Social Service Providers Invited to Apply for City Grants

April 17, 2026 - The City of Corvallis has opened the application cycle for its annual social service grants program. Service providers are invited to review the grant parameters and apply for funding to support the City Council’s social services goals. A total of $480,000 is available in two broad categories. The deadline to apply is May 15, 2026.

The 2026 grant cycle includes a new process for proposals intended to directly address houselessness in Corvallis.

Residential Demolition Proposed

2015 NW Beca Ave.

A demolition permit application has been submitted to Development Services, to demolish a 1&2 Family Dwelling at 2015 NW Beca Ave.

As required under City Municipal Code Section 9.01.100.100, a minimum of 50 calendar days prior to issuance of a demolition permit, the owner shall be required to make the structure available to be acquired and moved by a willing party.

Parks and Recreation Operational Advisory Committee

Parks & Recreation Operational Advisory Committee members will engage on a variety of Parks & Recreation topics, from Parks and Trails to Recreation Programming and diversity and equity (among many more). Advisory groups are an important component of the City’s engagement with our diverse community. For many people, it is their first opportunity to get involved with local government.

SW Corvallis Area Plan – Public Event #2

In this second public event for the SW Corvallis Area Plan, project staff will provide an update on the project and present two alternative draft scenarios for future land use designations and transportation connections. You are invited to attend, learn about the project, and offer input. Refreshments and supervised children's activities will be provided.
