Special Assessments

The City of Corvallis is moving to a new billing system for City Services. The first phase includes the monthly City Services billings which will be on-line in mid-June. Assessments and Loans are expected to  be available for online inquiry and payments by August 31st.

This second step in the upgrade will include both assessments and loans that require a City Lien. Specific types include:

Housing Loans

City Notified of Violation and Fine for Rock Creek Project

The City of Corvallis received notification that the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has issued a notice of violation and a $6,600 fine associated with a construction project at the Rock Creek Watershed Reservoir.

May Treasury Report Now Available

The May Treasury Report from the City of Corvallis Finance Department is now available online.

City Council Adopts $175.9 Million 2019-20 Budget

The Corvallis City Council voted on June 17 to approve an annual budget totaling $175,974,200 for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. The Council’s action was the final step in the annual budget process, which began in May with a series of Budget Commission meetings and included deliberations, analysis and feedback from the public.

The new budget goes into effect on July 1, when the City of Corvallis begins its new fiscal year.
