Executive Session

The Council will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations; (o) to consider matters relating to the safety of the governing body and of public body staff and volunteers and the security of public body facilities and meeting spaces; (p) to consider matters relating to cyber security infrastructure and responses to cyber security threats.

Planning Advisory Workgroup - South Corvallis

The Planning Advisory Workgroup (PAW) - South Corvallis will be meeting in-person and virtually at 4:00 p.m.

Library Advisory Board

On February 4, 2026 there will be an in person meeting of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library Advisory Board, with a virtual option as well.

NOTICE: Members of the Library Advisory Board will attend an on-site inspection at the Monroe Community Library of the library programs at 6:30 p.m. This is not a public meeting and no quorum is required, as members will not be engaging in deliberations or decisions on matters that could reasonably be foreseen to come before the governing body.

CANCELED - Library Advisory Board

The regularly scheduled Corvallis-Benton County Public Library Advisory Board meeting for May 7, 2025 has been canceled and moved to May 28, 2025.

ODOT Harrison Boulevard & Tyler Avenue Project

During much of 2025, the City of Corvallis and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) collaborated on completing a project along NW Harrison Boulevard between 2nd and 4th Streets, as well as a separate, but related project on Tyler Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets.
