The Housing & Neighborhood Services Division tracks a variety of indicators related to housing in the Corvallis area. The selection below is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of the Corvallis area housing and building market. Data sources include the US Census, Benton County Assessor's office, City of Corvallis Building Permit information, City of Corvallis Housing & Neighborhood Services data, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Week of 3/23/20 - Neighborhoods [COVID-19 Information]

The City of Corvallis produces the weekly Neighborhood Update to help our neighborhoods connect with one another. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic makes these connections even more important.  This update will be used for the foreseeable future to offer information to help neighborhood leaders remain informed and connected to the City and other neighborhoods as we navigate COVID-19 together.

The Corvallis-Benton County Economic Development Office has put together a resource page for local businesses full of information about state assistance, unemployment options for displaced employees, and other important information.

Library, Parks and Recreation Closures Extended to April 28

The City of Corvallis is extending most facility closures and event cancellations through April 28, to coincide with the latest guidance from the Governor’s Office.

These extensions are being undertaken in accordance with guidelines from public health authorities to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus, which causes the COVID-19 respiratory illness.

February Treasury Report Now Available

The February Treasury Report from the City of Corvallis Finance Department is now available online.

City Offices: Open for Business, But Closed to Public Access Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

The City of Corvallis, in collaboration with Benton County, Linn County, City of Albany, City of Monroe, City of Adair, City of Philomath, Corvallis School District 509J, and Oregon State University, will be adjusting services at most facilities, offices, and sites to reduce public access, effective March 18. Most of these sites will continue to be fully staffed, and many services are available online or over the phone.
