The Climate Action Advisory Board (CAAB) meeting will not be meeting on February 25th as originally scheduled. The Board has rescheduled  this meeting for Tuesday, March 4th.

City Preparing for Snow and Ice

January 31, 2025 - Public Works street maintenance crews have been busy with winter weather preparations in the event that snow or ice arrives in the coming days. Vehicles and equipment have been prepared in advance to insure a rapid response to changing winter conditions.

Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Event

On Saturday, November 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Republic Services invites all residents of Benton County to bring their household hazardous wastes to 110 NE Walnut Blvd, Corvallis, OR 97330 for safe disposal and recycling. There is no charge for residential customers with household quantities of waste. The quarterly event is a chance for residents to safely and environmentally responsibly dispose of items that can’t be tossed in the weekly trash cart. This includes household quantities (5 gallons max) of:
