The City of Corvallis has switched billing software systems as of Monday June 17, 2019 and our new on-line payment system is live! You may register your account and login to pay at this time. All customers will have a new account number, but the new number is easy to figure out. Just reverse the two groups of numbers in your current account number. So, for example, if your account number has been 362507-17670, your new Account Number - Customer Number will be 17670-362507. It’s that easy! The 17670 in this example is the account number, while the 362507 is the customer number.
