Ambulance calls comprise a little more than 75 percent of the Corvallis Fire Department’s total call volume.
All of operations personnel are cross-trained in EMS and hold an Oregon Emergency Medical Technician certification – many at the Paramedic level. The EMS Division is committed to increasing survival and reducing pain and disability due to out-of-hospital medical emergencies with compassion, equality, and professionalism.
