The Council will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations.

Executive Sessions

On August 27, 2026, at approximately 10:37 p.m., Corvallis Police Department officers responded to the 900-block of NW Spruce Avenue after receiving multiple reports of a disturbance involving knives and baseball bats.

Officers contacted 40-year-old Krystle Ann LaFave of Ishpeming, Michigan, and 41-year-old Wesley Dean Hankins of Marquette, Michigan, both with no fixed address, who were identified by witnesses and victims as being involved.

Some buses are stopping in new locations at the Downtown Transit Center (DTC).
