Representatives from Oregon State University will provide a briefing to the City Council concerning OSU's reopening plans.  The briefing is for information only.  A copy of the University Onsite Activity Resumption Plan, which was approved at the August 14, 2020 OSU Board of Trustees meeting, is available here.
