- Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) - The state laws that guide Landlord Tenant interactions.
- Corvallis Livability Code (CLC) - Corvallis' local code that applies to the exterior of all properties and the interior and exterior of rental properties.
- Fair Housing Council of Oregon (FHCO) - A non-profit organization that works to eliminate housing discrimination through education and enforcement. FHCO offers a hotline to help Landlords and Tenants understand fair housing regulations - (800) 424-3247.
