May 2nd Activities:

Affordable Housing

The availability of affordable housing is a vital component to a thriving community. The availability of homes at all income levels means businesses have access to employees with fewer absences. Workers are more stable and invested in their community. Children have the opportunity to thrive in school, and residents can make healthy choices. Research has shown that stable, affordable housing is critical to enabling families to attend to other needs, be self-sufficient and productive members of the community.

Polar Brrrr Swim

The 2025 Polar Brrr Swim is canceled this year due to the Osborn Aquatic Center closure. But don't worry! We'll try again next New Year. In no time, you'll be racing down the epic white waterslide and taking the plunge into the chilly outdoor pool to ring in 2026! And the indoor pools will be ready to warm you up after that frosty dip. Hold tight, and we'll plan to see you in 2026 for all the winter fun!

A free, in-person cooking demo with local chefs followed by an informal discussion and cookbook recommendations.

Brought to you by Parks and Recreation, Corvallis Benton-County Library, and the Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center and the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition.
