Due to the emergency declaration issued by the City Manager last Friday regarding the COVID-19 epidemic, the Monday, March 16 City Council meeting will be conducted with the Mayor and City Councilors via conference phone.  At the beginning of the meeting, the Council is expected to vote to suspend its meeting rules, which includes not accepting in-person Community Comments at this meeting.

UPDATE: Item V, the Parks System Development Charges Public Hearing, has been canceled. The public hearing will be postponed to a future date.
