The City of Corvallis manages over 1,600 combined public on-street and off-street parking spaces. In addition to actively managed on-street parking timed zones, there are over 700 metered parking spaces and 280 permit parking spaces. The off-street system includes two permit lots and three time-limited parking lots with a total of over 150 parking spaces. The City of Corvallis also oversees three Residential Parking Districts developed to manage issues related to on-street parking in areas with external parking pressures for residents.
The City of Corvallis manages these public parking resources in the areas surrounding the Oregon State University Campus, downtown and other areas throughout Corvallis with the aim of creating an equitable, sustainable, and positive parking experience in the community for residents and visitors alike.

Parking Meter Parking Meter Maintenance and Repair
The City maintains over 700 parking meters and three pay stations. Parking meters are located in the downtown area and near the OSU campus. While preventive maintenance keeps most of the parking meters in good operating condition, inevitably mechanical failures will occur. The City encourages the timely report of parking meter malfunctions. Click here to report meters in need of a repair.
