Bike Rack Loan Request Form

The City’s portable bike rack loan program provides bike racks to organizations within Corvallis, free of charge. Located at Public Works, there are 27 portable bike racks available. Each rack measures 10 feet long and 44 inches wide, with space for at least 14 bikes (7 on each side). In addition to the racks, there are five bicycle trailers and four base racks.

Borrower Responsibilities *
(A) The borrower is responsible for the full cost of the repair or replacement of any rack(s) that are damaged, lost, or stolen from the time Borrower assumes custody until they are returned to Public Works. If any rack is lost, stolen or damaged, the borrower agrees to promptly notify Public Works. (B) In consideration for the loan of the rack(s) the borrower agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Public Works harmless from any and all damages, loss, claims, actions, expenses and liability of any nature whatsoever associated with its use of the rack(s) while under the care, custody, and control of the borrower. By submitting this form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
