City Shares Contract Offer as Labor Negotiations Continue

September 9, 2026 The City of Corvallis has provided its final contract offer to the state’s Employee Relations Board, as required under the current timeline for negotiations between the City and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

New Parks & Recreation Director Gets Started in Corvallis

September 9, 2026 - The City of Corvallis is welcoming Andy Coleman as its new Parks & Recreation Director, where he will oversee the city department that provides quality of life and livability services for the Corvallis community.

Council to talk budget gap, new revenue at town hall meetings

September 8, 2026 - The Corvallis City Council is working to develop sustainable solutions for stable, long-term city services in a way that is equitable, cost-effective, and transparent for the community. The Council is inviting the community to learn more about these efforts by attending one of several public outreach events planned for September and October.
