Open House Opportunities with Council

The City Council has scheduled open houses to engage with community members regarding infrastructure needs, rate adjustments necessary to address priorities, and a 5-year transition plan.  Council has scheduled four different sessions on different dates, times, and locations in hopes of connecting with as many community members as possible.  All sessions will be structured the same so there is no need to attend all of them; pick one that is convenient with your schedule.

If none of these dates work for your busy schedule, or you prefer not to attend in-person meetings, no problem! There will be no new information presented in these open houses, all information is available on these web pages.  There is also no requirement to attend a session to share your thoughts with Council.  If you have reviewed the information provided on these web pages and wish to share your thoughts with Council, you can do so by emailing them at city.council@corvallisoregon.gov.

Each open house will be approximately one hour in length.  Each event will be structured to include brief opening remarks by the mayor or a Councilor and a short introductory presentation from staff, with most of the time being dedicated for community members to engage with staff and Council about infrastructure needs at topic-specific stations.

For those that aren’t attending an open house but would like to view staff’s introductory presentation, it will be available HERE by the first open house.
