City Council to hear LDC Text Amendment affecting OSU Campus Master Plan Monitoring– JANUARY 22 @ 6:00  @ Downtown Fire Station – Oregon State University is proposing a text amendment (LDT-2018-07) to Chapter 3.36 of the Land Development Code. The objectives of the proposed amendments are to use project-specific Transportation Impact Analyses rather than comparisons to the Base Traffic Model found in the Campus Master Plan (2004-2015); modify the data that is required in the annual Campus Master Plan Monitoring Report provided to the City, and; remove a reference that refers to a city-initiated task force that addresses traffic and parking concerns. The staff report provided to the Planning Commission on 12/19/18 is available online and includes a detailed overview on Page 4. A staff report to the City Council will become available 7 days before the scheduled meeting.
