Parks & Recreation Operational Advisory Committee members will engage on a variety of Parks & Recreation topics, from Parks and Trails to Recreation Programming and diversity and equity (among many more). Advisory groups are an important component of the City’s engagement with our diverse community. For many people, it is their first opportunity to get involved with local government.

Change of Use of Accessory Structure at SDD (DSA-2025-05)

Due to City’s Western Blvd & 35^th St Water Pipe Replacement Project, the following stop will be out of service all-day on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 and Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and will open up beginning of service on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

Outbound Stop Out of Service:

NW Western  Blvd & 35^th St (11867)

Nearest Stop Available :

Due to the OSU football game, the following detour will be in place all-day on Saturday, November 8, 2025.    

Outbound Detour for Route 8:

Eastbound on Jefferson Avenue, south on 4^th St,  west on Philomath Blvd, south on 35^th St, resume regular route. 

Outbound Route 8 Stops Out of Service During Detour:

Due to the an OSU game, the following detours will be in place all-day on Saturday, November 8, 2025.    

Outbound Detour for Routes 3 and Philomath Connection:

Eastbound on Jefferson Avenue, south on 4^th St,  west on Philomath Blvd, north on 35^th St, west on Western Blvd, resume regular routes.
