Head-on Crash Involving 3 Vehicles - 4 Injured and 1 Fatality

On July 6, 2023, at approximately 5:38 pm, Corvallis Police and Corvallis Fire personnel responded to the report of an injury crash north of the intersection of Highway 99W and NW Elks Dr in Corvallis.  Investigation determined a Subaru Legacy traveling south on Highway 99W crossed the center lane line causing a head-on collision with a Hyundai Elantra traveling north on Highway 99W.  The driver of the Subaru and only occupant was identified as a 74 year old female, Monmouth resident and she was transported by medics for care. The Hyundai had four occupants.

Circle Boulevard Resurfacing Project Gets Underway in July

June 28 - A project to rebuild and resurface a portion of Circle Boulevard in northeast Corvallis is underway. The project will construct a new road bed and asphalt surface on Circle between the railroad crossings at Highway 99W and Conser Street near the HP Inc. campus.
