Outdoor Burning Permit Application

All residents within the Corvallis Rural Fire Protection District and City of Corvallis must obtain an open burning permit from the Corvallis Fire Department, free of charge, in order to conduct backyard burning, agricultural burning, and slash burning.

City Council Executive Session

The City Council will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2) (h) (status of pending litigation or litigation likely to be filed). The meeting will occur immediately following conclusion of the work session, which is scheduled from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

City Services Billing Low-Income Assistance Program

The City of Corvallis’s low-income assistance program is designed to assist with the City Services bill.

If you qualify, the assistance program will provide a credit of up to $53.55 each month. A new application will need to be completed annually. Applications can also be received throughout the year, and may take up to 1 month for processing. Please review the Terms and Conditions below before applying.

Oregon Health Plan

Please submit a copy of your Oregon Health Plan eligibility letter. The eligibility letter must include the name of one member of the household that is listed as the City Services account holder(s), and is over the age of 18 or legally responsible for the household.
