SITE: The subject 0.09 acre site is located at the on the east side of NW Kings Blvd, located within Dixon Creek Court, north of NW Arthur Place and is identified on Benton County Assessors’ Map 11-5-27 AD Tax Lot 8300.

SITE:  The 6.31 acre site is located at the southwest corner of SW Country Club Dr. and SW 53rd St., and is identified on Benton County Assessor’s Map 12-5-08AA, as Tax Lots 700 and 701.
