Comprehensive Plan and Development Code Text Amendments (LDT-2018-06) – LDC Code Audit Phase 1 (Land Division) and Phase 2 (Block Perimeter Standards)

Park in the Dark

Come take a haunted walk through Chintimini Park as it's inhabited by a cast of roving frights and fun. Bring your friends, get spooked and have fun for a cause! Park in the Dark supports the Parks & Recreation Scholarship Fund. Drinks and treats will be available for purchase from the Coffee Leaf Cafe'. This outdoor event will follow the COVID safety protocols on that date to ensure a safe environment!

The City is currently processing several amendments to the Corvallis Land Development Code that will change the way some properties can be developed, and the land owner notice is often a requirement.
