Neighborhood Associations
The City of Corvallis recognizes neighborhood associations that meet the following minimum criteria:
- Include all property owners, renters, and business entities within the boundaries
- Provide the city with two contacts for the neighborhood
- Conduct a minimum of one general meeting per year
- Establish boundaries in accordance with the City criteria (See the Neighborhood Organizing Guide)
- File an organizing document with the city, such as bylaws or a neighborhood agreement, that includes the association name, purpose, representative positions, a method of communicating, and boundaries (including a map)
