Utilities in the Public Right-of-Way

All utilities using the Public Rights-of-Way (PROW) must apply for permission to occupy the PROW.  Utilities with valid franchise agreements, licenses or permits do not need to reapply. Separate PROW use agreements may be necessary for utilities providing more than one service type.  The application fee is $100.00.

Ward 9 Meeting

Councilor Andrew Struthers will host a meeting for the Ward 9 community. The meeting will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. April 24 at Osborn Aquatics Center, 1940 NW Highland Dr. The meeting is open to the public and kids are welcome!

River Levels Dropping; Highway 34 Partially Open

10:00 a.m. April 12 Update: Water levels have dropped enough to allow the Oregon Department of Transportation to partially re-open Highway 34 just east of the bridge into Corvallis. The highway had been closed for two days amid widespread flooding. The bypass remains closed.

All city streets that had been closed are now cleaned and open for traffic.
