Funding Opportunities and Timeline

Organizations seeking funding from the City of Corvallis must be in good standing with the City of Corvallis.

The City's home repair loan program provides opportunities for low-income homeowners to undertake critical, often deferred, home repairs. Repairs covered under this program typically include such things as plumbing and electrical upgrades, foundation repairs, roof and gutter repairs or replacement, window and other weatherization upgrades, and any structural repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of a home. City loans have supported the rehabilitation of more than 100 homes and 600 rental units.

Loans:

The following income figures are determined and published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These figures are used by the City's Housing and Neighborhood Services Division to determine a household's eligibility for program assistance. The figures may help you evaluate your eligibility for housing assistance, including the City's homeowner rehabilitation assistance program. Income eligibility is evaluated based on gross income.

Business Licenses

The City of Corvallis and Benton County does not have a general business license requirement. However, depending on the type of business you plan to operate, additional licenses or permits may be required.

The Corvallis Police Department Records Unit's charge is to serve the community and staff with information regarding police reports and other police records. Records staff provide front counter public reception, report review, report control, release of public information, records maintenance, data entry and records retrieval. The Records Unit controls the availability and confidentiality of all reports and records and maintains and distributes copies of records to authorized persons/agencies.
