The Time, Place, and Manner Operational Advisory Workgroup (TPMOAW) will meet virtually at 4:00 p.m.

The TPMOAW meets, as needed, to assist staff with determining time, place and manner regulations. TPMOAW will not be discussing policy changes or potential projects such as making camping legal, creating a sanctioned camp, creating a managed camp, etc. Those topics would need to be discussed in a different process dedicated to that purpose.

Have you ever wanted to take your bike with you while riding a CTS or Philomath Connection bus?  It is actually quite easy. Bikes are not allowed inside the bus but each bus is equipped with a bike rack that can carry two bikes at a time. NOTICE: Possible quorum of the City Council. This is a social event only.  No decisions will be made and no quorum is required.
