December 26, 2023 - City service fees are monthly charges that appear on the City of Corvallis City Services bill. Fees represent a small charge shared among all Corvallis billing customers to pay for specific services. Rates are adjusted annually by the City Council.

The Housing and Neighborhood Services Division will be hosting an informational class about three upcoming funding opportunities provided through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. The class will offer a general overview on these programs, eligible activities for funding, reporting requirements, and an overview of the application process.

Water Management and Conservation Plan

Please click on the link below to read the Water Management and Conservation Plan (WMCP), prepared for the City of Corvallis, Oregon in November 2012. This plan includes information about the City water use and demand, and the purpose of this plan is to "guide development, financing and implementation of water management and conservation programs that ensure sustainable water use and consider the City's future water needs" (pg 11, WMCP).

This page contains information about the Resource Policies from the Corvallis Forest Stewardship Plan (CFSP), which is currently undergoing revision by the Corvallis Forest Stewardship Plan Update Task Force. The current policies and the Task Force’s recommended revisions are shown below.  When Task Force review is complete, the proposed Policy revisions will be considered
