Residential Demolition Proposed

245 NW 12th St

A demolition permit application has been submitted to Development Services, to demolish a detached carport at 245 NW 12th St.

As required under City Municipal Code Section 9.01.100.100, a minimum of 50 calendar days prior to issuance of a demolition permit, the owner shall be required to make the structure available to be acquired and moved by a willing party.

Ward 3 Meeting

Join Councilor Moorefield and City of Corvallis staff for a ward meeting to discuss local issues as well as citywide projects and initiatives.

Food and supervised children's activities will be provided.
