South Corvallis Urban Renewal Plan Departmental Advisory Committee

The South Corvallis Renewal Plan Departmental Advisory Committee is authorized by the City Council to assist the Community Development Department in the evaluation and development of an urban renewal district plan for South Corvallis.

A quorum of the City Council may be present at this meeting. 

Community Policing Department Advisory Committee

The next meeting of the Community Policing Department Advisory Committee will be Wednesday March 13, 2019 @ 3:00pm at the Law Enforcement Center Large Conference Room, located at 180 NW 5th St., Corvallis, OR.

Samaritan Drive Entrance Closed for Street Repairs

The entrance to Samaritan Drive is closed at NW Elks Drive for street repairs all day on Monday, June 4. Detours are in place to direct visitors to Satinwood Street to access Samaritan Drive and enter the hospital campus.

Linn-Benton Alert

The Linn-Benton Alert Emergency Notification System is a mass notification system that allows public safety officials to provide rapid notifications to Linn and Benton County residents of emergencies, evacuations, and other urgent events. By signing up, you will receive time-sensitive emergency and safety alerts from public safety officials in Linn or Benton county.

Irrigation Hotline Offers Summer Watering Advice

Corvallis Public Works has launched a seasonal irrigation hotline to share weekly information on water use, as well as tips on conservation. The hotline is intended as a companion resource to irrigation information that is published online at www.corvallisoregon.gov/irrigation. The hotline can be reached at 541-766-6733.

Updated: Fire Department Structure Burn Set for June 18

The Corvallis Fire Department is planning to conduct a day-long training on Monday, June 18 that will include a controlled structure burn of a city-owned property west of Corvallis, near Bald Hill Natural Area. Visitors to Bald Hill, as well as community members in neighborhoods west of 53rd Avenue, may notice smoke as the controlled burn gets underway, but Fire Department officials note that there will be no danger to the public.
