The City of Corvallis is also pleased to partner with the Fair Housing Council of Oregon to deliver an annual Fair Housing 101 for Landlords Workshop. Housing discrimination is a serious and common issue in the rental housing market. Landlords often do not recognize how their own practices and biases measure up against state and federal fair housing laws. The workshop offers real-world examples and guiding principles to help landlords understand their legal responsibilities.
