Banner reservations are accepted up to six months in advance of the application deadline, for a period of two weeks. The online banner application form is available to make a reservation.

Effective June 1, 2022, Corvallis will begin to transition to higher parking meter rates and citation fees, after more than 14 years without increasing these fees. A citywide parking audit provided a foundation for increasing parking meter fees throughout the city. Previously, rates for parking meters were last adjusted in 2000, and before that in 1992.
The Traffic Safety Management Plan is a commitment to a community policing strategy of enforcing traffic laws to promote safety and compliance with regulations, and to working in partnership with the community and other public and private entities to resolve traffic problems through education, engineering and participation. The outcome is a safer community for all modes of transportation.
Sustainability has been important to Corvallis local government for many years. Officially, sustainability became part of organizational operations in 2004 when the Corvallis City Council adopted an organizational sustainability policy. Prior to that, significant emphasis was on cost-saving aspects of projects, such as how to reduce energy consumption to save money, but it wasn’t referred to as ‘sustainability’.
