If you are taking only virtual classes, download, save and fill out a Membership agreement and email to c3@corvallisoregon.gov
Want to cancel or suspend your Rec Fit Membership? Members can suspend their membership for 1-3 months. Please fill out this Membership Cancellation or Suspension Form and turn it in at your facility front desk. Please email your cancellation forms to c3@corvallisoregon.gov or drop them off the front desk of C3 or Osborn Aquatic Center.
