About the Neighborhood
The Chintimini neighborhood was established in 2009. The neighborhood meets a minimum of 1x per year. The association's primary means of communication is Next Door and flyers. The neighborhood has done significant work to promote livability and to engage with student tenants regarding noise, trash, and neighborliness. Current interests include sustainability issues, preserving neighborhood character while increasing density, and student housing.
Boundaries: Boundaries are established by formal bylaws. 29th St to the west, Grant Ave to the north, Kings Blvd to the east, and Harrison Blvd to the south.
