Follow the guidelines below to properly dispose of wastewater from cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods.

• Dispose of wash water in a collection tub to be taken elsewhere or through the restaurant’s grease interceptor. NEVER to the storm drain.

Due to the 2025 Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Grand Parade, the following detour will be in place Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 9:30 am until  1:00 pm.
