The City Council will hear information from staff about development tool options they may wish to consider in the future.  This is an informational session only.  No decisions will be made and no quorum is required, although it is possible that a quorum of the Council will be present.  The session is open to the public, but there will not be a public comment period. 

Join us for the thirteenth meeting of the Corvallis System Plan Steering Committee on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Fire Station #4 located at 365 SW Tunison Ave, Corvallis, OR 97333. Meetings are open to the public and include a public comment period.

Many types of land use applications require quasi-judicial approval through a public hearing process with the Planning Commission, Historic Resources Commission (“HRC”), or City Council. Below are answers to some common questions regarding land use public hearings.
