Corvallis Police Investigating Robbery at ATM

On December 27th, 2017, at approximately 10:16 am, Corvallis Police Department Officers responded to the Bank of America at 324 SW 3rd ST, after a 911 caller reported an unknown male came up from behind the victim, as cash was being dispensed from the ATM outside the bank, and grabbed the victim’s money.  The suspect did not display or use any weapons, but wrestled the cash away from the victim and fled westbound on foot from the area.  The victim was uninjured. 

The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20s or 30s, with dark hair.  He was last seen wearing tan pants, a black jacket over a gray sweater, and black and gray running shoes.  Below is a photo of the suspect from the ATM.  Anyone with information related to the identity of the suspect can contact Detective Pete Dunn at 541-766-6433.
