City Service Fees 2024 Rate Adjustment

December 26, 2023 - City service fees are monthly charges that appear on the City of Corvallis City Services bill. Fees represent a small charge shared among all Corvallis billing customers to pay for specific services. Rates are adjusted annually by the City Council.

CDBG and HOME Informational Class

The Housing and Neighborhood Services Division will be hosting an informational class about three upcoming funding opportunities provided through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. The class will offer a general overview on these programs, eligible activities for funding, reporting requirements, and an overview of the application process.

This plan includes information about the City water use and demand, and the purpose of this plan is to "guide development, financing and implementation of water management and conservation programs that ensure sustainable water use and consider the City's future water needs" (pg 11, WMCP).
