female, Philomath resident, was issued a trespass notice and left the area. Disorderly Conduct- Officers responded to a business in the 300-block of SW Jefferson Ave for a report of a male causing a disturbance. The caller reported a male threw a milkshake at an employee and then left the business. The employee was uninjured during the incident. The male was not located by officers. Identity Theft- Caller reported finding a card skimmer on an ATM at their business in the 2400-block of SE 3rd St. The caller did not know how long the device was on their ATM and was unsuccessful in locating a suspect while looking through surveillance video. Trespass II- Officers responded to a residence in the 200-block of NW 29th St for a report of a prowler. The caller reported he was viewing an unknown male looking around in his backyard on his surveillance video. The male left prior to officer arrival but was located in the area. The suspect was identified as a 47-year-old male, no fixed address, and he was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and transported to the jail. |

Warrant Arrest- Officers contacted a 53-year-old male, no fixed address, in the 300-block of NW Monroe Ave. The male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)- An officer was in the 700-block of NE 2nd St when he saw two males actively smoking meth through a glass pipe. The 33-year-old male and 41-year-old male, both no fixed address, were taken into custody and later released with citations for PCS Methamphetamine. Initial Special Response Notice for Loud Noise / Unlawful Amplified Sound- A caller reported a loud party with a live band in the 900-block of NW Van Buren Ave. An officer responded to the area, located the loud party, and contacted the resident. The 21-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was issued an SRN for Loud Noise and Unlawful Amplified Sound. Disorderly Conduct II / Interfering- Officers responded to the 600-block of SW Monroe Ave for the report of a fight. Officers contacted involved parties and detained one when she attempted to disregard Officer orders and leave the area. Investigation determined a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, had grabbed an extension cord and began swinging it at an employee when they tried to stop her. The female was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center where she was ultimately released on criminal citations. Theft of Services- Officers contacted a caller in the 3500-block of SE Midvale Dr for a report of multiple people depositing their trash in the caller’s garbage bin without permission. Special Response Notice- Officers responded to the 300-block of NW 13th St for a report of a loud party. An initial SRN was issued. |

Shoplift- An officer responded to a business in the 2000-block of NW 9th St for a theft and contacted a 30-year-old male, Corvallis resident, who had stolen approximately $50 worth of merchandise. The male was on probation and had a warrant for his arrest. Disorderly Conduct II- Officers responded to the 500-block of SW Monroe Ave for the reporting of two males fighting. Both subjects were cited. Criminal Trespass- Officers were dispatched to the 300-block of SW 4th St for a report of a recently fired employee back at the business. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 39-year-old male, Corvallis resident, outside the business. The business requested the male be issued a trespass notice. The officer issued the former employee a trespass notice and he left the area. Warrant Arrest- A 32-year-old female, no fixed address, turned herself in at the Law Enforcement Center on an active warrant. She was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Attempted Robbery III- A business in the 500-block of SW Twin Oaks Cir called to report a male subject trespassing on their property. When employees asked the subject to leave, he began yelling, cursing, and throwing items. Officers arrived at the business and contacted a 45-year-old male, no fixed address, nearby. During the trespass investigation, officers were notified the male had tried to steal a passerby’s medication. The victim of the robbery reported the male rushed at him, grabbed and tried to steal his bag, and then threw a punch at the victim, missing him. The male was arrested for Attempted Robbery III and transported to the jail. Warrant Arrest- An officer contacted a 27-year-old male, Albany resident, in the area of SW 3rd St and SW Twin Oaks Cir during an unrelated call for service. During the contact, the officer learned the male had a warrant for his arrest. He was issued a citation for the warrant and released. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants / Reckless Driving- A caller reported observing a vehicle driving “all over the road” and up onto the sidewalk in the area of SW Tunison Ave and SW Leonard St. As officers were responding to the location, the caller reported the driver exited the vehicle, moved to the rear passenger seat, and then remained in the vehicle. Officers arrived at the vehicle and were able to establish probable cause that the 22-year-old male, Corvallis resident, in the vehicle was the driver. After performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the male was arrested for DUII. Warrant Arrest- A caller reported a subject screaming and yelling in the 600-block of SW Madison Ave. An officer responded to the location and found a 45-year-old female, no fixed address, yelling in the area. The officer stopped the female and learned she had over 20 active warrants for her arrest. She was arrested, removed from the location, issued multiple citations for the warrants and released. Criminal Mischief- Officers responded to the 1500-block of SE Bethel St for a report of a male ripping the roof off a little library stand and knocking over trashcans. The male was not located during the initial response. Violent Conduct- Officers responded to the 100-block of NW 13th St for a report of a verbal argument with one caller armed with a handgun. Officers contacted both parties and investigated. No parties were injured, and the handgun was not displayed during the event. A 21-year-old male, Washington resident, and a 20-year-old male, Junction City resident, were issued criminal citations for Violent Conduct. Assault IV- Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 100-block of SW 2nd St. Officers detained a 22-year-old male, Illinois resident, during the immediate response. Investigation determined the male was asked to leave the business and refused. He was escorted out by employees and he resisted, biting an employee and kicking at them. He was taken to the ground by employees. The male was booked into the jail. |
