Man Arrested Following Assault and Weapons Incident at Pioneer Park
Corvallis, Ore. – On Thursday, July 2, 2026, at approximately 2:11 p.m., Corvallis Police officers responded to Pioneer Park, 1300 SW Philomath Boulevard, following reports of a man throwing rocks and threatening people with a knife.
Children age 6 and under are invited to enjoy a fun, mellow time at Osborn Aquatic Center before Open Recreation at Otter Beach. This relaxed experience is designed to help infants and toddlers grow comfortable in the water. A parent or guardian 14 years or older must accompany the children in the water and be within arm's reach.
Regular admission rates apply. Diaper requirement: non-toilet-trained swimmers must wear plastic lined, reusable, non-disposable swim diapers. No disposable swim diapers.
