Low-Income Assistance Reminder

Dear Corvallis Community member, 

We are glad the City’s low-income assistance program has provided assistance throughout the last year. This is a reminder that if you wish to continue to receive the low-income assistance credit, you will need to re-apply and submit documentation.

To receive the credit on your January Bill, you will need to submit all required documentation by December 20th.

Proper documentation includes an OHP eligibility letter, proof of SNAP benefits letter, or the direct certification letter from Corvallis Schools District 509J.

All participation documentation must show coverage for Calendar year 2025. Attached to this email are samples of the required documentation for reference.
