Awareness Through Movement®

Move younger with the ingenious guided movement explorations of the Feldenkrais Method®. Attention to precise movements improves coordination, flexibility, posture, and balance, lessens pain and stiffness, and promotes greater enjoyment of daily activities. For all ability levels.
