What is the fee?

The fee is a monthly charge to City of Corvallis utility customers, that began February 1, 2011, to generate revenue to pay for repairs to public sidewalks. The money raised from this fee is dedicated to this purpose and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Parks & Recreation Department Director Meet & Greet

The community is invited to meet the candidates for Parks & Recreation Department Director. The meet and greet event will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 2 at C3's Chandler Ballroom, 2601 NW Tyler Ave.

The public will have an opportunity to chat with the finalists for the director position and share their feedback. Candidates will be invited to give short presentations at 5:15 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

Residential Demolition Proposed

427 NW 29th St

A demolition permit application has been submitted to Development Services, to demolish a detached accessory structure (garage) and Single Detached Dwelling at 427 NW 29th St.

As required under City Municipal Code Section 9.01.100.100, a minimum of 50 calendar days prior to issuance of a demolition permit, the owner shall be required to make the structure available to be acquired and moved by a willing party.
