The Housing and Community Development Advisory Board (HCDAB) formulates and recommends policies on housing and community revitalization issues, with an emphasis on older, declining, or lower income neighborhoods. Read more about HCDAB here.

The March 12, 2019 ballot included Measure 2-121: South Corvallis Urban Renewal Plan Approval.  The measure was approved by voters.

QUESTION:   Shall the South Corvallis Urban Renewal Plan, including the collection and use of tax increment funds, be approved?

This is the first of two final community meetings for this project, and is primarily intended for Center participants, renters and instructors (general public is welcome to attend as well). Come view the final plans for Phase 1 of the Center's expansion and renovation and share your thoughts and questions with Parks and Recreation and the Project Design Team.
