Corvallis Police Investigating Gunshot in South Corvallis

At approximately 5:13 AM this morning, Officers from the Corvallis Police Department responded to the 100 block of SW Tunison Ave after a caller reported hearing a gunshot and an unknown subject yelling. Upon arrival, officers did not locate any involved individuals or individuals who may have been injured in the incident. Officers did find evidence of at least one gunshot occurring at the location.

Though officers continue to investigate, there is no current danger to the public nor evidence indicating the incident is related to Lincoln Elementary School, which is adjacent to the incident location.
