Additional down payment assistance programs are offered in our community. DevNW, a private non-profit community development corporation, provides services and programs to help buyers navigate one of the most complex purchases of their lives.  DevNW offers assistance options, these programs include:

  • Saving Grants - Participants learn how to save money over time and receive a matching dollar grant that does not need to be repaid.
  • Extra Step Loan Program
