The Climate Action Advisory Board (CAAB) Work Group - Utility Decarbonization - will be meeting virtually at 11:00 a.m. 

February 14, 2024 - The elevator at City Hall, 501 SW Madison Ave., is temporarily out of service for maintenance. All City services remain available during this temporary disruption. Customers who need assistance reaching staff or resources located in City Hall are encouraged to call 541-766-6900 to arrange for accommodations. Any visitors who need special access may visit the Development Services customer lobby, located just to the right of the elevator, during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). 

Parks & Recreation programs are available to people of all abilities with reasonable accommodation. Please contact our office at least two weeks before the program begins, by phone or using the online digital form, to work with a Coordinator to discuss your needs.

The Civic Campus Community Engagement Task Force is charged with engaging community members, organizations and businesses to raise awareness about the Civic Campus concept and gather community feedback about community values, goals and outcomes that the Civic Campus could help achieve.

The Council will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) (status of employment-related performance).
