RHF Late Penalty Fee Appeal

Residential rental properties within the City of Corvallis are assessed an annual Rental Housing Fee. The fee is assessed on a per unit basis. Account balances that become 91 days old and 61 days past due are considered delinquent and are assessed a penalty fee of $100 per unit. Property owners may appeal all or a portion of the invoice by completing the form below.

Please allow 3 weeks for an appeal response. An electronic response will be provided to the customer regarding the decision.

City Council Work Session

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend City Council meetings.  Meeting materials are typically available five days before the meeting. 

Members of the community wishing to offer comment in advance on topics appearing on any City Council agenda are encouraged to use the public input form at www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput.
