Greetings, Corvallis Rental Property Managers and Owners! My name is Chloe and I’m the newest addition to the City of Corvallis Housing & Neighborhood Services Division. I got started as the Housing & Neighborhood Coordinator late August of last year. I’m excited to be here and serve our community. Thank you for your patience as I continue to learn the ins and outs of rental housing in Corvallis.

The Corvallis Urban Renewal Agency Proposed BN 2025-2027 Budget is now available here.

Public meetings will be held by the Budget Commission (BC) of the City of Corvallis in the respect of the Proposed Budgets for the City of Corvallis for the biennium July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. All meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Downtown Fire Station 1: Council Chambers, 400 NW Harrison Blvd., Corvallis, OR 97330.
