- The Center is now open for limited business and the Coffee Leaf Café will be opening soon.
- Getting in touch with Center staff:
- The Center's phone line is open 8 am-7 pm M-Th and 8 am-5 pm Fridays.
- The following measures are in place in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
- The wearing of face masks will be required for patrons.
- Physical distancing of 6' will be required between people not of the same party.
- Hand sanitizer will be available for your use at each entrance.
- Sneezeguards will be in use at the front desk and the Cafe.
- Staff will regularly sanitizing surfaces in the Center's public areas and restrooms.
- Visitors will be asked to enter using the north entrance (near the front desk) and exit from the south entrance (near Tyler Street).
- Doors from the Chandler Ballroom to the West Parking Lot: These doors will no longer be unlocked for classes. The north entrance will now be the closest door to the Ballroom.

- Entrances: Two entrances will be available for daily use:
- North: this entrance faces the park and is the closest to the new location of the Center's reception desk.
- South: this is our original main entrance on Tyler Street.
- West (27th Street entrance): this entrance will no longer be unlocked and will be available for emergency exits only.
- Parking: The new East Parking Lot dramatically expands the available on-site parking. It is accessible from 25th Street and is the closest lot to the reception desk and lobby.

- Brand, Spanking New:
- Coffee Leaf Café: an on-site source for espresso drinks, sodas and snacks
- Alder Room: many fitness classes will move to this room
- Oak Room: multi-purpose media/classroom
- Cedar Room: small meeting room
- Bluebird Room & Kestrel Room: dedicated space for providing services such as foot care
- New, dedicated men’s restroom for the east side of the Center
- Garden Terrace and Park Terrace: outdoor spaces for relaxation
- Community Garden: features raised beds for ease of access
- Outdoor Adult Fitness Options: The park now has paved pathways and a dedicated adult fitness area, plus two pickleball courts.

- Leonard "Doug" & Edith Chandler Ballroom (Multi-Purpose Room)
- Willow Room (Game Room)
- Maple Room (Conference)
- Linden Room (Cline)
- Program Changes:
- TV Access: Cable television will no longer be available at the Center.
- Meals: Senior Meals/Meals On Wheels has permanently moved to the Elks Lodge. Food is still available onsite at the Coffee Leaf Café.
- Computer Access: The computer lab has been replaced with an on-site laptop access program. Membership is still $5 for a 90-day pass and volunteer tech support will still be available.
- LBCC: Due to COVID-19, summer and fall LBCC classes are online, but they hope to return the Better Bones & Balance and Write Your Life Story classes to the Center for winter term.
- Newsletter subscriptions: It is now free to receive the newsletter by mail, but you will see it faster if you sign up to access it online.
