Permit Fees

Fees

Development Services (DS) operates as a one-stop permit center. Permit fees for new construction projects typically fall into three categories.

System Development Charges (SDCs)

NOTICE: Please see System Development Charge (SDC) Update for proposed changes to our SDC methodology.

The Corvallis City Council has adopted legislation establishing system development charges (SDCs) for water, sewer, drainage (stormwater), streets, and parks services.  SDCs are updated annually to account for inflation and changes to the SDC project lists.
