"Know Your City" Virtual Presentation on January 19

The League of Women Voters of Corvallis, in partnership with the City of Corvallis, is sponsoring a virtual presentation on January 19, 2022 focusing on emergency planning and preparedness. The session will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 19 via Zoom webinar.

Dave Busby, the City’s Emergency Planning Manager, will explain what plans have been made to deal with the many types of events that could affect the city (fire, tsunami at the coast, flood, earthquake). Attendees will come away with an understanding of the emergency planning that the City is undertaking.
