How to Apply

 Applications for the 2024 cycle are now CLOSED.

  1. Develop your idea based on the program objectives. Sample completed applications are available for your review: Sample 1, Sample 2 You can also refer to this tip sheet for additional guidance.
  2. Two ways to apply - Apply online using the web form on the City website, or download a PDF copy to fill out and send in. Hardcopy applications will be available at the Housing and Neighborhood Services Division, located on the first floor of City Hall, or mailed upon request.
  3. Submit the completed application by the deadline. Electronic submissions are preferred, but the form can also be printed and mailed or delivered to the addresses listed below.
