Alder Room

An open layout and tons of included equipment make this room the perfect, flexible space for your mid-to-large event! Make use of the Alder Room's projector screen, connect to the sound system via AUX or Bluetooth, and get your event started! The mirror wall can be curtained off with thick, plush curtains. Chairs and tables available for a variety of seating arrangements.

About the Alder Room
 Room capacity:  60 seated at tables; 90 standing

Rental Rates (1 hour minimum rental per date):

  • Mondays - Thursdays: $43 per hour ($27 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
  • Fridays - Sundays and Holidays: $52 per hour ($32 per hour for tax-exempt organizations certified by the IRS)
  • Alcohol permit: $12, plus general liability insurance. Learn more about the permitting process for events where alcohol will only be consumed and events where alcohol will be sold
  • Building Attendant Fee: Outside of normal operating hours, there is an $18 per hour staffing fee.
