Pioneer Park

Location: 

On the south side of Corvallis at 1300 Philomath Blvd (also known as the Hwy 20/34 bypass), just east of the Avery Park entrance.
 

Size: 

17.72 acres 

Pioneer Park runs along the Marys River. It features a lighted softball field and open playing fields often used for Frisbee. A multi-modal path runs near the park and joins it to downtown on the east, Oregon State University on the north, and Bruce Starker Arts Park & Natural Area and Philomath on the west. There are fitness stations along this path.

Orleans Natural Area

Location: 

East of the Willamette River, on the west side of the Hwy 34 bypass.

Size: 

36.03 acres 

This park is a combination of undeveloped natural area and agricultural land rented to local farmers by the City of Corvallis. There is no formal parking area. Since the park is bordered by the Willamette River, Hwy 34 and the Hwy 34 bypass, guests are encouraged to use caution when in the area. The natural area can be reached by foot access from the Susan B. Wilkins path beginning just east of the Van Buren Bridge.

Noyes Natural Area

Location: 

In north Corvallis, off of Highland Dr. No public access at this time.

Size: 

4.8 acres 

Noyes Natural Area mainly features wetlands, which is an ideal habitat for many forms of wildlife. The area is a work in progress. While there is now a 1/4 mile loop trail through the wetland habitat, a parking area has not yet been designated. 

Until a parking area has been established, access will remain limited to individuals who have obtained a Special Use Permit from Corvallis Parks & Recreation

Crystal Lake Sports Fields

Location: 

On the southeast part of Corvallis. The address is 100 SE Fischer Lane

Size: 

125 acres
