Sensory Therapy Swim

Man stretching in Osborn small therapy pool

Our Small Therapy Pool is kept at 91°F, ideal for water therapy. During Sensory Therapy Swim, people use the pool independently for personal therapeutic exercises and relaxation.

What is Water Therapy?

Also known as aquatic therapy, pool therapy, or hydrotherapy, water therapy is often recommended by healthcare providers to aid with a variety of conditions and symptoms. Physical therapy exercises designed for the pool may assist with arthritis, balance dysfunction, neurological conditions, chronic pain, healing injured muscles, and recovering from Orthopedic surgery. Always talk with your physician and physical therapist before starting a new treatment for an injury or chronic condition.

See our Hours of Operation for sensory therapy swim availability.
