Annual Maximum Rent Increase

Oregon law requires Oregon's Department of Administrative Services to calculate and post the maximum annual rent increase percentage allowed by statute by September 30 for the upcoming calendar year. The allowable amount is a flat percentage rate plus the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, West Region (All Items), as most recently published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The maximum rent increase for the 2025 calendar year was 10.0%.

9.5% for rental facilities that are 15 years or older.

Corvallis Dispatcher Receives Life Saver Award

Heidi Ferguson, a 9-1-1 lead dispatcher with the Corvallis Regional Communications Center, has received the Lifesaving Award from Oregon APCO/NENA, the statewide professional organization that supports 9-1-1 dispatch networks throughout Oregon.
