The Council Chambers will be closed to the public.  The agenda has been updated to reflect the Governor's order.  No other items in the originally published packet have been changed.

Due to the emergency declaration issued by the City Manager regarding the COVID-19 epidemic, the Monday, April 6 City Council meeting will be conducted with the Mayor and City Councilors via video conference.   At the beginning of the meeting, the Council is expected to vote to suspend its meeting rules, which includes not accepting verbal Community Comments at this meeting.
